图书馆员之间、图书馆员与图书馆之间、图书馆与图书馆之间的交流、学习与分享很有必要,这是图书馆员阅读推广工作应有的开放姿态.文章通过对2019年8月"彩云之旅"在云南大学图书馆的活动背景、交流、参观和启示的阐述,从建构知识空间、社会化网络的知识协同、隐性知识共享、知识整合创新四个方面论证了图书馆员阅读推广工作是"知识的流动".

文章以近三年来在云南地区开展的阅读推广活动为例,既有民办高校的校园阅读推广,又有边疆地区的行走阅读推广,呈现出了主动意识和自觉行动,体现了"彩云之旅"的核心本色.

图书馆员自发开展阅读推广工作的价值及体现为:多样性策略是当前图书馆读者服务工作的必然选择;图书馆员主动介入阅读推广工作,会更多获得发展空间和机会;当前阅读推广工作体现灵活多样的“微推广”形式.但在实践进程中,其在图书馆制度、图书馆员主体和读者服务层面上存在障碍性因素.为此,我们要对阅读推广工作进行制度设计与制度安排,要激发和保障图书馆员主动介入阅读推广工作的积极性,要加强阅读推广工作的创意、策划、反馈、评估等.

知识是流动的,阅读是流动的,阅读推广是流动的,高校馆员馆内馆外阅读推广工作也是流动的.高校馆员之间交流、学习与分享也非常必要,这是高校馆员做阅读推广应该具有的开放性思维和人文化的情怀.通过对2014年“图书馆员阅读推广彩云之旅”在郑州、北京、无锡、长沙、济南等地的活动的背景、过程、创新、效果和启示等的概括,揭示出高校馆员馆外阅读推广工作在“知识的流动”和阅读推广工作的流动中所做的努力与实践.

6月5日——8日,图书馆员彩云之旅阅读推广团队在上海就阅读推广的诸多话题进行了拜访、座谈,交流与互动,传播了经典阅读的理念,传递了积极做阅读推广工作的精神.上海图书馆界,无论是其公共图书馆还是其高校图书馆,在阅读推广工作方面都值得学习与借鉴.

读者活动作为图书馆读者工作的重要组成部分，既是履行教育职能和文化传播的重要途径，也是丰富读者文化生活和引领深度阅读的有效方法。建立和完善读者活动机制，争取读者广泛的参与和互动，是图书馆加强文化建设，使读者服务走上科学化、品牌化发展道路的重要步骤之一。从分析开展读者活动的现实困惑入手，探讨高校图书馆开展读者活动的思路及措施，并以长沙理工大学图书馆开展读者活动“潭州夜话”“读者周末”“一校一书”的具体情况为例，为高校图书馆开展读者活动提供参考及借鉴。

文中探讨了在评建创优时期的分编部门在藏书建设工作中的相关问题,提出了完善的策略。

Collection of books is an important component of library work.Various kinds of factors which influence the library's collection of books are discussed in this article,and it is necessary for the university's conbined library to set up the system of document resources that give a library personality subjects of the university.The author gives advice on how to improve the books structure according to analyse the library work such as buying books,classifying books,shelving books and getting rid of old books.

Taking the library of Changsha University of Science & Technology as an example,this paper analyzes on the changes of the classifying and cataloging work of university library after the combination of colleges,points out the challenges brought about by these changes to the librarians engaged in the classifying and cataloging work,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the quality of the catalogers.
