为优化初烤烟叶的分切利用技术,制备了云南和河南产区不同单叶重梯度烟叶,并利用三段式分切法研究了烟叶不同分切区位的化学成分和感官品质差异及不同单叶重对分切后烟叶品质差异的影响.结果表明:不同分切区位烟叶还原糖含量(质量分数)、氯含量、钾氯比值、两糖比值差异变化规律在不同产区间表现一致.叶基部还原糖含量较低,氯含量较高,钾氯比值和两糖比值较低,叶尖部和叶中部氯含量和钾氯比值变化存在一定差异.河南产区叶基部的感官品质低于叶中部和叶尖部,云南产区在单叶重大于20g时,叶基部感官品质明显下降.各产区在低单叶重水平下,不同分切区位烟叶化学成分含量和感官品质变异较小,单片烟叶的品质均匀性较好.氯含量、两糖比值差异与河南产区不同分切区位烟叶感官品质的差异密切相关.因此,可将单叶重分类与烟叶分切利用技术相结合,以提高烟叶资源的利用率.
为建立基于烘烤环境温湿度时序数据的工艺分析方法,通过在烤房控制仪加装物联网通讯模块,在5类产区采集烘烤过程的温湿度数据1.1万套,分析烘烤时间、湿球温度和工艺拟合曲线,研究不同部位、产区烘烤工艺执行的主要特点.结果表明:基于温湿度时序数据的烘烤工艺分析结果年度间一致,烟叶烘烤总时间的中位值在160~190 h,上部烟叶的变黄期时间较中部烟叶延长5~10 h,变黄后期-干筋后期的湿球温度低0.5~1.0℃.不同产区烘烤各阶段的时间分配、湿球温度调控差异明显,平顶山产区烘烤变黄期时间长,定色期时间短,湿球温度呈上升-下降-上升变化,曲靖产区烘烤变黄期的时间较长、湿球温度较低,南阳、三门峡、恩施产区变黄期和定色期时间相对接近,湿球温度总体呈上升-稳定-上升变化.通过物联网技术采集烘烤过程的温湿度时序数据,可批量分析烘烤时间、湿球温度等工艺执行指标,为烟叶烘烤技术定向优化提供依据.
为探究烤烟品种云烟87及红花大金元在5个不同典型烟叶产区的质量差异,本文对5个主产烟区烤烟生长状况、产量及质量差异进行了比较分析.结果表明,1)2品种均以河南烟区生育期最长,且同一品种在不同典型烟叶产区农艺性状存在显著差异;2)云烟87在湖南试验点经济性状较好,黑龙江试验点较差;红花大金元以黑龙江试验点经济性状最好,河南试验点最差;3)云烟87在贵州试验点化学品质最好,在黑龙江试验点最差;红花大金元在贵州试验点化学品质最好,在河南试验点最差.4)云烟87在湖南试验点烟叶外观品质最佳,在贵州试验点最差;红花大金元在湖南试验点烟叶外观品质最佳,在河南试验点最差.5)评吸质量表明,云烟87以贵州试验点的得分最高,黑龙江试验点得分最低;红花大金元以黑龙江试验点的得分最低,其它试验点得分差异不显著.综合分析初步认为,云烟87在河南平顶山、湖南郴州种植能够获得较好的烟叶质量和种植收益.红花大金元在福建三明、贵州遵义两地种植能够获得较好的烟叶质量和种植收益.
为阐明密集烘烤冷凝除湿技术对烟叶中性致香成分和感官质量的影响,利用全闭式循环热泵烤房(冷凝除湿)、半闭式循环热泵烤房(冷凝除湿+外排湿)和开式循环热泵烤房(外排湿)研究了不同排湿方式的最大水分排出速率及对烤后烟叶中性致香成分和感官质量的影响.结果表明,外排湿烤房自40℃开始最大水分排出速率显著高于其他2种烤房.冷凝除湿烤房烤后烟叶芳香族氨基酸降解产物类、美拉德反应产物类和类胡萝卜素降解产物类致香成分总量显著高于外排湿烤房,主要表现为烤后烟叶中苯甲醇、苯乙醇、苯甲醛、糠醛、糠醇、2-乙酰基呋喃、5-甲基糠醛、2-乙酰基吡咯、β-二氢大马酮、二氢猕猴桃内酯、巨豆三烯酮1、巨豆三烯酮2、巨豆三烯酮3和巨豆三烯酮4等致香物质含量的显著提升.在感官质量方面,冷凝除湿烤房烤后烟叶的香气特征指标香气质、香气量和透发性,烟气特性指标细腻柔和程度和圆润感,口感特性指标干燥感和余味均有不同程度改善,但杂气中的青杂气和生青气有所加重.冷凝除湿烘烤可以提高烤后烟叶中性致香成分含量,改善烤后烟叶感官质量.
[目的]明确覆盖反光膜对烟叶光合特性及产质量的影响,为其在烟叶产上的应用提供科学依据.[方法]以云烟87为材料,以常规栽培为CK,研究覆盖反光膜对烟叶光合特性、烟叶经济性状、化学成分和感官质量的影响.[结果]覆盖反光膜烟叶净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度分别为5.50 μmol/(m2·s)、3.51 mmol/(m2·s)和 0.16 mmol/(m2·s),分别较 CK 显著提高 90.97%、74.32%和 169.05%;胞间 CO2浓度为0.16μmol/mo1,较CK下降43.90%;上述4个指标处理与CK均存在显著差异.覆盖反光膜对烟叶产量影响不明显;产值为55 208.17元/hm2,较CK提高2 684.5元/hm2;上等烟比例为48.32%,较CK提高8.16百分点;显著提高烤后烟叶还原糖和总糖含量,中部烟叶还原糖和总糖含量分别为26.3%和29.7%,较CK分别提高8.1百分点和9.2百分点,上部烟叶总糖和还原糖含量分别为21.4%和24.6%,均提高5.0百分点.覆盖反光膜明显降低烤后烟叶的总植物碱含量,中部和上部烟叶分别为2.25%和2.51%,较CK分别下降0.62百分点和0.54百分点.中部和上部烟叶感官质量得分分别为75.0分和71.6分,较CK分别提高1.2分和0.8分.[结论]覆盖反光膜可有效提高烟叶光合能力,并改善烟叶化学成分协调性和感官质量.
为探究不同烤烟品种的适宜施氮量,以K326、OX2028、NC2326、云烟87、红花大金元5个烤烟品种在全国4个烤烟产区采用小区试验方式进行了在当地习惯施肥量基础上增施和减施氮肥对烤烟品种主要化学成分及产量和质量影响研究.试验结果表明:在当地习惯施肥量基础上适度增加施氮量有助于提高K326、红花大金元、OX20283个烤烟品种的产量和产值;施氮量的改变对5个供试品种的烤后烟叶主要化学成分影响较小;适度增加施氮量有利于K326、红花大金元2个烤烟品种香气品质的提升,而不同施氮量处理对OX2028、NC2326及云烟873个烤烟品种的评吸质量影响较小.在当地施氮量基础上,适度增加K326、红花大金元烤烟品种施氮量有利于提高烤烟种植经济效益,提高烟叶香气质量.
本文利用磷酸水热法制备了多孔氮化碳(PCN-H)纳米材料,通过紫外-可见吸光光谱、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱和比表面积分析等多种手段表征催化剂的形貌、光学属性及结构特点等.在可见光照射下光催化降解除草剂莠去津,评价材料对莠去津的催化降解活性.分别测试最优化氮化碳材料在不同pH条件下对莠去津降解效率的变化,并分析催化剂用量和除草剂浓度对降解率的影响.结合活性物种捕获实验,阐述莠去津可见光降解的机理.通过材料表征结果分析,PCN-H表现为独特的多孔结构,比表面积分别是基础石墨型氮化碳(MCN)和磷酸浸泡氮化碳(PCN-S)的4.3倍和3.0倍.磷酸水热处理成功实现磷元素的掺杂,可见光利用率明显提高,1h内即可将莠去津降解率从18.4%提升至45.7%.酸性条件有助于PCN-H对莠去津催化降解.在PCN-H可见光催化降解莠去津的过程中,光致空穴和超氧自由基发挥主要作用.该方法制备的材料光能利用率高,避免了金属催化剂自身对环境的潜在污染,酸性条件下降解更为高效,有助于减轻农药污染对农业生态环境及非靶标生物造成的负面影响.
为合理评价和调控烤烟单叶质量,制备豫中和滇东原料产区单叶质量梯度烟叶样品,研究了不同单叶质量烟叶的外观品质、主要化学成分、感官品质及工业可用性差异,提出基于卷烟品牌需求的烟叶适宜单叶质量.结果表明,豫中和滇东产区中部烟叶的单叶质量主要分布在14.5~26.5 g和11.0~17.0 g.豫中产区单叶质量在8.5~38.5 g,滇东产区在8.0~29.0 g范围内,随单叶质量升高烟叶身份趋厚,颜色饱和度和油分改善,烟叶还原糖、总糖和淀粉含量增加,糖碱比值上升.烟叶感官品质和工业可用性随单叶质量升高呈抛物线变化,单叶质量较低的烟叶香气品质相对较差,单叶质量较高则口感舒适性明显下降.针对"中华"品牌烟叶原料需求,豫中产区中部烟叶单叶质量在17.5~20.5 g,滇东产区在14.0~17.0 g相对适宜.
We tested the hypothesis that soil texture and nitrogen (N) fertilisation are the primary factors regulating the N cycle and soil bacterial community structure. The response of soil bacterial communities to N fertilisation in different textured soils might help in identifying the specific underlying mechanism and hence management of N fertiliser application in fields. We examined how N fertiliser accumulates in flue-cured tobacco and influences soil bacterial community structure in different textured soils. We conducted plot and micro-plot experimental measurements of N content in soil and tobacco samples using the KNO315N isotope technique. Soil bacterial community structure was determined using high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA. Nitrogen absorption and utilisation by tobacco plants were highest in sandy loam soils, followed by loam soil and clay loam. The ability of clay loam to supply N was weak during the plant growth period. Absence of fertilisation could reduce bacterial abundance in soils to various degrees. Bacterial diversity was higher in sandy loam soil than in loam soil and clay loam. Soil texture and N fertilisation significantly affected soil bacterial community structure and diversity. Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes, Actinobacteria, and Chloroflexi were the dominant bacterial phyla, while Bacillus, Nitrobacter, Nitrosospira, Nitrospira, and Rhizobium were the primary N transformation bacteria at the genus level in all treatments. However, relative abundances differed with N fertiliser application, which could lead to differential N availability and N use efficiency of tobacco among soil types. We conclude that both soil texture and N fertilisation influence N accumulation and distribution in flue-cured tobacco and thus regulate soil bacterial communities. N fertiliser application in sandy loam soil should be strictly controlled for its higher N use efficiency, soil bacterial abundance, and diversity.
为明确初烤烟叶柔软度的分布特征及其与主要理化指标间的关系,对全国50个主产烟区300份烤烟样品的柔软度、物理指标、化学成分进行了相关分析、逐步回归和通径分析.结果表明:①烤烟柔软度分布范围为8.47~434.61 mN,不同部位柔软度差异较大,上部叶>中部叶>下部叶.②不同种植区域(西南烟区、东南烟区、黄淮烟区、长江中上游烟区、北方烟区)烤烟柔软度差异显著;上中下3个部位烟叶黄淮烟区的柔软度最高,说明其柔软性较差.上部烟叶其他4个烟区差异不显著,中下部烟叶东南烟区和长江中上游烟区柔软度极显著低于其他烟区,说明其柔软性较好.③烤烟柔软度与主要理化指标密切相关,尤其是烟叶总糖、还原糖和钾对烟叶柔软度有直接作用,且相关系数也最高,分别为0.704、0.695和0.559,因此总糖、还原糖和钾是影响烤烟烟叶柔软度的重要理化指标.
为明确不同覆盖方式的烟田生态效应,采用田间试验研究无覆盖、地膜覆盖、立体覆盖和稻草覆盖4种覆盖方式对垄体土壤温湿度及烟草生长发育的影响.结果 表明,不同覆盖方式下各土层土壤温度具有相似的变化趋势,均随着土层深度的增加呈下降趋势,且同一覆盖方式不同土层温度变化具有一致性.地膜覆盖对土壤温度的提升效果最好,能促进烟苗早发快长,但团棵期膜内地表温度过高可能影响根系生长;稻草覆盖对生育期内土壤的保温效果较好;立体覆盖处理在烤烟生育内的土壤温度最低.地膜覆盖不利于根系土壤接纳降雨,土壤含水量最低;稻草覆盖对蓄积土壤水分的效果最优;立体覆盖次之.从团棵期烤烟生物量及农艺性状看,地膜覆盖在烤烟团棵期可明显提高烤烟的长势,稻草覆盖次之但烟叶根冠比最高,立体覆盖再次,无覆盖处理的烟叶长势最差.试验表明立体覆盖对烟田土壤温湿度及团棵期烤烟的生长发育的影响效果比地膜覆盖低,后续应对烤烟整个生长发育时期、产质量特征及其覆盖的成本效益和环境影响等进行进一步研究.
为明确烟稻轮作田土壤中二氯喹啉酸导致烟草药害的残留阈值,研究了稻田不同施药剂量下二氯喹啉酸的残留量和降解规律,分析了残留量和烟草药害等级相关性.结果表明,土壤中较低浓度的二氯喹啉酸残留就可导致烟草药害.稻田推荐剂量的二氯喹啉酸在植烟土壤中半衰期为25.7 d,施用60 d后降解率为77.83%.移栽后60 d,土壤中二氯喹啉酸残留量与烟草药害等级呈指数关系,残留阈值为0.006 mg/kg,如超过此阈值,烟草会产生明显药害症状.烟田规划期即烟草移栽前60 d,二氯喹啉酸残留风险值为0.072 mg/kg.研究为控制二氯喹啉酸药害风险和烟田规划提供了理论依据和数据支撑.
The effects of rice straw returning on soil physical and chemical properties, aggregate characteristics and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco in tobacco-rice rotation areas were studied through a two-year field positioning experiment. The experiment was set up with four treatments: no straw (CK), straw covered returning (T1), straw smashing (T2) and straw charring (T3). The results showed that all the rice straw-returning methods could improve soil physiochemical properties. Soil pH, soil alkali nitrogen, available phosphorus and potassium contents were significantly (p≤0.05) improved in the straw rushing and carbonizing treatments compared with those in the control treatment, and the effect of straw carbonization returning on soil fertilization was better. Meanwhile, all the three straw returning methods improved soil aggregate structure and stability in a certain degree, and the total amount of >0.25 mm soil water-stable aggregates, the values of average weight diameter (MWD) and geometric mean diameter (GMD) of soil aggregates were found to be the highest in the straw smashing treatment, which also had the lowest fractal dimension (D) values, followed by the straw charring treatment. From the perspective of the quantity and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves of C3F class, the economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco, the chemical composition and sensory quality of C3F grade tobacco leaves were optimal in the straw smashing returning treatment, followed by rice straw covered and charring treatments. Taken together, rice straw smashing returning is a better way of straw utilization in the tobacco-rice rotation area of southern Anhui Province, followed by improved straw conversion into biochar returning to the field and then the mulching returning.
通过2年田间试验,研究了滴灌条件下不同施氮量对烤烟生长发育、经济性状、外观质量、内在品质及感官质量的影响.结果表明,滴灌条件下减施氮肥能够促进烤烟生长,提高中部叶烤烟还原糖、总糖、糖碱比和钾含量.降低总氮含量、总植物碱含量,协调中部叶内在化学成分,增加烤烟产值及产量,改善了烟叶的感官质量.2015、2016年度内在化学成分及感官质量均以采用滴灌施用纯氮60 kg/hm2处理最佳.在滴灌条件下,施用纯氮60 kg/hm2是文山地区烤烟生长、品质及产值方面最佳的组合,达到了节水、节肥与最佳种烟收益双重目的.
皖蒌9号是近年来在宣城地区广泛推广应用的瓜蒌高产新品种.笔者结合实践,对其高产栽培技术进行总结,包括栽植地选择、整地施肥、搭设棚架、栽种种根、栽植后管理、病虫害防治及收获等方面内容,以期为皖蒌9号瓜蒌栽培提供参考.
为解决皖南烟区专业化服务不规范、服务价格不合理、服务质量不过关等问题,运用问卷调查、头脑风暴法、策略研讨、查阅文献资料、深度访谈等方法,分析专业化服务产品开发的可行性,明确了服务产品开发的5种形式,形成服务产品开发工作流程的七个阶段;重点围绕营销要素中产品、价格、渠道、人员和服务过程5个要素的管理措施进行探索,明确了工作说明书(SOW)、防错设计和烟农验收3项质量管理措施,成本导向的定价方法,用人规范和工作绩效2项人员管理要点,以及应用服务蓝图设计了专业化服务过程.开发营销服务产品转变了烟叶专业化服务方式,为提高服务效率,保障技术精准落实和促农增收起到积极作用.
[目的]明确烤烟烟叶发育状况与其感官评吸质量的关系.[方法]对2014—2016年取自全国9个省的烤烟烟叶样品进行外观品质以及评吸质量检测鉴定,对所得数据按年份进行相关分析.[结果]描述性统计结果显示,烟叶叶片特征指标和感官评吸指标在所取样本间变幅不大,各项指标平均值属于中等偏上水平,变异系数变化不大.简单相关分析结果表明,与烤烟评吸质量相关的各项指标因烟区、年份不同而与烟叶发育物理指标间呈现不同的相关性.其中香气质、香气量及刺激性等与叶长、叶宽、开片度及单叶重之间相关性较显著(P<0.05).[结论]该研究为工业企业的烟叶原料采购和合理利用提供科学依据.
Arthrinium arundinis is a common pathogen in nature, although its molecular taxonomic status has never been reported. Herein, we described the complete mitochondrial (mt) genome of A. arundinis, which is a circular DNA molecule with 48,975 bp in length; its A + T content is 72.04%. The mitogenome2, 23 tRNAs comprising 14 amino acids, 9 genes coding for proteins related to oxidative phosphorylation [nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (nad) 1-5, nad4L, cytochrome b (cob), and cytochrome oxidase (cox) 1-2)] ATP synthase subunits (atp6, atp8, and atp9), and 7 hypothetical proteins (orf73, orf143, orf252, orf266, orf328, orf341, and orf372). Phylogenetic analyses indicated that A. arundinis clustered with the members of the order Xylariales. Genome structure analyses showed that there are three blocks located in the mitogenome, including ms-ml, nad2-nad5, and cob-atp6. The A. arundinis mitogenome presented features different from those of species in Xylariales, especially for the regions coding trns (trnR-trnY). In addition, comparison of the gene orders from species in Sordariomycetes revealed that although all coding regions are located on the same strand in most Sordariomycetes mitogenomes, several genes from A. arundinis presented reversed positions and co-localization of genes (i.e., nad1, nad4, and cox1).
