Vitamin E,vitamin C and procaine were applicated to regulate embryonic the growth and development of laying hens in this study.225 eggs were divided at random into three groups,the control group did not take any treatment,the test group 1 was injected(78%VE 14 μL+25%VC 20 μL)/egg,the test group 2 was injected(78%VE 14 μL+25%VC 20 μL+2% procaine 56 μL)/egg.Before incubating,eggs blunt end 1 / 4 near the gas chamber,regulating fluid was injected into eggs.That changes of endocrine metabolism,antioxidant property,immune property and production performance were observed in laying hens.The results showed that,compared with control group,at 15 weeks of age,serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) concentration in treated group 1 significantly increased(P0.01),serum thyroid hormone(T4) concentration in treated group 2 significantly increased(P0.05).At 39 weeks of age,serum T4 concentration in treated groups increased differently,and serum progesterone(P),LH and Glucagon(Glu) concentration significantly increased(P0.05).Serum and liver MDA level in treated groups decreased differently,especially serum MDA in treated group 2 significantly decreased(P0.05),but had no significant effect on other indices measured.Yolk cholesterol content of treated group 2 significantly decreased by 16.58%(P0.05) and yolk adipose content of treated group 1 significantly decreased by 13.51%(P0.05).Antibody titer on 7,14,28 d after injecting Newcastle disease(ND) bacterin increased differently in treated groups,especially those of 7 d and 14 d in treated group 1 significantly increased(P0.01).During 22-39 weeks of old,average egg weigh and total egg production of treated groups increased,especially treated group 1 significantly increased by 7.93%(P0.01) and 6.00%(P0.05),respectively.Feed/egg ratio significantly decreased in treated groups(P0.05).Eggshell thickness in treated group 1 increased by 8.82%(P0.05).The results implied that endocrine level and antioxidation performance in laying hens can improve by regulating the embryonic metabolism,then laying performance enhance as well.

采用全收粪法,通过测定饲料中各种成分的消化率,研究在饲粮中添加不同含量植酸酶对仔猪生长性能和消化率的影响.设置3个添加水平组和1个对照组,1、2、3组分别添加植酸酶1 000、600和300 IU·kg-1,每纽设2个重复,每个重复8头.结果表明,在饲料中添加一定量的植酸酶,能促进仔猪生长,提高日增重和饲料转化率,而且饲料中粗蛋白、灰分、钙和磷的消化率都有明显提高(P<0.05),并确定植酸酶的最适添加量为600IU·kg-1.
[Objective] The aimed to study the effects of phytase on the growth performance of piglets and their digestibility in the various components in feed.[Method] The 64 40-day-old DYL piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups with 0,1 000,600 and 300 IU/kg phytase supplementation in feed and the their digestibility in various components in feed were determinded by the method of total feces collection.[Result] The mean daily weight gain in the test groups with 1 000 and 600 IU/kg phytase supplementation were higher than that in CK and the test group with 300 IU/kg phytase supplementation.The digestibility ofphosphorous in the test groups with 600 IU/kg phytase supplementation was increased from 52.89%(CK) to 62.78%(P<0.05)and that of crude protein,ash and calcium were increased significantly(P<0.05).The optimum amount of phyatase addition in feed of piglets was confirmed as 600 IU/kg.[Conclusion] Adding proper amounts of phytase in feed could promote the growth of piglets,increase daily weight gain and feed conversion rate.And it also significantly improved the digestibility of crude protein,ash,calcium and phosphorous in feed by piglets.

The effects of three different levels (0.002%, 0.004% and 0.006%) of xylo-oligosaccharide (XOS) addictives on the production performance and carcass traits of AA broilers were investigated. The results showed that compared with control group, body weight of the broilers in other three experimental groups added with XOS increased by 19.63% (P<0.01), 24.34%(P<0.01) and 34.42% (P<0.01) respectively; feed intake increased by 9.8% (P<0.01), 12.7% (P<0.01) and 16.05% (P<0.01) respectively; feed-weight ratio decreased by 8.9% (P<0.05), 11.1%(P<0.01) and 13.6% (P<0.01) respectively. The differences in slaughter quality, total eviscerating rate and half eviscerating rate were not significant. Ventral fat rate decreased by 27.19% (P<0.05), 22.37% (P>0.05) and 24.54% (P<0.05) in three experimental groups respectively. The most suitable additive quantity of the XOS is 0.006% experimental group.

The distribution of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) positive cells in the gastrointestinal tract of Laiwu black goat was compared and observed.The immunohistochemical method was used to show the distribution of VIP in the layers of various sections of gastrointestinal wall.The VIP positive cells were mostly distributed in the cardia,and then the colon,jejunum,pylorus,caecum,rectum and fundus;in the duodenum,ileum and esophagus,the VIP positive cells were not found.Moreover,the forms of VIP cells are diverse: some have the shapes as ellipse or cone,some extend up to other cells nearby,and others to epidermic cells.
