Objective:To investigate the efficacy of flow diverters (FD) in the treatment of unruptured tandem intracranial aneurysms.Methods:The clinical data of 19 patients with unruptured tandem intracranial aneurysms treated with FD from April 2018 to October 2020 in the Department of Neurosurgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. Of the 19 patients, 3 had bilateral tandem intracranial aneurysms and 16 had unilateral tandem intracranial aneurysms, and there were a total of 47 unruptured aneurysms. All aneurysms were treated with FD. The modified Rankin scale score (mRS) was used to evaluate the outcome after operation. Follow-up with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) was performed more than 6 months after operation, and the occlusion of aneurysm was evaluated according to O′Kelly-Marotta (OKM) classification. Univariate logistic regression analysis was used to explore the related factors of aneurysm OKM grade D occlusion during follow-up.Results:A total of 22 FDs (14 Pipeline devices and 8 Tubridge devices) were implanted in 47 aneurysms, all of which were successfully placed in place and released; 3 of them were filled with coils. Transient ischemic attack occurred in 1 patient after operation, which improved after symptomatic conservative treatment. The median time of clinical follow-up in 19 patients was 29 months (11-41 months). At the last follow-up, the mRS of all patients was 0. Seventeen patients (40 aneurysms) were followed up by DSA, and the median follow-up time was 10 months (3-19 months). Among them, there were 3 cases(7.5%) of OKM grade A, 3 cases(7.5%) of grade B, 2 cases(5.0%) of grade C, and 32 cases(80.0%) of grade D. The results of univariate logistic analysis showed that aneurysm neck width, maximum diameter, dome-to-neck ratio, aneurysm location on the ventral or dorsal side of the parent artery, whether coil embolization was used or not, or the type of FD did not affect aneurysm occlusion (all P>0.05). Conclusion:Application of FD in the treatment of unruptured tandem intracranial aneurysms has a relatively high occlusion rate, fewer complications, and seems safe and effective.
目的 观察臭氧对大鼠角膜碱烧伤后的氧化应激损伤的抑制效应.方法 使用NaOH建立大鼠角膜碱烧伤模型,30只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、低浓度(2 mg/L)臭氧处理组,中浓度(3 mg/L)臭氧处理组,高浓度(4 mg/L)臭氧处理组,每组6只.ELISA法测定角膜组织中SOD的活性和MDA含量.结果 与低、高浓度组相比,中等浓度的臭氧可有效降低角膜溶解面积、减轻角膜混浊度、抑制角膜新生血管面积,并降低角膜MDA的生成(P<0.05),增加SOD的生成(P<0.05).结论 臭氧能有效改善大鼠角膜碱烧伤后的氧化应激反应,其中3 mg/L的臭氧是较为合适的剂量范围.
目的 探讨血小板反应蛋白-1(thrombospondin-1,TSP-1)对来曲唑诱导的多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)大鼠血清性激素、内分泌腺来源血管内皮生长因子(endocrine gland-derived vascular endothelial growth factor,EG-VEGF)表达及卵巢组织形态学的影响.方法 50只雌性SD大鼠随机分为模型组30只和空白组20只,模型组将来曲唑1 mg/kg溶于质量分数1%羧甲基纤维素(carboxymethyl cellulose,CMC)溶液灌胃,2 mL/d,连续21d,制备PCOS模型;空白组给予等体积质量分数1% CMC溶液灌胃,连续21d.造模成功后,2组各处死10只大鼠.将模型组剩余20只大鼠随机分为PCOS组和治疗组各10只,空白组剩余10只大鼠为对照组,治疗组腹腔注射TSP-1溶液0.2 mL/d,PCOS组和对照组腹腔注射等体积生理盐水,均连续21 d.采用ELISA法检测血清睾酮、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、TSP-1及EG-VEGF水平;采血后处死大鼠,取卵巢,称质量后行组织病理检查,采用免疫组织化学法检测卵巢组织TSP-1、EG-VEGF蛋白阳性表达率.实验过程中记录大鼠动情周期,计算药物处理前后大鼠体质量.结果 空白组、对照组大鼠动情周期均正常,模型组应用来曲唑第13天动情周期消失,治疗组应用TSP-1第14天4只大鼠恢复规律的动情周期;PCOS组体质量增加值[(190.90±8.33)g]较治疗组[(165.00±10.36)g]、对照组[(170.30±9.30)g]大(P<0.05),卵巢质量[(0.09±0.01)g]较治疗组[(0.07±0.01)g]、对照组[(0.07±0.01)g]大(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);药物处理第22天,PCOS组睾酮水平[(92.01±15.46) nmol/L]高于对照组[(60.21±10.17) nmol/L]、治疗组[(62.26±9.68)nmol/L](P<0.05),LH水平[(3.04±0.16)u/L]高于对照组[(2.50±0.20) u/L]、治疗组[(2.52±0.18) u/L](P<0.05),TSP-1水平[(171.84±23.48)μg/L]低于对照组[(251.44±26.04)μg/L]、治疗组[(223.44±20.64》μg/L](P<0.05);治疗组TSP-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05),睾酮、LH水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组FSH、EG-VEGF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与PCOS组比较,治疗组大鼠卵泡和黄体数量略有增加,囊性扩张卵泡明显减少,颗粒细胞层增厚,排列紧密;3组TSP-1、EG-VEGF蛋白均呈阳性表达,PCOS组EG-VEGF蛋白强阳性表达率(80%)明显高于治疗组(0)和对照组(0)(P<0.05),TSP-1蛋白强阳性表达率(50%)与治疗组(60%)、对照组(60%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 TSP-1能改善PCOS大鼠血清性激素紊乱、卵巢排卵功能和卵巢组织形态,对卵巢组织EG-VEGF蛋白的表达有一定影响,其可能通过调节EG-VEGF发挥治疗PCOS的作用.
目的 比较黑龙江省地区青春期异常子宫出血合并缺铁性贫血患者口服避孕药达英-35和铁剂力蜚能的治疗效果.方法 以黑龙江省436例青春期异常子宫出血患者为研究组(其中合并缺铁性贫血者222例,非贫血者214例),以同期接诊的87例缺铁性贫血的非异常子宫出血的青春期患者为对照组.对所有入组患者进行相关临床指标检测,应用达英-35或达英-35+补铁(食补或力蜚能)对患者进行治疗,对比治疗前后相应临床指标变化.结果 ①达英-35+力蜚能与单纯达英-35止血的效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但前者血清铁蛋白恢复时间短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②达英-35+力蜚能与食补对症对于止血的效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),前者血红蛋白恢复时间短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 达英-35+力蜚能恢复血清铁蛋白(SF)及血红蛋白(Hb)效果更好;达英-35+力蜚能和达英-35+食补是SF恢复时间的保护因素,使用这两种治疗方法的SF恢复时间更短.
Objective To explore the effect of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and its mechanism through observing the sex hormone,the influence of ovarian and endo-metrial tissue morphology of PCOS rat models. Methods All 606 weeks of clean female SD rats were chosen. 20 of them were divided into blank control group,the rest 40 rats received intragastric administration of letrozole solu-tion to establish PCOS rat model,the success of the model group rats were randomly divided into three groups:rh-GH group,taie - 35(ethinylestradiol cyproterone)group and PCOS control group,then subcutaneous injection of rhGH for rhGH group 1 U/(kg·d),Diane-35 was given by lavage for taise-35 group[240 mg/(kg·d)]. PCOS control group and blank control group subcutaneous were injected with the same amount of saline,All rats were ex-ecuted after treating 21 days. Application of enzyme-linked immune sobent assay(ELISA)method to detect the rat serum for follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),the ex-pression level of testosterone(T),then on the ovarian and endometrial morphology analysis. Results Compared with PCOS group,rhGH rats serum hormone levels drop T,E2,P levels,differences were statistically significant(P< 0. 05),while the change of LH,FSH has no obvious difference(P >0. 05),ovarian cystic expansion follicles de-creased significantly,at all levels of follicle and corpus luteum number increased significantly,granular cell layer thickening,increased number of endometrial glands,clusters of arrangement,lumens partly visible to some creases and branch. Conclusion RhGH can improve the model of PCOS rats serum sex hormone levels,endometrial mor-phology,and ovarian oviposit function,so as to achieve the effect of treatment of PCOS.
Metabonomics is a technology based on the study of the dynamic change law of in vivo metabolites caused by pathological physiological stimulation or gene mutations,to filter biomarkers which can be used in disease diagnosis and research on the change mechanism,and excavate the potential life markers,and identify metabolic pathways with large fluctuations. By means of non-targeted quantitative determination of various low-molecular-weight metabolites in biological samples, metabonomics enables a better understanding of the metabolic variation in organisms subject to internal and external stimuli. As a result,it is particularly suitable for characterizing the metabonomic alternation associated with diseases and exploring the disease-related early metabolic biomarker clusters,which may provide a novel approach to the early diagnosis of diseases and individual medication. Objective:To study the effect of simvastatin on the invasion,metastasis and expression of MMP2 in U251 cells.Methods:MTT was used to study the effect of adhesiveness by simvastatin on U251 cells.The test of Transwell was used to check the invasion and metastasis of U251 cells with simvastatin.Gelation zymography and RT PCR were used to measured the change of MMP2 expression.Results:In the transwell membrane invasion culture system,the numbers of invading and migrating U251 cells were significantly lower in simvastatin groups than control group(P < 0.01).The level of pro-protein and mRNA were downregulated mediated by simvastatin.Conclusion:Simvastatin effectively inhibited cell adhesion and invasion of human glioma U251 cells,and the precise mechanism may be that simvastatin suppressed the expression of MMP-2.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of happy factors intervention on patients of hypothyroidism.Methods:52 patients with hypothyroidism were randomly divided into control and experimental groups,with 26 patients in each groups.Patients in control group were just given routine nursing care and treatment,while happy factors intervention was applied to those in experimental group for nursing intervention.Treating compliance and curative effect in the two group were contrasted,and the states of patients before and after intervention was assessed by Hamilton depression rating scale for depression(HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA).Results:After intervention,both HAMD and HAMA scores in experimental group were much lower than that of the control group(P0.05).Treating compliance and curative effect of experimental group was superior to the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Happy factors intervention helps hypothyroidism patients to increase positive emotion and thus improve the treating compliance and the curative effect effectively.
目的: 评价环氧化酶2(COX-2)抑制剂NS-398对尖锐湿疣患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)凋亡及凋亡调控蛋白表达的影响.方法: 采用流式细胞仪检测不同浓度NS-398作用CA患者PBMC 24 h后细胞凋亡及凋亡调控蛋白的表达.结果: 100-200 μmol/L的NS-398对PBMC具有明显诱导凋亡的作用,随NS-398浓度增加,凋亡调控蛋白Apo-1、Apo-2.7表达水平呈下降趋势,Bcl-2表达水平呈上升趋势.结论: NS-398可以通过抑制COX-2的途径促进PBMC凋亡,使PBMC的凋亡调控失衡得以恢复.
