目的:了解上海社区卫生服务中心已就业中医全科规培人员的具体情况,找出当前培训的不足之处,探索未来中医全科培训体系的改革方向.方法:选取上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院中医全科规培出站人员进行随访,以问卷形式了解相关人员目前工作情况及对培训的个人看法.结果:多数受访者表示对目前的培训工作表示满意,但认为培训与实际工作存在一定的差距.结论:中医全科住院医师规范化培训可以在多方面进行更深层次的改革.

Objective To explore the application of question-based lectures made by students in teaching chapter of nuclear chemical and biological weapon damage among field military nursing.Methods The participants were junior students of four-year undergraduate program.Questions on emergency treatment and care of chemical and biological weapon damage were proposed after a lecture by teacher.Students were divided into three groups after class and each group was assigned to a lecture on emergency treatment and care of one kind of weapon damage.Students had to collect information and prepare PPT for the next lecture.After lectures given by students at next class,discussion on the lectures was organized and comments were given by teachers.Results All students approved this kind of teaching activities,97.44％ believed that it can arouse their interest in study,94.87％ participated in the collection of data,89.74％ took part in the discussion,and 87.18％ obtained the sense of achievements.Conclusion Question-based lectures made by students are helpful in stimulating their interest in learning,cultivating their abilities of acquiring and applying knowledge.The teaching activities achieve the preferable results through proper application and meticulous organization.

It is a special phase for resident in residency standardized training,and it is also very important to improve the general and clinical ability.We consult overseas and inland experience,and combine our province actuality and specialty to reform and make a new residency standardized training system.After a few years,sums up our reform experience and give a better suggestion on our residency standardized training system.

AIDS职业暴露指医务人员在从事艾滋病防治工作及有关工作中,意外地被HIV感染者或AIDS病人的血液、体液污染了破损的皮肤或非胃肠道粘膜,或被含有HIV的血液、体液污染了的针头及其他锐器刺破皮肤,从而导致被HIV感染可能性的情况～[1].近年来,随着AIDS疫情的蔓延,HIV感染者或AIDS患者越来越多地出现在临床上,医护人员在临床工作中接触AIDS患者的机会随之增加,对艾滋病的职业暴露日趋严重,因此加强医护人员的职业防护意识已迫在眉睫～[2-7].

We attempt to develop a health management system which serve military retired cadres in order to provide sufficient,scientific instruction.Base on the existing medicine security system composed of systematic hospital and cadre - recuperation center,we develop the computer software to provide the platform to realize the health monitor,security evaluation,health education,continuous instruction and information feedback for the retired cadres.
