提高绿色技术创新能力是新时期推进产业高质量发展的重要途径.基于2008-2017年全国内地28省市面板数据,引入政府扶持强度、地区经济发展水平和科技水平等环境变量,利用随机前沿函数构建高技术产业绿色技术创新三阶段组合效率测度模型,并在此基础上构建面板门槛模型实证分析企业规模质量对绿色技术创新效率的影响机理.研究表明,政府扶持强度、地区经济发展水平和科技水平对高技术产业绿色技术创新效率表现出显著异质性影响,而在消除环境因素造成的统计偏差后,国内高技术产业绿色技术创新效率在测度期内呈稳步提升态势,但尚有较大提升空间;高技术产业绿色技术创新效率存在明显的地域空间差异特征,其中东部地区居高,中西部及东北部地区相对较低;此外,高技术产业企业规模质量对绿色技术创新效率具有双重门槛效应,产业集聚、市场环境、劳动者素质对绿色技术创新效率具有显著正向影响,而外资依存度作用不明显.
文章在引入Cobb-Douglas生产函数的基础上,构建制造业转型升级的驱动要素面板数据计量模型,从全国及主要经济带双维度实证检验劳动力供给要素变迁对制造业转型升级的影响.结果 表明,在全国层面,劳动力规模对劳动密集型制造业呈正向弹性效应,但对资本与技术密集型制造业呈负向的抑制效应,劳动力质量弹性系数与劳动力规模呈相反表征状态,而劳动力成本弹性检验中劳动力密集型制造业敏感程度最高.在各经济带检验中,泛珠江三角洲和环渤海经济带的劳动力规模对资本密集型制造业产生正向效应,而各经济带的劳动力质量、劳动力成本分别对劳动密集型制造业呈显著正向与负向效应,并揭示了长江三角洲、泛珠江三角洲和环渤海经济带制造业向技术、资本以及“跨越式”转型模式的偏向性选择.同时,制造业转型升级整体上已初步形成对低端制造业的倒逼机制,但倒逼强度偏弱.
加快绿色供应链体系建设是推进钢铁企业高质量发展的关键.以钢铁企业绿色转型发展为研究视角,在综合考虑环境因素与扰动噪音对钢铁企业绿色供应链效率测度模型构建过程影响的基础上,选取三阶段DEA模型对国内28家大中型钢铁企业绿色供应链效率变迁趋势进行系统评价,并采用PVAR模型对产业集聚、技术创新和绿色供应链效率之间的双向动态关系进行检验.研究表明,钢铁企业绿色供应链效率在2008-2017年期间整体呈现出稳步提升的宏观态势,但是尚有较大的提升空间;在空间格局分布上其具有典型的分异特征,其中高效率企业主要集中在东部和东北部地区,中效率与低效率企业多位于中西部地区,而且西部地区整体效率变化态势不容乐观;钢铁企业绿色供应链效率与技术创新存在双向Granger因果关系,但与产业集聚之间仅存在单向Granger因果关系;在系统GMM估计和脉冲响应检验中,产业集聚短期内对绿色供应链效率具有显著促进作用,但长期看存在向抑制作用转变的威胁,同时虽然技术创新对绿色供应链效率呈现出显著的促进作用,但其滞后性会对其正向效应产生影响.
提高装备制造业技术创新效率是推动"中国智造"的关键.基于2008—2017年全国30省市装备制造业面板数据,利用Frontier4.1软件就政府研发资助、企业研发投入对装备制造业技术创新效率的影响机理进行随机前沿分析,并在此基础上分别以政府研发资助和企业研发投入为门槛变量,进一步探索二者对装备制造业技术创新效率的最优作用区间.研究表明,政府研发资助对技术创新效率主要表现为负向作用,企业研发投入对技术创新效率主要表现为正向作用,且政府研发资助对企业研发投入具有挤出效应,政府研发资助和企业研发投入对技术创新效率均具有双重门槛效应.
The historical data of industrial value added and industrial pollution control investment in sample area of Shandong Province from 2005 to 2018 were selected as the measurement samples, and the long-term investment in industrial added value and industrial pollution control was tested by co-integration test, error correction model and Granger causality test. Equilibrium relationships and short-term dynamic effects are studied. The results show that the investment amount of industrial pollution control investment for treating wastewater and waste gas has a long-term equilibrium relationship with industrial added value; for every 1% increase of industrial pollution wastewater treatment investment, industrial added value increases by 0.09%; industrial pollution waste gas treatment investment For every 1% increase in the amount, the industrial added value will decrease by 0.03%.Granger test results show that industrial added value and industrial wastewater treatment investment, industrial waste gas treatment investment are independent of each other, there is no Granger causal relationship. 基于推进《中国制造2025》战略实施的视角,在解析制造业素质提升效率概念基础上,选取云理论构建制造业素质提升效率评价指标体系及测度模型,并对山东省制造业进行时序与截面双重维度的实证分析.研究结果表明,山东省制造业素质提升效率在2011-2016年期间整体上具有稳步提升的趋势,但是仍具有较大的提高空间,尤其是在培育信息化综合集成水平企业、缓解工业能耗强度及碳减排压力、促进科技创新成果转化率等方面亟需做出合理调整;全省17地市之间制造业素质提升效率具有较大差异,且从空间分布上呈“三大梯度”格局,并存在相对显著的“都市联动效应”,同时省内各地市制造业素质提升效率的变动趋势具有多样化的特征.全省还需强化统筹规划,尤其是提高科技供给能力、加快要素配置及完善资源环境补偿机制等.
文章以影响制造业能源消费结构均衡度演变为视角,构建两阶段计量分析模型,并利用我国30个省市2000-2016年期间制造业行业面板数据,实证考察了环境规制、技术创新对推动制造业能源消费结构均衡度演变的影响.结果 表明,环境规制对技术创新具有显著的正向推进作用;而环境规制引发技术创新对制造业能源消费结构均衡度的影响呈现为负向的冲击作用;此外,环境规制对不同制造业能源消费结构均衡度的直接作用效果存在一定差异性,其中对制造业清洁能源消费可产生“倒U”型曲线关系,而综合考虑各类能源消费变动情况时则其关系呈现“U”型.
In recent years, talent competition among colleges and universities has become increasingly fierce. Graduates of prestigious universities have joined the ranks of teachers in universities. The number of young teachers has rapidly expanded and the ability of scientific research in colleges and universities has been greatly enhanced. However, due to lack of teaching ability of young teachers, the teaching quality is declining. Therefore, based on the in-depth investigation of the status quo of professional teaching in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the existing problems of professional teaching quality in colleges and universities and puts forward the connotative development strategy integrating cultivation and introduction to change the traditional extension-oriented development mode, including: constructing a teaching team through the integration of cultivation and introduction; perfecting the system of teacher evaluation and nurturing system; creating a cultural atmosphere of self-regulated learning and common growth; focusing on personnel training, improving teaching quality in an all-round way.
土地利用规划环境影响评价对配置土地资源起到显著的优化作用,可为新一轮的土地利用规划修编提供科学基础.针对黄河三角洲高效生态经济区土地开发与利用状况,运用DPSIR(Driving-Pressure-State-Impact-Response)模型构建土地利用规划环境影响评价指标体系,结合熵权法和可拓学理论构建土地利用规划环境影响评价模型,分析自规划实施以来(2006-2015年)该区域土地利用与环境质量的变化过程.基于分析结果,对该地区规划目标年(2020年)的土地利用程度和环境质量水平进行了预测.结果表明:自新一轮土地利用规划实施以来,黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的自然环境质量整体上呈正向发展趋势,但人均水资源量、人均耕地面积、人均工业废气排放量等指标是影响该地区环境质量进一步改善的主要短板因素.
Under the background of educational informatization, the diversified teaching which integrates online and offline dual platform is a hot spot. This paper starts from the analysis of the present situation of the course of "Production Operation Management", and designs the mixed teaching idea of this course from the perspective of diversified teaching method and explores the implementation details, which is designed to complete the change from teaching resources accumulation to the flexible use of teaching platform and integration of a variety of teaching methods.
对城市综合竞争力进行科学评价是制定城市发展规划的基础,其研究对城市及其所在区域的健康发展具有重要意义.文章以山东半岛城市群的8个城市作为研究对象,在总结现有研究的基础上,从综合经济实力、教育科技水平、基础设施建设、对外开放程度以及生态环境建设5个方面选取32项核心指标,运用组合赋权和改进的灰色TOPSIS法对山东半岛城市群城市综合竞争力进行定量评价,对半岛城市群各城市竞争力水平进行比较分析,提出了提升山东半岛城市群城市综合竞争力水平的对策措施.
The reliability of the missile telemetry system is based on the forecast and analysis of fault. So the GM-Verhulst-SCGM combined grey forecasting model of missile telemetry fault is constructed according to GM (1,1) model,Verhulst model and SCGM (1,1) c model. The weight coefficients of combination forecasting model was calculated based on predict effective algorithm and the history data of missile telemetry fault. Missile telemetry fault of the real value of exercise group is used as a raw data,and control group of missile telemetry failure data are analyzed through each forecast model. The prediction results show that GM-Verhulst-SCGM forecasting model have higher forecasting precision compared with single forecast model. The future time-series model missile telemetry failure data is estimated on the basis of the feasibility of grey forecasting model is validated. So it can provide theory and method for related department with the reference of improving the remote sensing technology and avoiding missiles fault in timely.
As manufacturing is experiencing a shift from a seller's market to a buyer's market, supply chain distribution management has become an important driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises. As a partner of the distribution channel-distributor has a key role in the process and the ifrst step of effectively manage is evaluating distributors reasonably and effectively. On the basis of summarizing the existing research results, this paper perfected the evaluation index system of distributors and selects 41 evaluating indicators from 12 aspects to establish an evaluation system; at the same time, in the light of the fuzziness in the evaluation process of supply chain nodes, this paper proposes a kind of distributor evaluation model based on TRFN (triangular fuzzy number) - FCE (fuzzy comprehensive evaluation). Using TRFN method to determine the weight of the index can effectively overcome the shortcomings of the traditional FCE. Finally the empirical analysis of a large household electrical appliance enterprise in Shandong Province is given to illustrate the validity of the improved approach.
运用熵权正态云理论,建立了基于S-T-I模型的山东半岛蓝色经济区生态安全预警模型,对山东半岛蓝色经济区历史时序(2004~2014年)及规划年份(2017年)的生态安全进行定量评估和预警.结果表明:2004~2014年区域生态环境从“较差状态”到“一般状态”再到“良好状态”,总体呈逐渐好转的态势,但整体生态安全水平仍较低,均未达到“理想状态”.2017年区域生态安全为“良好状态”,且具有向“一般状态”发展的趋势,大气污染、水污染、工业“三废”等是影响区域生态安全的主要短板因素.
发展低碳经济受到诸多外部因素的影响,其中,科学技术水平的提升对促进低碳经济发展又起到关键作用,即低碳经济发展与科技水平提升存在动态关联.本文以影响低碳经济发展的科学技术因素为切入点,结合关联函数计算方法和可拓理论,构建了低碳经济与科学技术动态关联评价的“投入-产出-发展-潜力(Input-Output-Develop Potential,IO-DP)”概念模型.利用此模型对中国历史年份(2002-2012年)低碳经济与科学技术动态关联水平进行纵向评估,并对其未来年份(2016年)发展状况进行预测.研究结论:2002至2012年,中国低碳经济与科学技术动态关联水平从“中等”状态到“较强”状态,呈现不断提升的趋势,但均处于“强”状态以下.2016年动态关联水平达到“强”水平,但存在国家级科技成果奖、教育新增固定资产量与科研教育平均工资水平过低等短板因素,影响低碳经济发展水平的进一步提升.
This paper studies the dynamic relation between logistics industry development level and carbon emissions in Shandong province from 1992 to 2012 by constructing unrestricted VAR model ,using Johansen cointegration test ,OLS esti-mation equation ,Granger causality test ,impulse response function and variance decomposition .Results show that logistics industry development level and carbon emissions have long -term cointegration relationship;the promotion of the logistics industry has led to an increased level of energy consumption and carbon emissions and when the value of logistics increases 1% ,it will cause an increase of 0 .422% in carbon emissions .
Under the mode of lean production ,feed path is affected by various factors .Consider‐ing the emergency degree of the order ,we discussed the feed path length and the emergency de‐gree of order under the dual role of feed path planning method .First ,we got the emergency de‐gree of the order using the extension evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process .Second , we transformed the material requirement point location into relative coordinates ,calculated the virtual coordinates ,and solved the feed path using the TSP search algorithm based on hybrid par‐ticle swarm optimization algorithm .Finally ,the feasibility of the algorithm were verified by em‐pirical and we provided a reference to lean production promotion .
根据山东省2000-2012年工业、建筑业和交通运输业能源消费数据测算得到碳排放量,基于GM(1,1)模型、Verhulst模型和SCGM(1,1)c模型建立组合灰色预测模型,运用预测有效度方法确定组合预测模型的权重系数.选用2000-2009年三大碳排放行业的实际值作为原始数据,利用各预测模型预测2010-2012年碳排放量.结果表明:组合灰色预测模型比单一预测模型具有更高的预测精度.利用组合模型预测山东省2013-2017年各行业碳排放量,为相关部门制定节能减排政策提供理论及方法借鉴.
In this paper, aiming at establishing supply chain partnership, with their own ability, the condition of the service/product, cooperation ability three dimensions for content, build the model of supply chain partner selection and evaluation index system. Using AHP to determine the index weight of the index system, combining with TOPSIS method to sort by the manufacturer, as a method of evaluation to choose the supply chain partnership, and take P enterprise as an example, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified. Results show that the basis of enterprise survival and development is to improve their own comprehensive ability, and it is important to support the product/service. The strengthening of their ability needs to further improve on time delivery, and the status of the product/service is affected by the high and low quality level, and cooperation ability mainly depends on the status of the financial and corporate credibility level.
