Housing market in Russia is one of the most important indicators of economy standing. Accelerated functioning of the majority of fields and branches of regional economy is provided by its development. Provision of affordable housing, which meets today’s requirements of comfort and safety, is a priority of social and economic policy of our country. On this basis the author analyzed key indicators characterizing the current situation on residential real estate market in the Russian Federation and federal areas. They are as follows: provision of the population with residential RE, commissioning of RE, the number of apartments of completed construction, the volume of damaged housing, average prices on market, etc. As a result of the analysis the following trends were identified: by figures of housing area per one dweller Russia is lagging behind developing and industrial countries; commissioning of residential RE has dropped and prices on 1 m 2 have risen. Methodological foundation of the research was formed by economic and statistic methods, synthesis, systematic analysis and comparative analysis. For this article the author used academic literature by home and overseas authors and information of the Federal Service of State Statistics and the Bank of Russia. The findings of the article can be useful for authorities in making managerial decisions and for academic community dealing with issues of residential RE market.
The article studies the lines in the development of banking system in regions of the North-West Federal Area. By analyzing the banking system on the regional level within the period being researched the authors identified such key trends as a decline in the number of regional banks, a growth in the total profit of the banking system in the federal area, a rise in the volume of credits granted to individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, a drop in credits given to entities of small and medium entrepreneurship, a cut in interest rates of credits to legal entities and a sharp increase in overdue debt under credit on mortgage. On the basis of the analysis the key figures of the banking system on the regional level (illustrated by regions of the North-West federal area) the authors identified negative and positive trends, which allowed them to substantiate the key lines in the development of regional banking system. The principle findings of the research can be useful for management of regional banks and state authorities. Such methods as comparative analysis, longitude, synthesis, system analysis and economic-statistic methods were used in the research.
Research subject . The Mississippi Valley type deposits make up about a third of the global balance of lead and zinc reserves, resources and production. Additionally, silver, antimony, arsenic, barium, bismuth, cadmium, cobalt, gallium, indium, mercury, molybdenum, nickel and thallium can be present in the ores of these deposits. In the North-East of Russia, the Mississippi Valley type of deposits is poorly represented. In this work, we investigate the deposits of the Sardana ore cluster of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and individual deposits of the Magadan region. Materials and methods. The article discusses the results of previous scientific research and new data on the geochemical features, isotopic composition of ores and geological and structural conditions for the formation of the Sardana cluster deposit. In addition, the potential for identifying stratiform lead-zinc deposits is associated with favourable geodynamic conditions in the region, as well as with the refinement and adaptation of the forecast-search model of MVT deposits for the North-East of Russia. Results . The mineralogical and geochemical features of the rocks and ores of the Sardana cluster deposits, the morphology of ore bodies, their zoning elements, as well as isotopic ratios indicate that the ores are likely to be of the Mississippi Valley type with the onset of ore deposition at early diagenetic and catagenetic stages. The distribution of rare elements indicates a significant role of superimposed metamorphism of the host carbonate-terrigenous strata in the deposition of the ores of producing stages. Conclusion. The potential possibility of increasing the mineral and raw material base of lead and zinc is associated with the identification of sedimentary basins with a stagnant anoxic regime of carbonate accumulation in the immediate vicinity of the development areas of rift complexes, as well as with the presence of other critically important forecast-search signs. In addition to the well-known Killakh metallogenic zone, Tuora-Sis and Orulgan metallogenic taxa located in the north of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) with known stratiform manifestations of lead and zinc belong to such areas.

The results of surgical intervention on a patient with stent restenosis at the mouth of the common carotid artery (CCA) and proximal internal carotid artery (ICA) are presented herein. In 2013, the patient underwent stenting of the CCA and ICA. One month later, the aortic valve was replaced with a mechanical prosthesis MedEng-23 (MedEng, Penza, Russia) and mammarocoronary anastomosis with an envelope artery was performed under extracorporeal circulation. After the intervention, the patient regularly received 3.75 mg of warfarin, and was under the observation of a cardiologist. In 2018, the patient suffered a transient ischaemic attack. Subsequent examination of the patient revealed sub-occlusion of the left subclavian artery and signs of vertebral–subclavian steal syndrome on the left, and confirmed patency of the mammarocoronary shunt in envelope artery. The patient underwent carotid–subclavian shunting using the BASEX (A.N. Bakulev National Medical Research Center of Cardiovascular Surgery, Moscow, Russia) (8-mm prosthesis. Nine months after the patient underwent carotid–subclavian shunting, 85% restenosis was observed in the stent of the left ICA using control multi-spiral computed tomography with angiography (MSCT AG). The patient also exhibited up to 94% restenosis of the stent of the left ICA, occlusion of the right ICA, and up to 81% stenosis of the proximal anastomosis of the carotid–subclavian shunt. The patient underwent surgery for the removal of the following: the stent from the ICA with endarterectomy from the CCA, ICA with arterial plastic patches from the xenopericardium and prosthesis on the left (8-mm Vascutek prosthesis, Vascutek Ltd., UK). The brain was protected by raising the patient’s systemic blood pressure to 180/90 mm Hg. During the postoperative period, MSCT AG was performed to image the ICA. The MSCT AG images indicated that the prosthesis was passable. Presently, no clear standards exist for achieving revascularisation in this category of patients. The present clinical case emphasised the requirement for the detailed observation of patients after reconstructive interventions in different arteries as well as the possibility of surgically correcting the revealed lesions.Received 13 August 2019. The elections to the European Parliament are interesting phenomena for the Nordic countries: Sweden, Finland and Denmark. The economic situation in the Nordic countries in 2019 is a generally favorable background for these elections. Despite the sparse population and the small number of seats that the Nordic countries have in the European Parliament, the elections showed certain balance of internal political forces as of May 2019. Elections in Finland were especially stable, the greatest changes occurred in Denmark.
Precambrian strata - the most important source of many types of mineral raw materials. Within their boundaries are the largest deposits of iron, gold, chromium, diamonds, platinoids, nickel, copper, polymetals, vanadium and uranium. Consequently, they can be considered as the most promising provinces for the discovery of new large deposits. The authors briefly described the gold mineralization of the Urals, which are distributed unevenly and mainly among Paleozoic formations. It is noted that common features to all these objects is their location to the east of the Main Ural Foult (GUR - in Russian), and in the North, Subpolar and PolarUrals Mountains, west of the GUR, on the Precambrian development area of the Central Ural Uplift, manifestations of indigenous gold are still rare. The authors cite the results of geological exploration for ore gold within the Khobeiz “dome”, at a very promising Halmerinsky ore-placer site, where the Sosnovoye, Talayiz and Vorgavozh deposits were discovered. These deposits are confined to the Omras'shorian fault system, which is traced more than 25 km along a strike across the whole area, and the width of the development of individual structures is 4 km. At the Sosnovoe deposit, ore bodies are located within a block about 140 m wide and 240-250 m long, bounded by the West and East faults of the north-eastern strike, steeply falling to the west, and the shallow zones of melanocratic blastomylonites. Inside this block the ore bodies are confined to systems of synthetic cracks of the cleavage of the northeastern orientation, made with quartz with pyrite impregnation.The Talayz deposit is a gently sloping mineralized zone (on average 30 m thick) in the horizon of melanocratic schists, beneath a screen of metavolcanics of acidic composition. Gold-bearing ones are: quartz-carbonate veins, lenses, veins, with extremely uneven distribution of sulphides and attached to zalband parts of quartz veins with the development of vein-disseminated sulfide mineralization. The position of the ore-bearing zones of the Vorgavozh deposit is determined by the confinement to blastomylonites along the contact with the overlapping horizon of metavolcanics of acidic composition complicated by a series of northeastern tectonic disturbances. Ore-bearing zones (thickness 2-18 m) are represented by chlorite-muscovite-albite schists containing quartz, quartz-carbonate veins and veins, with various aggregates of pyrite and dissemination of chalcopyrite, and rarely, galena. From the given data the conclusion about high prospects of Precambrian structures of the Subpolar Urals on opening of new deposits of gold is made.
This article emphasizes the fact that the Internet has become an important part of today`s communication and, as such, should be integrated in the process of communication strategy development. It addresses issues of expanding the information base in order to get a more thorough analysis of the environment, target audiences and competitors which could be later used in the process of communication planning. Social media and particularly the social network Facebook which provides access to the user data through the application programming interface (API) are among the most promising sources of information. The Authors overview different methods of social media mining and special tools which could be used for retrieving and processing Internet-data. They argue that the R (programming language) has a number of features which make it particularly attractive for those purposes. The Authors give then an example of R being used for a typical first-step analysis of competitors` Facebook-pages.
Nonlinear wave processes described by a fifth-order generalized KdV equation derived from the Fermi–Pasta–Ulam (FPU) model are considered. It is shown that, in contrast to the KdV equation, which demonstrates the recurrence of initial states and explains the FPU paradox, the fifthorder equation fails to pass the Painlevé test, is not integrable, and does not exhibit the recurrence of the initial state. The results of this paper show that the FPU paradox occurs only at an initial stage of a numerical experiment, which is explained by the existence of KdV solitons only on a bounded initial time interval.

The authors consider the problems that accompany development of construction conflict management techniques using infographic modeling. The authors analyze comprehensive safety and comfort assurance requirements applicable to an intelligent building. The authors provide a brief overview of systems that comprise an intelligent building. The authors argue that there is a pressing need for the study of the fundamentals of construction conflict management as a new theoretical and applied discipline. An intelligent building as a constituent of the Man-Machinery-Environment system capable of identifying impacts produced by the environment, of perceiving images and of identifying them. Whatever the capabilities of an intelligent system, it cannot respond to any impacts or disturbance produced by the external environment absent of any human involvement due to its local nature. Therefore, innovative development of the technology of an intelligent building is accompanied by innovative conflicts. A conflict facilitates the search for the optimal patterns of interaction between the constituents of the Man-Technology-Environment system that operates within the framework of the restriction that consists in the fact that aggregated parameters of impacts, control over the status of the system and its intrinsic processes shall not cause its liquidation.
Development the mineral base of Russia in modern conditions of personnel deficiency is complicated without an effective utilization of computer technologies. Within the framework of separate tasks of the project it is developed methodical, mathematical and the software for realization the metallogenic analysis of territory. The variant of computer expert system and the ‐ GIS‐PROJECT of the forecasting‐metallogenic maps is created. GIS consists of three various databases ore deposits and displays, adhered to a geographical cartographical basis of scale 1:2 500 000. The GIS‐PROJECT is added 11 geological and metallogical maps and circuits. The greatest practical interest the information represents made as a result of work offered expert metallogenic systems. Work of system is claimed as the tool allowing operatively estimating prospect of concrete object. In this plan potential consumers of development can be territorial geological agencies, the prospecting organizations and mining companies. This system as the trainee, undoubtedly, will be claimed by teachers and students of geological faculties.
