目的 了解漳州市生活饮用水水碘含量分布情况,为有效控制和消除碘缺乏病防治提供依据.方法 根据《全省生活饮用水水碘含量调查方案》开展调查,检测集中式、分散式供水水碘含量.结果 全市共调查11个县(区)122乡(镇、街道)714个村.采集水样3 147份,水碘平均含量0.02~406.60 μg/L;其中<0.2μg/L的123份(3.9%)、0.2~9.9μg/L的2 023份(64.3%)、10.0~100.0 μg/L的956份(30.4%)、>100.0 μg/L的45份(1.4%);11县区水碘中位数<10 μg/L者占87.1%;集中式与分散式两种供水方式的水碘中位数类似.结论 漳州市生活饮用水水碘含量总体处于较低水平;高碘水样主要在漳浦、龙海、龙文和芗城;全市仍需继续使用加碘食盐防控碘缺乏病.
Objective To analyze the anti-HBs level and evaluate result for hepatitis B vaccine immunization to healthy population in Yangjiang City.Methods The cluster random sampling test was carried out in the survey,healthy persons were selected from 20 villages and towns in the area.The CMIA (Chemiluminescence microparticle immuno assay)was used in a quantitative detection of anti-HBs,and the data collected and analyzed by software SPSS18 and Excel 2007.Re-sults A total of 1 054 sera samples were collected and detected,the immunization rate was 94.88% in the investigated population,the positive rate for anti-HBs was 63.47%,high response rate was 29.51%,Geometric mean titer (GMT) was 23.47 mIU /mL.The immunization rate gradually decreased to lower along with growing of age,immunization rate in groups below(<)20 years and more than or equal to (≥)20 years were 98.35% and 54.22%,respectively,and the rate was higher in male group than in female group.The immunization rates have no statistical significance (χ2 =5.99,P =0.11)in investigated areas.The result showed,positive rate for anti-HBs was 63.00% in children with age from 1 to 14 years,the group with the highest rate was in 1 years-group with 87.20%,the group with the lowest rate was in 7 years-group with 54.56%,the area with the highest rate was in Jiangcheng District with 70.61%,the area with the lowest rate was in Yangxi County with 56.60%.The anti-HBs response and GMT were in the highest values for children below(<)1 year age,as 61.22% and (91.56±2.15)mIU /mL,respectively,but these were in the lowest values for children 5-years age,as 13.74% and (12.44±1.46)mIU /mL,respectively,there has a statistical significant difference(χ2 =57.31,P=0.00,F=5.77,P =0.00)between both of them.Conclusion A primary immune barrier was formed in healthy popula- vaccine immunization processed in adults.
Objective:To understand the immune status of measles vaccine and IgG antibody level in healthy population in Yangjiang city and to provide reference for controlling and eliminating measles.Method:More than or equal to 48 healthy people were investigated in each township by stratified random sampling method in a total 20 townships,measles IgG antibody were detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent test.Result:The measles vaccine immunization rate was 87.11%,the positive rate of antibody was 80.28%,the antibody protection rate was 39.72%,and the geometric mean titer(GMT)of antibody was 1∶570.72. In different age groups and different regions,the positive rate of measles antibody,protective rate and GMT were statistically significant. There were significant differences in the positive rate and the protection rate among different gender groups,and the difference of GMT was not statistically significant. There was significant difference in the positive rate among the population with immune history,but the difference of protection rate and GMT was not statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of measles antibody in the population with no immunity history and the 3 doses vaccination.Conclusion:The healthy population in Yangjiang city of measles antibodies failed to form an effective immune barrier and should be strengthen the multiple cropping,advocating vaccination with measles containing vaccine.
目的 了解阳江市艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体检测中筛查试验阳性结果的符合性及其带型分布,为提高我市各类机构筛查实验室HIV抗体检测工作质量提供依据,为我市艾滋病防控提供参考.方法 对HIV初筛阳性标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)/胶体硒进行复检,两种试剂均呈阳性或一阴一阳的使用蛋白免疫印迹试验(WB)进行确认,对比筛查试验结果与确证试验结果的符合性.结果 536份筛查阳性血清标本中,经WB确证阳性496份,阳性率92.53%,阴性25份,不确定的15份.结论 我市艾滋病病毒抗体筛查试验和确证试验符合性较高.筛查试验阳性有可能是假阳性,必须进行确证试验,对不确定的样本要进行追踪随访.
目的:探讨染色的发样中2,5-二氨基甲苯,间苯二胺,对苯二胺、二苯胺和邻苯二胺等5种组分的气相色谱-质谱检测方法。方法:将染色过的发样清洗剪碎后,先用2mol /L 的氢氧化钠消化分解,超声处理40min,再水浴(37℃)继续消解6h。取出后用乙酸乙酯萃取5min,有机物层进样。结果:本研究优化了染色发样的预处理方法,建立了同时检测染色发样中5种残留组分的 GC -MS 检测方法。结论:此方法简单快速,可推荐用于检测染色发样中残留的染发剂含量。
目的 调查1起旅游团副溶血性弧菌食物中毒事件的发生原因,分析危险因素,利用分子流行病学分析方法溯源致病因子及可能污染途径.方法 制定病例定义,开展病例搜索和个案调查,采用描述性流行病学方法分析事件特征;开展病例对照研究探讨危险因素和现场卫生学调查追溯原因.采集病例样本和环境样本进行致病菌分离、血清学分型鉴定和脉冲场凝胶电泳(PF-GE)分析,确定致病因子和污染途径.结果 2012年7月8-9日,从某旅游团成员中共搜索到26例病例,罹患率为35.14% (26/74),临床表现主要以腹痛(占96.15%)、腹泻(占96.15%)、呕吐(占61.54%)等为主.流行曲线符合点源暴发模式,可疑餐次为7月8日午餐,病例对照研究结果提示姜葱炒花蟹为可疑食物(OR=10.00,95% CI为1.13 ~88.49).共采集各类样本41份,检出副溶血性弧菌阳性18份,阳性率为43.90%.其中采集病例粪便、肛拭子和呕吐物样本16份,检出阳性12份;采集餐馆砧板、菜刀、餐具、半成品食物、装生花蟹胶篓拭子样本共25份,检出阳性6份.12份病例粪便和肛拭子样本检出的副溶血性弧菌与1份装生花蟹胶篓拭子样本检出的副溶血性弧菌菌株PFGE图谱相似性达100%;11份病例样本和胶篓拭子样本血清型为O3∶K6,1份病例样本血清型为OUT∶ KI.现场卫生学调查提示,事件发生的可能危险因素为加工时间不足导致姜葱炒花蟹未能煮熟煮透.结论 根据病例临床症状、流行病学调查及实验室结果,判定该起事件为1起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒事件,事件发生的可能危险因素为花蟹未煮熟导致.
目的为判断一起胃肠炎疫情的病因提供实验室依据。方法对发生胃肠炎学生的肛拭子、食堂食品、宿舍和食堂饮用水、食堂环节拭子和二次供水泵房涂抹拭子等进行诺如病毒、轮状病毒和致病菌检测。采用Real-time PCR方法和全自动细菌鉴定仪鉴定。结果 22份肛拭子中,诺如病毒阳性5份,轮状病毒阴性;其他标本诺如病毒和轮状病毒均阴性。所有样本均未检出致病菌,广东省CDC微检所对部分样本进行诺如病毒复核检测,结果22份肛拭子检出诺如病毒7份,其他样本阴性。结论根据实验室检测结果,结合病例临床症状和流行病学特征,判断该起胃肠炎疫情由诺如病毒感染引起。
