在推行规范化管理过程中,借鉴军地医院先进的管理经验,在规范管理模式上求突破、规范管理机制上求系统、规范管理手段上求创新、规范管理绩效上求深入,在新的起点上,不断创新医院管理理念.

随着知识信息化和经济全球化的到来,医院外部的生存和发展环境发生了深刻的变化,医院内部由于体制改革及经营机制的转变,促使医务人员的思想观念、价值取向、道德准则和行为走向也发生了很大变化,这就要求医院的发展要与时俱进.

The implementation of the bylaws handling malpractice and onus proof conversion, which has set new and higher demands on hospital administrators and medical staff. In order to prevent the medical disputes and answer for onus proof conversion, the hospital took measures in advancing communication between patients and doctors as, strengthening propaganda and education, enforcing concept of law, be strict in regulation administration, standardizing medical behavior,establishing right medical virtue, improving medical tech, actualizing inform, keeping and copying important medical document to prevent lost and inability of proof. On cases of sudden death, unclear death or having objection, hospital should fille the sheets and sign signature to prevent dispute.

胆管囊肿又称胆管囊性扩张,多见于婴幼儿.虽成人胆管囊肿较少见,但其并发症发生率高,已引起临床上越来越多的重视[1].该病的治疗以手术治疗为主,我院自1988年1月～2001年12月收治胆管囊肿患者37例,均行手术治疗,疗效满意.现报告如下:

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features,diagnosis and surgicaltreatment of the mirizzi syndrome. Method We studied retrospectively 87 patients with the mirizzi syn-drome of diagnosis and treatment from January 1990 to December 2001. Result These 87 patients of themirizzi syndrome have been surgical treatment. 87 patients were cured and 0 died. Conclusion All pa-tients of the mirizzi syndrome must have been surgical treatment. Choice of appropriate proceduce of o per-ation will improve result.
