Objective To explore the application values of acoustic radiation force impulse imaging (ARFI) in predicting the staging of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and the degree of renal tissue fibrosis. Methods 48 CKD patients of different stages undergoing the examination of ARFI from March to December of 2016 were selected in the study and the pathological types of all the patients were confirmed as nephropathy by the pathological results. Those patients were divided into five stages from Stage 1 to Stage 5 according to the CKD clinical staging. In accordance with the standard of Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR)=60 mL·min-1·1.73m-2, those patients were also divided into the group with eGFR<60 mL·min-1·1.73m-2 and the group with eGFR≥60 mL·min-1·1.73m-2. The shear wave velocity (SWV) of renal cortex in each group was detected by ARFI and compared among different stages and groups. The Spearman correlation analysis was adopted to analyze the correlation of renal cortical elasticity of CKD patients with the indicators such as clinical stage, pathological fibrosis degree, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, and kidney size respectively. The SWV differences of each group were analyzed by One-way ANOVA. Results The SWV value increased with the aggravation of CKD, and the SWV values of CKD Stage 4 and 5 were the highest and they were(2.51±0.50)m/s and(2.51±0.00)m/s respectively. The SWV value of the group with eGFR<60 mL·min-1·1.73m-2 was (2.29±0.40)m/s, while that of the group with eGFR≥60 mL·min-1·1.73m-2(2.30±0.40)m/s. The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that the SWV values of renal cortex of CDK patients were not correlated with the indicators including the clinical stage of CKD, pathological fibrosis degree, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, and kidney size (P>0.05). The results of One-way ANOVA showed that there were no significant differences in the SWV value among all the stages of CKD (P>0.05). Conclusion The SWV value increases with the aggravation of CKD, but it cannot be taken as the method to predict the clinical stage of CKD and the renal tissue fibrosis.
目的 探讨青年缺血性脑卒中的发病率、危险因素.方法 回顾性研究成都军区总医院神经内科2007~2016年225例首次发生的青年缺血性脑卒中患者资料.结果 缺血性脑血管病的发生趋于年轻化;青年缺血性脑卒中的危险因素在性别和不同年龄组上存在差异.结论 "三高"发病率的逐年升高和年轻化严重侵蚀着人们的健康.加强健康宣传,改变烟酒等不良嗜好有利于预防青年缺血性脑卒中的发生.
介绍了铁路后送、卫生列车和高速铁路的相关概念,总结了铁路后送的优缺点.综述了外军和我军卫生列车在战时医疗后送、国内抢险救灾的应用情况,阐述了中国和印度健康快车项目在平时医疗服务中的应用及国内手术急救列车研制情况.结合近年来国内高铁发展和动车组列车技术特点,提出了高速动车组列车是研制未来高水平卫生列车的良好平台.
目的:探讨未来高铁卫生列车编组方式及模块功能.方法:以中国标准动车组为设计平台,借鉴既往卫生列车编组方式,参照机动卫勤分队分组及救治流程,并咨询相关领域专家.结果:确定了基于中国标准动车组的卫生列车编组,从头车开始依次为指挥及分类车、药材及物资储藏车、检验检查车、手术车、重症监护车、轻伤员车①、轻伤员车②、餐车及工作人员寝车.提出了卫生列车的八大模块和具体功能定位.结论:新提出的卫生列车编组方式和模块功能具备一定的科学性和可行性,可用于指导下一步卫生列车具体模块设计工作,但仍需在未来研究过程中进一步修正.

To prepare nano -sized biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP)bioceramic powders.BCP was prepared by a sol -gel method starting from (CH3 O)3 P and Ca(NO3 )24H2 O.The product was analyzed using XRD,SEM and TEM.The influences of the heat treating temperature and the starting Ca/P mol ratio on the composition and particle size of BCP product were investigated.The heat treating temperature had certain influence on the Ca/P mol ratio and the particle size of the product.The phase constitution which decides the bioactivity and bio -degradation of the product could be controlled by the starting Ca/P mol ratio.Nano sized biphasic cal-cium phosphate (BCP)bioceramic powders with range from 50nm to 100nm can be derived from sol -gel method.The particle size and the constitution of the product can be controlled by the process condition.

目的 编制符合我国卫生行业标准的健康风险评估问卷,为健康管理提供标准风险评估工具.方法 参考国际公认健康测量量表建立健康风险评估问卷条目池,采用自定的筛选条目标准和我国卫生行业数据标准对问卷及选项进行筛选和标准化,形成健康风险评估问卷.结果 构建了包含298个条目的健康风险评估问卷条目池;按照条目筛选原则,并咨询健康管理领域专家,最终筛选60个条目作为健康风险评估问卷的正式条目,包含10个维度:性别、年龄、婚姻状况等个人一般情况,身高、体重、腰围、胸围、臀围等体格测量情况,饮酒、吸烟、运动等生活方式情况,荤食、素食、嗜盐、嗜糖等饮食习惯情况,家族健康史及个人患病史情况,社会家庭支持,精神心理压力,自我健康意识,自评健康和工作情况.采用我国卫生行业数据标准对问卷及选项进行筛选和标准化后,形成符合我国卫生行业标准的健康风险评估问卷.结论 编制的健康风险评估问卷既包括了健康风险评估所需个体信息,又符合国家卫生行业数据标准,在健康管理及相关软件系统研发领域具有较好的应用前景.

Objective To develop a inter-hospital cooperative system for health management based on standardized individual health database,in order to realize data equipment sharing,standard unifying,two-way referral and remote technical guidance.Methods With BIS configuration,Python as the development tool,Linux operation system as the server platform and ADSL network for data sharing,the system was characterized by standardized flow for health management,network sharing for individual health database,as well as suggestion,evaluation and prescription for individual health.Results The trial was performed with General Hospital of Chengdu Military Area Command as the large-scale hospital,three municipal hospitals from Sichuan Province as the central hospitals,and five community healthcare centers or county hospitals as the primary ones.Three-level regional health management was realized,which could be used for data sharing,standard unifying,two-directional referral and remote education instruction.Conclusion The cooperative system for regional health management contributes a lot to the standardized data interface and flow,and also to the epidemiological analysis of the physical examination data.
Objective To construct the health risk model of fatty liver, and to evaluate the model reliability, and to provide tool to fatty liver health management and health education. Methods The data were collected using Chinese Health Risk Appraisal Questionnaire(CHRAQ). The health risk model of fatty liver was constructed with reference to the relevant literature. The reliability was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Spearman-Brown coefficient, test-retest reliability. Results The health risk model of fatty liver was constructed using 17 items selected from CHRAQ. The model scores followed the normal distribution(Z=1.126, P = 0.158). The Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Spearman-Brown coefficient, test-retest reliability were 0.679,0.819,0.883(P<0.001). Conclusion According to the mainstream scoring method of health risk model and the classical reliability evaluation methods, the health risk model of fatty liver was constructed. The reliability of the constructed model were good, and the model has a certain application prospects in the field of health management and health education.
In this paper,a new relaxation algorithm based on Pentland's linear SFS model is presented,for which a weak necessary condition is also proposed and proved.Some experiments on shape recovery from a single terrain model image,by the methods of Pentland,Tsai-Shah,Ulich and ours respectively,show that:(1)the relaxation based algorithm could really obtain the corresponding surface of the image to some extent without the boundary conditions;(2)the relaxation factor could control and reflect the roughness of the surface to some extent and might remove the noises in a meaning way.
By combining with PHP,MySQL and Web Service technology,a two-way referral system was designed based on the HL7 V3 standard.The referral system could build and parse HL7 messages through a standard HL7 engine.Web Service technology was used to perform data transform between the client and service and the data stream used XML organizations manner based on HL7 V3 standard.Therefore,the system had good scalability as the server can support any client using Web Service and HL7 V3 standard.
[Objective] To construct the health risk model of mammary hyperplasia ,and to evaluate the convergent validity and reliability of the model .[Methods] The data were collected by using Chinese Health Risk Appraisal Questionnaire(CHRAQ) .The health risk model of mammary hyperplasia was constructed with reference to the relevant literature .The model validity was evaluated by using convergent validity ,and the re-liability was evaluated by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient ,Spearman-Brown coefficient and test-retest relia-bility .[Results] The health risk model of mammary hyperplasia was constructed through choosing 15 items of CHRAQ .The model scores followed the normal distribution .The correlation coefficient between the positive rate of ultrasonic examination of mammary hyperplasia and the model scores was 0 .524( P < 0 .001) .The Cronbach's alpha coefficient ,Spearman-Brown coefficient and test-retest reliability were 0 .791 ,0 .868 and 0 .824 ,respectively( P <0 .001) .[Conclusion] According to the mainstream scoring method of health risk model and the classical validity and reliability evaluation methods ,the health risk model of mammary hyperpla-sia is constructed .The validity and reliability of the constructed model are good ,and the model has a certain application prospects in the field of health management ,education and promotion .

Objective To develop an overall health risk model and to evaluate its convergent validity and reliability.Methods Health examination results of 230 adults from a public institution were collected by using Chinese Health Risk Appraisal Questionnaire V1.0 (CHRAQ V1.0).An CHRAQ V1.0-based overall health risk model was then developed,which included 34 items.Kolmogorov-Smirnov was used to test normal distribution of the data.Pearson correlation coefficient and Spearman correlation coefficient were used to evaluate parallel validity of the model.Crane Bach coefficient,Spearman-Brown coefficient and test-retest reliability were calculated to evaluated the reliability of the model.Results In this study,212 valid questionnaires (92.17%) were received.The average score of the newly developed overall health risk model was 41.96 ± 9.69,and its kurtosis coefficient and coefficient of skewness were 2.105 and 0.862,respectively.In Kolmogorov-Smirnov,the data were normally distributed (Z =1.073,P =0.199).The correlation coefficient of positive rate of all objective examinations with model scores was 0.774 (P < 0.05).The Cronbach's alpha coefficient,Spearman-Brown coefficient and test-retest reliability of the model were 0.652,0.784 and 0.841,respectively (P < 0.05).Conclusion In this investigation,our newly developed overall health risk model shows good validity and reliability and application prospect in the field of health management.
