This article examines the methods used to calculate direct carbon emissions from energy consumption, fugitive carbon emissions from manufacturing processes, and fugitive carbon emissions from exhaust gas treatment. It also establishes carbon emission boundaries and focuses on the process of producing and manufacturing automobiles. This method is used to calculate carbon emissions based on the real state of enterprises. According to the research, energy consumption during the production and manufacturing of automobiles results in the largest direct carbon emissions, with electricity consumption making up roughly 75% of energy consumption; The production operation area is the one with the largest percentage of carbon emissions, with the painting workshop contributing the most, at approximately 40%; Seasonal influences and production variations have an impact on emission characteristics.
Carbon emissions from the automobile industry are one of the main sources of carbon emissions in China. Based on the current status of carbon emissions in the automobile industry, this paper proposes a carbon emission reduction path from the perspective of the entire life cycle of automobile manufacturing, use, and scrapping. In the production stage, carbon emissions are reduced through energy efficiency improvement, process innovation, fuel/raw material substitution, and green energy use; in the use stage, carbon emissions are reduced through the use of pure electric vehicles and the use of green electricity; In the scrap recycling stage, carbon emissions are controlled by applying environmentally friendly and efficient technical means to improve the efficiency of material recovery and reuse.

本文对加氢站建设的影响因素进行研究,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面,以第一手调查问卷数据为依据,采用因子分析方法,对影响因素进行分析,从而得出行业发展因素对加氢站建设影响最大,并在此基础上对各具体因素的影响权重进行了计算.在以上分析的基础上,对我国加氢站建设提出了相关建议.
This article studies the influencing factors of hydrogen refueling station construction from the macro, meso, and micro levels, based on the first-hand questionnaire data and using factor analysis to analyze influencing factors. It is concluded that industry development factors have the greatest impact on the construction of hydrogen refueling stations, and on this basis, the influence weights of various specific factors are calculated. On the basis of the above analysis, relevant suggestions are put forward for the construction of hydrogen refueling stations in my country.

世界能源问题推动燃料电池汽车发展,加氢站建设缓慢成为制约其发展瓶颈,为研究加氢站建设的驱动力,从加氢站建设现状出发,深度剖析我国加氢站建设面临的主要问题,总体规划缺失、缺乏顶层设计,归口管理不明、审批流程复杂,建设运营成本高企,企业负担过重以及技术储备不足,技术标准不统一等矛盾突出,在此基础上,对我国加氢站建设的驱动力得出结论,国家与地方协力推进、燃料电池汽车快速发展、加氢设施建设相对落后在一定程度上推动我国加氢站发展.
The World’s energy problems have promoted the development of fuel cell vehicles; slow construction of hydrogen stations has become a bottleneck of its development. The paper starts from the status of hydrogen station construction, In-depth analysis of the main problems faced by China’s hydrogen station construction, such as, the overall plan is missing, the top-level design is lack, the centralized management is not clear, the approval process is complex, the construction and operation costs is high, enterprises’ burden is heavy, the technical reserves is insufficient, the technical standard is inconsistent and so on. On this basis, the conclusion is drawn about the driving force of China’s hydrogen station construction. National and local cooperation, rapid development of fuel cell vehicles and backward of hydrogenation facility construction promote the development of China’s hydrogen stations.
针对一种可代替整车道路测试的发动机在环整车仿真技术,本文通过仿真模拟与试验验证相结合的方式,对该整车仿真技术的重复一致性和客观真实性进行了系统性的研究.研究结果表明,该整车仿真技术具有显著的重复一致性,其重复一致性结果的偏差可有效地控制在0.8%以内,同时其客观真实性结果较转鼓测试结果的偏差可有效控制在3.8%左右.经实践证明,该整车仿真技术在整车性能开发流程中可部分高效代替道路测试验证.

本文运用VAR模型,基于2003年至2012年上半年的季度数据,量化分析人民币汇率、国内钢材价格和主要出口国家经济增长对中国钢材出口的影响,并利用脉冲响应函数和方差分解方法,进一步分析各因素对钢材出口的冲击效应和程度。研究表明,人民币汇率变动对中国钢材出口影响程度较大,国内钢材价格的变动对钢材出口有负面影响且较为显著,主要出口国家的经济增长速度对中国钢材出口具有明显的促进作用。
