The object of the study: the process of determining and managing ergonomic risks at workplaces when performing professional activities on the example of truck drivers. The problem lies in uncertainty when making decisions in occupational safety and health management systems. The hypothesis of the study was the possibility of assessing ergonomic risks in the occupational safety management systems of organizations based on the identification of regularities between the load index, typical working postures when performing operations and the intensity of joint movements. An ergonomic risk assessment algorithm was developed, taking into account the load index, which includes a sequence of eleven steps, which can be conditionally divided into three groups. The first is determination of the intensity of joint movement. The second is the determination of the impact of activity and the duration of the production task. The third is determining the impact of environmental factors. An assessment of the ergonomic risk of drivers was carried out for three types of production work: driving a vehicle, replacing a damaged wheel, and repairing a car. At the same time, the ergonomic risk assessment algorithm takes into account the worker’s individual state of health and environmental factors, as well as experience and work experience. It has been established that there is a high level of ergonomic risk during car maintenance due to the highest total load index, which is 30 % higher compared to other types of work of vehicle drivers. The practical application consists in the development of a universal check list of drivers based on an algorithm to determine the ergonomic risk of workers at workplaces, which consists of 11 steps
Мета роботи: виявити взаємозв’язок між стадіями розвитку організації і рівнем культури безпеки праці працівників. Метод дослідження: модель розвитку організації Іцхака Адізеса та модель кривої Бредлі. Результати дослідження: Запропоновано рівень культури безпеки праці в організації за кривою Бредлі. Побудовано матрицю впливів керівника, фахівця з безпеки праці, самоусвідомлення та взаємодопомоги, самих працівників на виконання вимог в системі управління безпекою праці та здоров’я працівників, яка дозволила виявити взаємозв’язок коефіцієнтів виконання (не виконання) вимог систем управління безпекою праці та здоров’я працівників і відповідного рівня культури безпеки. Практична цінність дослідження: Побудовано матрицю для визначення рівнів культури безпеки праці по моделі кривої Бредлі з урахуванням ставлення керівника, фахівця з безпеки праці та працівників до виконання вимог безпеки праці і здоров’я працівників.
This study aims to determine the causal relationship between environmental aspects and environmental risks, and to develop a risk management model for various hazard consequences. The research utilizes a general project life cycle model based on ISO 21500, adapted to identify cause-and-effect relationships between environmental aspects and hazards. The relationship is defined as the critical accumulation of an organization’s activities impacting the environment, which can trigger dangerous events under certain conditions. An algorithm for managing risks related to air, water, and soil pollution, stemming from this cause-and-effect relationship, is developed. The Bhopal tragedy is analyzed to illustrate the environmental consequences and economic losses from pollution. The study’s originality lies in defining the interrelationship between environmental aspects, sources of danger, and adverse environmental events. Its practical value is in the development of a risk management algorithm to address hazards leading to pollution-related losses.
Purpose. Development of a concept for improving the occupational safety in Ukrainian organizations based on the requirements of the EU Framework Strategy for occupational safety and health for the period 2021–2027. Methodology. To analyze the requirements of the EU Framework Strategy for Safety and Health at Work formalized content analysis was used, which is a qualitative-quantitative method for studying documents and consists in processing the text with further interpretation of the results. A generalized heuristic method was also applied, which through the use of common information bases, allowed the processing of information based on the use linear sequence of prescriptions intended for information processing, as well as methods of linguistic analysis of the text. In particular, words were determined using the etymological analysis of individual expressive elements of the language, inflections, rhythms, which made it possible to reveal the semantic load of the corresponding sentences in regulatory documents. Findings. A concept has been developed for improving the occupational safety and health management system of workers in Ukrainian organizations, which provides for the introduction of procedures for managing professional, corruption, psychosocial, epidemiological, military and ergonomic risks based on the developed state strategy for creating a safe and healthy workplace. To increase the effectiveness of the management system of occupational safety and health of employees in organizations, it is proposed to ensure the distribution of responsibilities of management subjects taking into account strategic, operational and linear management of occupational safety in the organization, which is based on the formation of transformational leaders with risk-oriented thinking. The components of the state strategy for a safe and healthy workplace have been developed, which contain a description of the mission, vision, set tasks and ways to solve them. Originality. The relationship is identified between measures to improve the management system of occupational safety and health of workers in organizations and the requirements of the EU Framework Strategy for occupational safety and health for the period 2021–2027, which made it possible to ensure the distribution of tasks between the proposed management equations. Practical value. Recommendations have been developed for the components of the national concept of a safe and healthy workplace, which contains requirements for the appointment of a state strategy in the field of occupational safety, development of the organization, identification of problems in the field of occupational safety, methods of their elimination and expected results.
Purpose. To establish the relationship between the development of a safety culture in an organisation and the fulfilment of occupational safety requirements. Methodology. To solve the tasks set, we use the method of scientific synthesis, which allows us to obtain new knowledge as a result of combining previously dismembered parts of the subject into a single whole, to determine mutual expectations in occupational health and safety (OHS) management systems (MS). Findings. It is proposed to determine the level of safety culture of an organisation on the basis of five stages: indifference, reaction, dependence, independence, interdependence, which characterises a change in the awareness of employees of the organization to fulfil the requirements for OHS of employees. A process for determining the level of safety culture is proposed by identifying the attitude to the fulfilment of OHS requirements by an OHS specialist, a manager of a unit (organisation), employees’ self-awareness and mutual assistance of employees to fulfil OHS requirements. The coefficient of fulfilment of the requirements for OHS of employees in a conditional unit was calculated, which allows determining the stage of development of safety culture and the contribution of each employee to the development of safety culture. A distribution of preventive measures to improve OHS level, based on the level of development of safety culture, is proposed. Originality. The relationship is identified between the coefficient of compliance with occupational safety requirements and employee health and the stages of development of safety culture, taking into account the impact on employee compliance from managers of a units, OHS specialists, self-awareness and mutual assistance through weighting coefficients. Practical value. Recommendations are developed to increase the effectiveness of OHS MS by strengthening the implementation of OHS requirements by changing their attitude to OHS issues, by introducing preventive measures in accordance with the development of safety culture.
Мета роботи - розробка моделі системи управління безпекою праці та здоров’ям працівників в організації на основі розвитку вимог міжнародних стандартів серії ISO 45000. Методи. Для досягнення поставленої мети був застосований узагальнений евристичний метод. Результати. Встановлено, що розвиток міжнародних стандартів серії ISO 45000 визначає нову модель безпеки праці та здоров’ям працівників в організації, що передбачає інтеграцію керування ризиками різних видів небезпек: професійних небезпек на робочому місці – через упровадження вимог ISO 45001:2018; організаційних небезпек – через упровадження вимог ISO 45002:2023; небезпек втрати дієвості та результативності систем управління згідно з вимогами ISO 45001:2018 – через упровадження вимог ISO 45004:2024; небезпеки стресу на робочому місці – через упровадження вимог ISO 45003:2024; небезпеки COVID-19 – через упровадження вимог ISO 45005:2020; небезпек інфекційного зараження – через упровадження вимог ISO 45006:2023; небезпеки байдужості керівників вищої ланки щодо управління та лідерства в системах управління – через упровадження вимог ISO/AWI 45009 (стандарт розробляється); небезпек зміни клімату та кліматичних впливів – через упровадження вимог ISO/AWI -РAS 45007 (стандарт розробляється). Розроблено модель системи управління безпекою праці та здоров’ям працівників в організації, на основі розвитку вимог міжнародних стандартів серії ISO 45000, яка складається з трьох зон: зони небезпек, зони дії вимог стандартів серії ISO 45000 і зони охорони здоров’я і життя працівника. Це дозволяє сформувати вимоги до процесу керування ризиками від різних небезпек і загроз та обґрунтувати запобіжні й захисні заходи за умови виконання вимог зазначених стандартів. Цінність полягає у розробці моделі системи управління безпекою праці та здоров’ям працівників в організації, на основі розвитку вимог міжнародних стандартів серії ISO 45000, виходячи з трьох взаємозалежних зон: впливу небезпеки-систем запобіжних і захисних заходів – збереження життя і здоров’я людини. Практичне значення Розроблена модель передбачає можливість постійного поліпшення керування ризиками різних видів небезпек з урахуванням превентивних заходів щодо появи нових загроз. The purpose of this paper is to improve the risk management process in the quality management system of higher education, taking into account the hazardous factors that increase the probability of occurrence and severity of consequences of undesirable events, as well as favorable factors that reduce the probability of occurrence and severity of consequences of hazardous events. The basis of risk management in the quality management systems of higher education institutions is the “Bowtie” method, which involves six main steps of identifying inconsistency, determining the impact of hazardous and favorable factors according to the impact group, ranking hazardous and favorable factors, calculating risk, substantiating precautionary measures and checking calculations. To rank hazardous and favorable factors, the authors used the “Decision Making Trial and Evaluation” method (hereinafter—DE-MATEL), which is based on paired comparison and decision-making tools based on graph theory. An improved process is proposed for risk assessment, which differs from the known ones by the presence of the identification of the cause-and-effect relationship “hazard (inconsistency)-hazardous event-consequences”, identification of hazardous and favorable factors of the internal and external environment that affect the probability and/or the degree of severity of a hazardous event—the appearance of an inconsistency, which is carried out after the inconsistency has been determined; determination of causal hazardous and favorable factors by an acceptable method. Registers of inconsistencies (hazards), hazardous and favorable factors have been developed and proposed based on the requirements for accreditation of educational programs and the international standard ISO 9001:2015, which will allow, based on a risk-oriented approach, to provide a basis for setting the goals of a higher education institution under martial law in order to guarantee effective implementation of the mission and strategy. They are proposed for decision-making in the quality management systems of educational organizations on the substantiation of precautionary or corrective measures based on ranking the risks from identified inconsistencies, which are determined taking into account the impact of the entire set of identified significant hazardous and favorable factors. The value of this paper is to improve the quality risk management process in educational organizations, taking into account the impact of hazardous and favorable factors, and to develop an appropriate step-by-step algorithm of actions and a risk assessment form.
Introduction: Psychosocial risks (PSRs) are identified as one of the main modern occupational safety issues, primarily related to occupational stress, and need to be reduced to safe levels in accordance with international requirements. The research purpose is to improve the process of managing the PSRs in the occupational safety and health management systems of employees, taking into account the impact of psychosocial dangers in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 45003:2021 standards. Methods: To develop the process of managing the PSRs, a system analysis method is applied, which allows determining the structural relationships between the variable elements of dangerous psychosocial factors described in the ISO 45003:2021 standard. Results: The bow-tie model has been improved to determine the relationship between psychosocial dangers and the dangerous event occurrence - experiencing stress by an employee, taking into account the influence of various dangerous psychosocial factors, which provides for an additional risk level assessment for restoring the health of an employee who has experienced stress. The process of psychosocial risk management consisting of ten steps is proposed, which involves identifying the relationship between psychosocial dangers and consequences for human health, taking into account the impact of various dangerous psychosocial factors based on questionnaires, followed by analysis and processing of the duration and intensity of experiencing stress. To reduce the impact of subjective assessments of the duration and intensity of experiencing stress on the psychosocial risk level, it is proposed to take into account the value of individual perception of experiencing stress (stress resistance) and the employees' health condition. Discussion: The scientific novelty is to determine the psychosocial risk level as the sum of the risk values from the impact of each dangerous psychosocial factor, which are characteristic of aspects of work organization, social conditions at work, working environment, equipment, dangerous tasks and the level of employee health. The practical value is the development of scales for assessing the impact of dangerous psychosocial factors and a form for documenting the process of managing psychosocial risks with the indication of precautionary measures to control them.
Aim of the research is in risk management process development of a dangerous event taking into account economic, environmental and professional losses.Materials and methods. To develop the process of risks management from various dangers through the integration of their losses (economic, environmental, life and health of employees), we take the most common model "bow tie", which allows to establish a cause and effect relationship between danger – a dangerous event and the severity of the consequences.Results. As a result of the research, it was found that each hazard must be considered based on three different types of damage. This makes it possible to implement another mechanism for identifying the most significant dangerous factors that lead to significant general economic losses. In the case of risk acceptability from each individual dangerous factor, there is an additional opportunity to analyze them based on the relationship between financial activity, economic and professional losses. The second consists in determining the limits of the acceptability of risks, which are formed not only based on the total acceptable economic losses, but also taking into account the stability of the enterprise's work. This implies the need to actively invest in new technologies based on short-term and long-term perspectives. The main types of dangers are defined in the risk register, which is developed by the organization to determine the integration of dangers consisting of natural, technogenic, environmental, occupational and economic groups of dangers and dangerous factors. The authors develop the model and algorithm of risk management based on the combination of different consequences of dangers in economic, environmental character, life loss and health.Scientific relevance. The article determines the relationship between the probability of a dangerous event and the severity of different types of consequences – economic, environmental and occupational dangers through the analysis of Euler-Venn diagrams.Practical relevance. The authors develop the basic principles of risk management of different types of losses: economic, environmental ones, loss of life and health of employees.
A new concept of management of occupational health and safety management systems (hereinafter referred to as OHSMS) of the enterprise based on international standards ISO 45000 is proposed in order to develop a domestic concept of a healthy and safe workplace. To achieve the goal, a generalized heuristic method was applied, the essence of which consists in setting and solving problems of technical creativity through the use of common information bases, information processing procedures and the order of their execution based on the use of a linear sequence of prescriptions intended for information processing. It is established that the growth of the ISO 45000 series of standards "is closely related to the sustainable development of humanity and its global goals planned by the United Nations until 2030. In particular, the greatest attention was paid to "ensuring a healthy lifestyle and well-being of people of any age", as well as "promoting continuous, comprehensive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all", as well as the EU OHSMS framework strategy on 2021-2027. It is shown that in order to achieve the global goals planned by the UN until 2030 for the sustainable development of the world, and the framework strategy of the EU on OHSMS for 2021-2027, the standards of the ISO 45000 series provide tools for enterprises to plan strategic goals, which allow you to project them on the tactical, and especially on the operational level of the organization's activities with a special emphasis on ensuring and supporting the welfare of employees, which encourages the formation of a conscious attitude to their professional obligations. It was determined that for the synergy of the key goals-directions of the EU OHSMS Framework Strategy 2021-2027, a new model is proposed for the sustainable development of the organization, where there is an interrelationship of three components: economic, occupational safety and ecology, more typical for the organization, where the implementation tools are standards of the ISO 45000 series. The concept of a healthy and safe workplace in Ukraine has been developed with the corresponding standards of the ISO 45000 series, which includes not only a traditional safe physical environment, but also a healthy psychosocial environment, a safe epidemic environment, a safe infectious environment and a healthy lifestyle employee.
Метою дослідження є аналіз причин виникнення небезпеки від нітрату амонію та оцінка рівня ризику втрати життя та здоров’я людей від небезпечної події (вибуху 2750 тон нітрату амонію на складі в порту Бейрута) для розробки відповідних превентивних безпекових програм.Матеріали і методи. Для оцінки професійного ризику небезпек застосовано модель "краватка-метелик", яка є схематичним способом опису та аналізу шляхів розвитку небезпечної події від причин до наслідків, поєднанням «дерева відмов» і «дерева подій».Результати. Розроблено ймовірну модель аналізу вибуху аміачної селітри в порту Бейрута, яка дає змогу виявити, що основною причиною цієї події була байдужість, яка проявилася у: користолюбстві власника судна: не забезпечив судно і команду потрібними ресурсами для безпечного перевезення аміачної селітри та не сплатив портового збору в Бейруті; некомпетентності й недбалості керівників порту щодо дотримання вимог безпечного зберігання аміачної селітри окремо від феєрверків, організації та контролю за безпекою виконання зварювальних робіт; бездіяльності уряду та президента, які були поінформовані про ризик вибуху аміачної селітри. Розроблені рекомендації з керування ризиками хімічних небезпек, які передбачають, що в керуванні ризиком небезпеки можливі такі чотири рішення: 1) прийняти ризик небезпеки, тобто прийняти втрати від цієї небезпеки; 2) не прийняти ризик небезпеки, тобто, не прийняти можливі втрати від цієї небезпеки, для чого можливо: передати ризик (2), відмовитися від ризику (3) та знизити ризик (4). Встановлено причинно-наслідкові взаємозв’язки між небезпекою (нітрат амонію), небезпечною умовою (підвищення температури аміачної селітри вище 210-350оС внаслідок пожежі та вибуху, спричинених займанням феєрверків, що призвело до детонації аміачної селітри) та наслідками (втрата життя та здоров’я мешканців Бейрута, руйнування інфраструктури, забруднення навколишнього середовища та політичні наслідки).Наукова новизна. Обґрунтовані моделі для виявлення причино-наслідкових зав’язків втрат, пов’язаних з небезпекою нітрату амонію та двома небезпечними умовами, які призвели до небезпечної події – вибуху у порту Бейрута, що дало змогу розробити правила поводження з хімічними речовинами в організаціях.Практична цінність. Розроблені рекомендації для запобігання можливості виникнення подібних небезпечних ситуацій у майбутньому.
The purpose of the article is to develop a process of managing the professional (dynamic) risks in freight transportation due to changes in time of dangerous factors.To build the process of managing the professional (dynamic) risks of truck transportation, the main principles of system dynamics using the "tie-butterfly" model for establishment the causal and reciprocal relationships between dangerous factors affecting the drive were used.A model of the connection of dangerous factors of the internal and external environment of the organization, related to their negative impact on the increase in the probability of the occurrence of a dangerous event (incident) and the degree of severity over time, has been developed. Based on the interaction of the probability of the occurrence of a dangerous event and the severity of the consequences, taking into account changes in the physical and psychological state of the driver, it became possible to develop a dynamic model for assessing the driver's professional risk. Changes in professional (dynamic) risks during the time of a truck driver are proposed for analysis: by hours of the day (from 00:00-24:00 hours); by days of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday); by season (spring, summer, autumn, winter). Taking into account the interaction of three main components: the presence of a threat or danger, the interaction between a truck and a person, the presence of a catalyst (physical and psychological state of the driver), the amount of professional risk is determined. To check the adequacy of the assessments, taking into account the change in the influence of dangerous factors on the probability of the occurrence of a dangerous event and the degree of severity of injuries from it with a time, an algorithm that allows to monitor every step in the management of professional risks was developed. It was established that an unacceptable level of risk is fixed at night and in winter, under inappropriate climatic conditions, which requires the development of effective safety precautions.The scientific novelty consists in the justification of a dynamic model from assessing the professional risk of a driver, based on the interaction of the probability of the occurrence of a dangerous event and the severity of the consequences, taking into account changes in the physical and psychological state of the driver.The practical significance lies in the development of forms for assessing the driver's professional risk.
Purpose. Improving the process of managing occupational risk (OR) in occupational safety and health management systems, due to the distribution of dangerous factors which increase the probability of a dangerous event into several phases: before the occurrence of a dangerous event and after its occurrence. Methodology. The method of morphological analysis is used, which is based on the selection of possible solutions for individual parts of the task based on several morphological typical features important for the problem being solved, and the compilation of all possible combinations of hazardous factors and precautionary measures that will allow reducing the amount of occupational risk. Findings. A new approach to occupational risk management is proposed, which involves the division of all dangerous factors into several phases: before the occurrence of a dangerous event, after its occurrence, provision of pre-medical assistance, provision of emergency and medical care. Typical dangerous factors are defined that increase the probability of the occurrence of a dangerous event, which relate to the first phase (before the occurrence of a dangerous event), as well as dangerous factors that affect the severity of accidents and are characteristic of the second, third and fourth phases (after the occurrence of a dangerous event). A concept was developed for calculating the magnitude of occupational risks, based on the consequences of the occurrence of a dangerous event or by the type of injury with the area of responsibility of the enterprise; from the consequences of pre-medical care or the condition of an injured person with the area of responsibility of the enterprise and with the consequences of emergency and inpatient medical care or the state of loss of health of the employee with the area of responsibility of the medical institution. The hierarchy of preventive measures has been improved due to the addition of protective measures consisting of pre-medical care, emergency medical care, in-patient medical care. Originality. When assessing professional risks, it is proposed to determine the amount in accordance with the area of responsibility of the enterprise and and medical institution taking into account dangerous factors corresponding to a specific phase. Practical value. Examples of three matrices for assessing the occupational risk have been developed, taking into account the classification of the severity of the consequences for the health of the employee, which occurred immediately after the occurrence of a dangerous event (accident), after the provision of pre-medical care and after the provision of emergency and medical care. A description of preventive actions to reduce the severity of the consequences is proposed, taking into account the sphere of responsibility.
PurposeThe paper aims to provide the main principles and practical aspects of the model, to present the process of identifying, determining the level, as well as assessing and managing occupational and ergonomic risks.MethodsTo conduct the research, as well as to identify the influence of various dangerous factors related to the working posture, pace, rhythm of work performance, equipment and individual characteristics of the employee’s health condition, methods of complex analysis and synthesis, formal and dialectical logic are used to study the essence of the concept of occupational and ergonomic risks. Additionally, induction and deduction methods are used to examine the cause-and-effect relationships between dangers, dangerous factors, dangerous event, and the severity of consequences to determine the level of occupational and ergonomic risks based on the improved bow-tie model. The proposed approach effectiveness is tested based on the assessment of occupational and ergonomic risks of forest workers (loggers) with the participation of five experts to identify dangerous factors and develop precautionary measures.ResultsAn algorithm for managing occupational and ergonomic risks has been developed, consisting of eleven steps, which can be divided into three steps: preparatory, main and documented. It has been determined that occupational and ergonomic risk is the probability of a dangerous event occurring due to employee’s physical overload and its impact on the severity of damage to the employee’s physical health. The level of occupational and ergonomic risk management is determined taking into account the probability (frequency), intensity and duration of physical overload, as well as the employee’s adaptation index to physical overload and his/her health index.ConclusionThe novelty is the substantiation of the principles of occupational and ergonomic risk management, which are based on the bow-tie model and predict the impact on the probability and severity of consequences of a dangerous event, taking into account dangerous factors. Forms for drawing up occupational and ergonomic risk maps have been developed, in which it is necessary to consider interaction of occupational hazards and occupational-ergonomic risk – physical overload.
Consider the requirements of international regulatory acts regarding the management of occupational risks in occupational health and safety systems (hereinafter referred to as OHSS) and determine their compliance with the draft Law on "Safety and Health of Workers at Work". To achieve this goal, the comparative legal method was used, which is the basis of the unification and harmonization of law through international treaties, as well as the method of interdisciplinary synthesis, which made it possible to reveal data on the structural properties of objects of different terms. The requirements of the main documents on risk management in the field of PPE for the draft Law on "Safety and Health of Employees at Work" were analyzed. It was determined that the guiding principles of occupational safety and health management systems - ILO-OSH 2001 (ILO-OSH 2001) have the greatest influence on the development of the draft law. The second edition, 2009, which led to the use of outdated terms, since a significant proportion of Ukrainian enterprises are certified for compliance with the requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 standard or work in accordance with its requirements and, accordingly, use the terms, definitions and methods of occupational risk management set out in this standard . It is proposed to replace the terms and phrases related to the management of occupational risks in the draft Law on "Safety and Health of Workers at Work" based on the requirements of international and domestic regulatory acts in the field of occupational safety and occupational health. In particular, use the words effectiveness instead of efficiency, elimination of danger instead of elimination of risk, prevention of incident instead of prevention of risk. The scientific novelty consists in the substantiation of the terminology related to the provision of risk management, namely, the author's definition of the terms precautionary measures and acceptable risk is provided. Recommendations have been developed for the replacement of terms, phrases and expressions in the text of the draft Law on "Safety and Health of Workers at Work". In particular, "minimization of occupational hazards" to "reduction of the number of occupational hazards, dangerous occupational factors and harmful occupational factors."
Мета. Розробка практичного алгоритму для керування психосоціальними ризиками в організаціях на основі вимог стандарту ISO 45003:2021 «Occupational health and safety management - Psychological health and safety at work - Guidelines for managing psychosocial risks». Методи дослідження. Для оцінки психосоціального ризику використано модель «краватка-метелик», яка передбачає проведення оцінки ризику переживання стресу з урахуванням впливу небезпечних психосоціальних чинників на ймовірність настання небезпечної події, визначеного за результатами застосування опитувального листка. Результати. Запропоновано проводити оцінку психосоціальних ризиків з урахуванням інтенсивності та тривалості впливу стресогенного чинника на працівника. Розроблені матриці для визначення тяжкості наслідків залежно від інтенсивності та тривалості переживання стресу працівником та оцінки рівня психосоціального ризику. Розроблена шкала для оцінки ймовірності розвитку захворювань під впливом стресу. Визначено величину психосоціального ризику для машиніста компресорної установки з урахуванням тринадцяти небезпечних психосоціальних чинників, які збільшують ймовірність виникнення небезпечної події – переживання стресу працівником. Розроблені рекомендації для зменшення стресового навантаження на машиніста компресорної установки. Наукова новизна. Встановлено взаємозв’язок між небезпечними психосоціальними чинниками та реакцією працівників на переживання стресу. Практична цінність. Розроблено опитувальник-анкету для машиніста компресорної установки, в якому представлено п’ять груп небезпечних чинників: аспекти організації роботи, соціальні чинники, робоче середовище, обладнання, небезпечні завдання з пропозиціями конкретних факторів, які притаманні виробничому процесу.
The article highlights the problem of occupational safety of a technological truck driver by improving the process of determining the level of occupational risk by studying the relationships between various external and internal hazards. A special algorithm is proposed, the main difference of which from the known ones is the procedure for analyzing and determining the causes of dangerous factors, for which it is proposed to use the "Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation" method (further - fuzzy Dematel). A cause-and-effect relationship has been established between dangerous factors that affect the work of a truck driver while driving a vehicle.
