针对新工科的教学模式及非标准化考试在计算机通识课教学中应用的情况,提出构建新工科计算机通识课的教与学平台及非标准化考试体系,介绍教与学平台建设过程及综合能力非标准化考试体系以及课堂教学、线上教学、课后实践的动态教与学模式及案例,给出建立教与学平台及构建非标准化考核模式的实施途径,通过对比教与学平台使用前后的学生成绩说明实践效果.
随着云计算、移动互联网以及物联网等新技术的不断成熟,信息技术在教育教学过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用.根据《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011—2020年)》[1]的文件精神,各工科院校的计算机专业纷纷利用最新的信息技术,建立以学生自主学习为主,教师辅助学习的教学模式,通过使用启发式、讨论式、探究式等教学手段,开展发展性评价体系,从而提高教学质量的方式方法.
The genus Cistanche generally has four species in China, including C. deserticola (CD), C. tubulosa(CT), C. salsa(CS) andC. sinensis(CSN), among which CD and CT are official herbal sources of Cistanche Herba (CH). To clarify the sources of CH and ensure the clinical efficacy and safety, a multi-step IR macro-fingerprint method was developed to analyze and evaluate the ethanol extracts of the four species. Through this method, the four species were distinctively distinguished, and the main active components phenylethanoid glycosides (PhGs) were estimated rapidly according to the fingerprint features in the original IR spectra, second derivative spectra, correlation coefficients and 2D-IR correlation spectra. The exclusive IR fingerprints in the spectra including the positions, shapes and numbers of peaks indicated that constitutes of CD were the most abundant, and CT had the highest level of PhGs. The results deduced by some macroscopic features in IR fingerprint were in agreement with the HPLC fingerprint of PhGs from the four species, but it should be noted that the IR provided more chemical information than HPLC. In conclusion, with the advantages of high resolution, cost effective and speediness, the macroscopic IR fingerprint method should be a promising analytical technique for discriminating extremely similar herbal medicine, monitoring and tracing the constituents of different extracts and even for quality control of the complex systems such as TCM.
OBJECTIVE To study the difference in the composition and contents of the effective components,phenylethanoid glycosides,between cultivated and wild C.deserticola for providing theoretical basis for appropriate development and utilization of the precious and endangered C.deserticola resources.METHODS HPLC method was used to determine the contents of the index components adopted by Chinese pharmacopoeia.With morphology and yield traits,the content data were analyzed using SPSS statistical analysis software.At the same time,chromatographic fingerprints were acquired for similarity evaluation by computer aided similarity evaluation software(CASES).RESULTS The content of echinacoside in the cultivated samples was slightly higher than that in the wild samples,but there was no significant difference.The average content of acteoside [(3.15±0.55)%] in the wild samples was significantly higher than that in the cultivated samples [(1.63±0.55)%].The content of each component showed great difference among the samples,which resulted in the differences in their chromatograms.CASES analysis showed that the cultivated samples exhibited higher similarity with coefficient higher than 0.65,but the lowest similarity coefficient between the wild samples was 0.237,indicating greater variability among wild individuals.There might be much more variant diversity in wild C.deserticola.CONCLUSION Cultivation is very important for maintaining the stability of the quality of C.deserticola crude drug.Introduction of germplasm for conservation should be strengthened,and the introduction area should be enlarged,which is quite essential to resource conservation and sustainable development of Cistanche deserticola.
OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics of pollen viability and stigma receptivity of C. deserticola and provide theory basis for seed production and breeding of C. deserticola.METHOD:Different physiological measurement methods were applied to evaluate pollen viability and stigma receptivity. The results of different methods were compared with the seed setting percentage of the cross-pollination in the field test and pollen germination percentage by fluoroscope observation methods. The changes of pollen vitality and stigma receptivity in different conditions were tested using proper methods.RESULT:The optimum methods on pollen viability and stigma receptivity detection were MTT-test and Benzidine-Hydrogen Peroxide method respectively. Results showed that the mean pollen viability and stigma receptivity were both the highest in inchoate anthesis with pollen germination percentage up to 95%, and can maintain viable for 4-5 d, but at the lower temperature of 4 degrees C, the pollen can be stored up to 10 days.CONCLUSION:The physiological characteristics of pollen and stigma of C. deserticola displayed good ecological adaptation, which are much more adaptive to the large area of cultivation condition.
On the basis of analyzing VPN network's flaw, designed and implemented a secure and reliable VPN networking model. The model adopts VPN over HTTP protocol and Kerberos to ensure the secure of identification authentication and data transmission. Finally, the paper gives the main algorithm and workflow of the model's Server and Client. Test results demonstrate that, this model has better performance in Maximum number of connection, throughput of system, data encryption, etc. The model suites to the needs of Network Development, has a very good application prospects on secure transmission of the remote.
【研究目的】研究栽培和野生肉苁蓉种质的药材形态、产量、品质及田间农艺性状的变异水平,以及各性状间的相关关系。【方法】应用Microsoft Excel和SPSS 11.5软件对61份肉苁蓉种质通过测量、称重或药典指定的HPLC法测定的16项性状指标进行统计分析。【结果】不同肉苁蓉种质间各性状差异极其显著,特别是产量与品质性状的个体差异,其中毛蕊花糖苷含量的变异系数高达91.6%。茎节以下的粗细、长度与肉苁蓉的鲜重和折干率呈极显著相关,但品质性状与形态和产量性状间均不存在正相关性,仅松果菊苷的含量与节上粗呈显著负相关。【结论】肉苁蓉不同种质间的形态与品质性状变异丰富,为优良品种的选育提供了理论和物质基础。相关性分析结果为肉苁蓉药材的育种目标、种植措施及合理采收提供了科学依据。
Cistanche deserticola Ma (Orobanchaceae) is known in Chinese as Rou cong rong, considered as an endangered wild species and adapted to arid or semi-arid areas. This species is traditionally used in China and Japan as a tonic. It has been found as a new cultivated plant in several plantations in northwestern China over the past decade. The objective of this study was to introduce the new crop plant to the world. Information on taxonomy, distribution, cultivation, genetic diversity etc. is reported in this paper. The crop may be of interest for regions, where the rainfall is low and the soil desertification is serious.
