为贵州灌木饲料进一步开发利用提供参考,以盘江白刺花、多花木蓝和胡枝子为对象,通过对生长性能、青贮前后的营养成分和相对饲用价值、发酵品种进行测定,综合分析3种灌木的饲料化开发潜力.结果表明:多花木蓝当年成熟,盘江白刺花和胡枝子均为次年成熟,3种灌木均能安全越冬.多花木蓝生长速度最快,鲜草、种子产量最高,分别为3725.73 kg/667m2、167.75 kg/667m2;盘江白刺花其次,分别为3386.92 kg/667m2、71.34 kg/667m2.青贮后胡枝子饲喂价值最高,为129.18%.3种灌木饲料单独青贮以多花木蓝青贮发酵效果最好,pH 4.23,乳酸含量34.16 g/kg,乙酸含量24.87 g/kg;胡枝子单独青贮的发酵效果较差.综合生产性能、抗逆性及饲用价值评定,以多花木蓝的饲料化开发潜力最好,其次是盘江白刺花,可在生产上推广应用.
为筛选出具有较大应用潜力的惠水地方鸟王种茶树资源,对49份鸟王种茶树资源的6种生化成分和10种农艺性状进行了多样性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析.结果表明,惠水县茶树资源类型丰富,变异系数在3.76%~24.05%之间,遗传多样性指数5.63;前6个主成分代表了49份资源和1个对照73.18%的多样性信息;49份资源可依据鲜叶产量分为三大类群;初步筛选出优异鸟王种茶树资源亲本材料3份,具有较大利用潜力材料11份.
为盘江白刺花的推广利用和贵州退化天然草地的改良提供理论依据和技术支撑,于2018—2020年以天然草地为研究对象,进行补播盘江白刺花试验.结果表明:补播盘江白刺花后退化草地的地上生物量增加37.02%~84.61%;补播盘江白刺花处理的草地丰富度、均一性、多样性、均匀度指数分别比对照提高0.514、0.023、0.067、0.052,补播后莎草类和禾草类地上生物量均呈增长趋势,禾草类地上生物量显著提高;补播后第3年,土壤表层(0~20 cm)的容重较CK降低19.4%,毛管持水量提高15.38%,田间持水量提高19.74%,有机质增加24.66%,全氮增加27.08%,全磷增加18.92%,速效氮、磷、钾分别增加25.46%、21.22%和19.52%.因此,补播盘江白刺花可作为改良岩溶山区退化草地的有效措施,并加以推广利用.
[目的]介绍甘蓝型隐性上位核不育系杂交油菜新品种油研585的选育过程,为其新品种的选育提供参考.[方法]利用结实(荚)好、配合力强的优良目标亲本2716R多次与原始不育系118A杂交、回交、自交、测交进行新品种选育.[结果]改良不育系118A的结实缺陷,育成结实性好的优良不育系5824A,并成功育成了新一代优良隐性上位核不育系杂交油菜新品种油研585;该品种(组合)于2015-2017年参加贵州省油菜区试,比对照油研50增产5.97%,于2019年完成品种登记[登记编号:GPD油菜(2018)520129];2018-2020年参与重庆、四川、湖南、湖北、江西及安徽等省市的新品种鉴定试验,2年平均比对照油研50增产5.64%,已完成扩区登记.[结论]品种的丰产稳产性及整齐一致性较好,综合性状好,角粒数较多,粒大粒重,生长势较强,较抗耐病毒病等优点.
在我国,玉米种植面积已超过3000万hm2,产量突破1.9亿t.近年来,随着饲料及加工业对玉米的需求增加,玉米种植面积也在不断增加,但长期种植玉米使得虫害逐年加重,导致部分地区玉米减产5.3% ~ 15.8%[1].所以,有必要弄清楚玉米主要害虫发生种类以及有针对性的进行综合防控,从而有效的控制和减少其危害.

Huayou 203,a new hybrid B.napus variety with 219d growth period bred from 1357AB(a sterile line with yellow seed and double-low)×89-4R(a good restorer line with double-low),was approved by Sichuan Crops Variety Examination Committee in 2009.The average yield in Sichuan regional tests and production test was 163.72kg/667m2 and 164.6kg/667m2,13.44% and 9.76% higher than CK(Chuanyou 21) respectively.The content of erucic acid,glucosinolate and oil of its F2 seeds was 0.4%,20.03μmol/g cake and 40.1% separately.Huayou 203 should be popularized in flat and hilly areas in Sichuan.
通过测土配方施肥"3414"回归最优设置的油菜肥效试验结果,经"3414"试验进行回归和方差分析,得出肥料效应方程,并由此数学模型得出湄潭县土壤肥力对油菜品种油研1220相对产量及其最佳施肥量.根据当地油菜栽培实际情况,结合试验结果得出,油研1220推荐施肥量为:纯N8.98kg/667m2,P2O56.27kg/667m2,K201.05kg/667m2,产量为153.93kg/667m2.
油研1220是贵州省油菜研究所以黄子双低隐性核不育系8078A为母本,双低恢复系0202为父本配制的杂交组合.该组合2005年度完成贵州省杂交油菜第1年区域试验,2006年完成了第2年区试和生产试验,2007年通过贵州省品种审定委员会审定,审定编号2007004号.

本文通过普安县两系杂交水稻茂优201的肥效试验,结果表明:当施肥量每667m~2N12.02kg,P6.566kg、K10.48kg时为最大施肥量,可获水稻产量612.619kg;当每667m~2施N11.716kg、P6.46kg,K9.684kg时为最佳施肥量,可获得水稻产量611.780kg。
进行了水稻不同密度的栽培试验,结果表明该品种在12万穴/hm2处理产量平均在9250kg/hm2,产量随密度12万穴/hm2至21万穴/hm2逐渐增加,但在24万穴/hm2又下降,各处理间差异达极显著水平;各密度间生育期无差异,均为171d。分析得出优质杂交水稻新品种华优18在遵义海拔750m左右地区获得高产的最佳栽培模式:播种期4月10日左右,秧龄45d左右,密度在18-21万穴/hm2,采用旱育秧育苗;加强田间肥水管理,综合防治病虫害,可获10500kg/hm2以上高产。

Maoyou 201,a hybrid rice variety,was tested to investigate effects of different top-dressing time and amount of nitrogen fertilizer on its yield under the same base manure.The results showed that there was no difference in growth period,plant height,1000-grain weight and peak tillering stage among the tested treatments.The first and second yield was gained by applying 2 kg/667m2 of N at the tillering stage and 1 kg/667m2 at the heading stage,and applying 3 kg/667m2 at the tillering stage separately,which indicates that applying the sufficient tillering manure at the tillering stage can raise yield of Maoyou 201 effectively.
对四个红菜苔品种区域试验结果表明:油研红一号品种比对照金秋红一号、二早子、十月红分别增产21.95%、27.55%、32.98%,耐旱、耐渍,抗性好,可在我地大面积推广。

The results show that the balance applying fertilizer technique can significantly increase yield of Youyan 7 (because) of the increase of effective branch number and effective pod per plant. The yield with the balance applying fertilizer technique is up to (4050) kg/ha, 206.8%, 184.2%, 26.8% and 13.4% higher than non applying fertilizer,applying P and K, applying N and K and (applying) N and P respectively. The treatments with applying N fertilizer can get the higher yield and economical benefit. The (technical parameters) including the relative yield, soil nutrient supply amount and fertilizer utilization rate are obtained at the same time.
