目的:观察柴胡桂枝汤对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的治疗疗效.方法:将60例ICP患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组30例.对照组给予西药常规方案治疗,治疗组在西医标准治疗方案基础上加用柴胡桂枝汤治疗,疗程为7天.评价两组治疗后瘙痒程度、血清总胆红素(TBil)、血清总胆汁酸(TBA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平的变化及其对妊娠结局的影响.结果:治疗组在瘙痒程度、TBil、TBA、ALT及AST降低程度均较对照组降低(P<0.05);治疗组在胎儿窘迫,胎儿生长受限,早产发生等数据上均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:柴胡桂枝汤对ICP的治疗疗效可靠.
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lactulose in the treatment of constipation for parturient.Methods Constipation parturients were randomly selected.All the suhjeets were required to record the daily defecation frequencies with the consistency perbowel movement which was judged by the bristol stool form scale.The treatment emergent adverse events were observed and the delivery results were followed up.Results The mean times of defecation in the lactulose group was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05)during the run-in period of two weeks treatment.The difficulty degree of defecation(P<0.05),shape of stool(P<0.05),and stomach pain without clean feeling(P<0.05) were improved in the treatment group.The responder rate of treatment group was also significantly higher than that of control(76.3%).Conclusion The study indicates that lactulose can effectively increase postpartum women constipation defecation frequency,alleviate defecation difficulty.Lactulose is safe and efficacious for the treatment of postpartum constipation.
Objective The antioxidant enzymes,lipid peroxidation and vaginal lactobacilli in the vaginal discharge from patients with bacterial vaginosis(BV) were observed to investigate the relationship between oxidative stress and pathogenesis of bacterial vaginosis. Methods Smear of vaginal secretion was observed to detect the type of pathogenic microorganism and quantity of bacillus lacticus. The vaginal secretion was also made into stock solution for determining enzyme activity or concentration using detecting kits,including lipid peroxide malondialdehyde(MDA),hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),oxidation resistance enzyme superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and Vitamin C(VC). Results Prevalence of BV in this group was 33. 5%; pH value of vaginal secretion in BV patients was significantly elevated,while the detection rate of bacillus lacticus was reduced. The enzyme detection results showed that lipid peroxide MDA and H2O2 level in BV group were elevated,while the CAT,SOD and VC level in BV group were decreased compared to the control group(P < 0. 01). All indicators recovered to normal levels after therapy. Conclusion Oxidative stress might participate and affect pathological processes of BV. Changing the oxidative stress status in vaginal environment might be a prospective therapy for BV.
The success of induction of mouse fibroblasts into pluripotent stem cells has sparked a boom in induced pluripotent stem cells(iPS)research all over the world.iPS with a wide array of sources,same totipotent differentiation as the stem cells while avoiding the ethical issues of sourcing and application in the medical field,has broad clinical application prospects,such as building human diseases models,specific cell treatment,cultivation of transgenic animal organ transplants,as well as biopharmaceutical.Currently,iPS combined with gene therapy and cell transplantation therapy has been applied on the animal models of disease.In addition,the technology has provided a new platform to study cellular reprogramming mechanism and pathology of human diseases.
The Allium fistulosum L.seeds were irradiated by 12C6+ heavy ions to the dosages of 30,90,180 Gy,the mutagenic effect in the aspect of the cell level and the agronomy was studied and the RAPD analysis was carried out.Comparision with the conclusion of M1 gengeration indicates that the Cytological damage,micronucleus and chromosomal aberration caused by radiation formed in the cells of Allium fistulosum L.,and this kind of effect still existed in the M2 generation.There is a negative correlation between some of the growth indexes such as plant height,diameter of onion white and irradiation dosage to a certain extent,the growth indexes in the 30 Gy dosage exposure group are better than those in control group.The Allium fistulosum L.nutrients,including the total water-soluble protein and the Vitamin C content are the highest for the 30 Gy group and the lowest in 90 Gy group.Consistent with the M1 generation,the chromosomal aberrations,micronucleus and the DNA polymorphism rate by RAPD analysis are still positive correlations with the radiation dose in M2 generation respectively.However,the overall rates decline.The result indicated that the DNA variation induced by the high energy heavy ion exposure is repaired and eliminated to a certain extent in the M2 generation.
