随着中国内地中小学校园网设施的完善和虚拟学习社区研究的深入,在中小学校园网基础上建立虚拟学习社区成为了校园网研究和应用的热点之一.为了使虚拟学习社区适应中小学的组织特征和教学特点,本文通过分析中小学组织结构特征、多种社区工具及信息流的特点,提出了面向多组织空间的中小学学习社区解决方案,设计和开发了PRIME中小学学习社区平台;基于该平台4年多的实践应用,通过数据分析和典型案例分析,总结和验证了多种应用模式及其有效性.该研究的设计方案和应用模式对中小学学习社区的建设和应用研究具有参考价值和启示作用.

本文综述了2007年全国教育技术学博士生学术论坛的主要内容。文章主要围绕论坛主题——做教育技术创新理论与创新实践的开拓者与探索者、专家报告和论坛专题展开。专题包括教育技术基本理论、教学设计与课程开发、教师专业发展、教育信息化、信息技术与课程深层次整合、远程教育、协作学习、教学资源、智能教学系统与知识管理、教育游戏与虚拟现实、新技术在教育中的应用等11个。

With the development of network technology and the transformation of teaching ideas,more attention has been paid to the Web-based cooperative learning.Accordingly,the problem of assessment is increasingly prominent.The process of cooperative learning is the core of assessment in cooperative learning.This paper brings forward an assessment model with“interactive”,“conflictive”and“constructive”as assessment criteria,thirteen speech acts as assessment index.A synthetic method is also applied based on AHP theory aimed at analyzing the individual effort of group members in quality.In applications,it shows that using the model provides valuable reference in assessment of group member.

SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Learning)has become the dominant standard of web-based course and learning management system.It's complicated to develop a SCORM-compliant LMS or make an existed LMS SCORM-compliant.In order to avoid re-development of similar functions,this paper puts forward and carries out a SCORM phg-in solution.After integrated with this plug-in,an LMS that has not abided by SCORM can conform to SCORM specification.
