目的:观察辨证论治对早期邪毒壅盛证、气虚证H22荷瘤小鼠的疗效。方法:将雄性昆明种小鼠随机分组,除正常组外,腋下接种H22腹水癌细胞,出瘤后,做四诊检测并辨证,按照一定标准从160只荷瘤小鼠中挑选出单纯邪毒壅盛小鼠36只、气虚证小鼠30只,将2组小鼠分别分为对照组、成方组、辨证组,成方组予固定成方,辨证组予邪毒方或益气方,综合比较药物对各组疾病与证候的疗效。结果:辨证论治在延长小鼠带瘤生存时间和抑制肿瘤生长方面的优势不突出,但具有显著地保护荷瘤小鼠阳气的作用,有助于减缓邪毒壅盛荷瘤小鼠阴虚的发生发展。结论:辨证论治对于提高早期邪毒壅盛证、气虚证荷瘤小鼠的生存质量有益。
目的:观察辨证论治对H22荷瘤小鼠的生存质量、生存期的影响。方法:将雄性昆明种小鼠随机分组,除正常对照组外,腋下接种H22瘤株,出瘤后,分层随机分为模型组、非辨证治疗组(以下简称非辨组)、辨证治疗组(以下简称辨证组)。采用小鼠四诊标准化、计量化采集方法,收集相关诊断指标,进行辨证,非辨组给予固定方治疗,辨证组根据具体证型给予相应的辨证论治。综合评估其生存质量及生存期限。结果:用药组生存期均长于模型组;辨证组各项四诊指标和证候的严重程度优于非辨组、模型组。结论:荷瘤小鼠是可以实现个体化辨证论治的,经辨证论治对其生存质量及生存期均有帮助。
建立动物模型是医学研究的重要手段,而中医对于疾病的发病、诊断、治疗等一直多以人为观察对象。本文旨在总结中医证候动物模型的研究进展,为继续进行中医证候实验研究提供思路与借鉴,建议今后的中医动物实验研究,侧重以下方面:建立中医证候动物模型的非创伤性辨证论治体系、包括相应的辨证标准;利用分子生物学的快速进展,从基因、蛋白质等微观层次研究中医证本质;开展遗传性病证动物的研究等。
Objective:To describe the occurrence and evolution of the syndromes of three hypertensive rat models,as well as the relationship between diseases and syndromes.Methods: Three hypertensive rat models were established,including spontaneously hypertensive rat,DOCA-salt hypertensive rat,and renovascular hypertensive rat.Then the standardization and quantitization method of diagnosis and differentiation were applied to examine and appraise the above models in an objective,dynamic and quantified way.Results: ①The blood pressure of three models rose to different extent.Spontaneously hypertensive rats showed typical syndrome of Yin-deficiency due to hyperactivity of Yang which aggravated gradually.After the operation,after syndrome of deficiency of Qi emerged in earlier stage,the DOCA-salt model rats had the tendency of preponderance of Yang and Qi.There was no conspicuous Yin-Yang excess or deficiency in renovascular hypertensive rats.The sham operated group had Qi and blood damaged and did not completely recover until the end of the experiment.② Different syndromes appeared in different patients with the same disease,or appeared on different stages of a patient.③ Similar syndromes appeared on the same stage of different diseases,or appeared on different stages of different diseases.Conclusion: There exist different syndromes in different hypertensive rat models.The phenomena of "same disease but different syndromes" and phenomenon of same syndrome but different diseases" provide the evidence for the clinic practice and therapeutic effect evaluation.
Objective To investigate the symptom and signs about tumor-bearing mice with its development. Method Apply four diagnostic methods workstation and standard to detect tumor radialis,weight and armpit temperature,use magnified digital photos to acquire r value about paws and tails, calculate level and vertical movement,estimate the tumor volume and weight removing tumor.According to this,we established syndrome differentiation standard about phlegm stagnation and exuberance of evils,yin-deficiency, qi-deficiency,yang heat and yang qi to calculate differentiation of symptoms and signs. Results The different velocity of increase about the tumor-bearing mice in the early phase is great.With the development of pathogenic condition,the incidence and degree about different deficiency is increasing. Among it,qi deficiency is the most severest,next is deficiency of yang-qi and the incidence of yin deficiency is low. With the development of pathogenic condition,the ratio of asthenia syndrome and accompanying symptoms and signs of tumor-bearing mice increase,the number of no-syndrome and mono-syndrome decrease and compound syndrome group increase greatly.The prognosis is bad with earlier tumor growth rapidly,correlation analysis has statistical significance(P = 0.01).The prognosis is fairly bad about deficiency of yang-qi,qi deficiency and yang heat. In the course of disease,armpit temperature decreased,weight stability and decrease is the important mark of bad prognosis.The research shows that it is important to control earlier tumor increase,the emphasis of therapy should be in tumor part and do not harm body healthy energy and supporting yang-qi is essential.According to the therapeutic effect of tumor,we requested that after tumor appeared,randomization should be based on tumor size in order to avoid its bias and affect therapeutic evaluation. Conclusion During the collection of symptoms about disease mice in this study,we first adopt standard four diagnostic methods detection technology and this technology is quantified,methods we build conduce to reveal morbid state about abiogenesis and succession of symptoms.It provides technology to syndrome differentiation,treatment and basic investigation,which has important academic and application value.
