以215种空气凤梨为参试植物,连续3 a的棚内养护观察并记录其物候信息,通过层次分析法对参试植物进行适应性评价.结果显示,大部分空气凤梨在厦门的适应性良好,其中适应性评价得分为1级和2级的空气凤梨共135种.研究结果可为我国自主培育空气凤梨优良品种提供参考.
Through the aseptic culture test of Sphaeropteris lepifera (J Sm. ex Hook.) R. M. Tryon, try to screen out the best conditions for each process of aseptic culture for spores of Sphaeropteris lepifera, in order to establish a systematic, efficient and complete aseptic culture technology system for spores of Sphaeropteris lepifera, and try to achieve factory production of Sphaeropteris lepifera seedlings. The mature dark brown spores off leaf from Sphaeropteris lepifera were used as explants, disinfected with 75% alcohol for 10 s and 0.1% Hg for 6 min. The induced germination medium is 1/5 MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L. The proliferation medium is 1/2 MS + 6-BA 0.3 mg/L+ IBA 0.05 mg/L. The differentiation medium is MS+6-BA 0.05 mg/L+ IBA 0.05 mg/L. And the rooting medium is MS + 6-BA 0.2 mg/L + IBA 0.2 mg/L. The culture temperature is (25±2)°C, the light source is fluorescent, the illumination time is 12 h/d, and the illumination intensity is 2000 lx.
利用顶空固相微萃取结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术对盛花期的香花秋海棠(Begonia handelii)雄花及其变种铺地秋海棠(B.handelii var.prostrata)雌花和红毛香花秋海棠(B.handelii var.rubropilosa)雄花的挥发性香气成分进行分析.结果表明,从铺地秋海棠花中鉴定出香气成分32种,其中醇类物质含量最高,占总成分50.10%,其次分别为碳氢类、醛类和酸类物质,分别占总成分25.39%、13.87%、4.34%;从香花秋海棠花中鉴定出香气成分21种,醛类物质含量最高,占总成分57.12%,其次是醇类、碳氢类、杂环类物质,分别占总成分17.37%、15.31%、4.88%;从红毛香花秋海棠花中鉴定出香气成分44种,醇类物质含量最高,占总成分38.22%,其次是碳氢类、醛类和醚类物质,分别占总成分34.36%、16.83%、6.91%.铺地秋海棠和红毛香花秋海棠香气成分较接近,富含具有清香、甘甜气息的芳樟醇氧化物等物质;香花秋海棠花中醛类物质含量最高,具有淡焦甜香气.
通过对笔筒树为期1a的连续观测,揭示其年生长发育规律.结果 表明:在厦门地区的笔筒树植株生长发育全年无休眠,4—7月和9—10月为营养生长高峰期,11月至翌年3月新生叶片较少,营养生长的最适宜温度为25~28℃;1—2月和4—7月为生殖生长高峰期,8—12月的新生孢子叶较少,生殖生长的适宜温度为15~28℃.植株在树荫较多、 空气潮湿的地方营养生长较好,而阳光充足条件则有利于孢子生长.孢子囊群成熟期25 d左右.植株的年新增叶片数与其干高有显著正相关性.
In order to obtain high quality seedlings of Araucaria cunninghamii, the seeds were collected from 30—60 year-old robust mature trees. At the seedling stage, watering, fertilization, diseases and pests control were paid great attention. With the seedling height, root length and the ground diameter as the indexes, the 1-year-old and 2-year-old seedlings of A. cunninghamii were divided into three quality classes using the SPSS K-means clustering. The height and the ground diameter of the 1-year-old seedlings and third class of 2-year-old seedlings were too short to be outplanting. The first and second classes of the 2-year-old seedlings were suggested to be outplanting.
