The evaluation and identification of high-quality patents are urgently needed for the technological research and development and the transformation of achievements. Traditional researchers and analysts mainly focus on developing various patent quality indicators.However, there is a lack of relative research on how to apply these indicators to comprehensively evaluate patent quality. Therefore, this paper uses the rough set theory(RST) and multidimensional cloud model(MCM) to construct a comprehensive evaluation and grading system for patent quality (RST-MCM), which is used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of patents. First, by systematically summarizing the relevant literature on patent quality evaluation, we identify the influencing factors of patent quality in multiple dimensions and at multiple stages. Second, the patent quality evaluation index system is constructed by using RST to reduce redundant patent quality influencing factors and determine the evaluation index weights. Finally, the evaluation and grading of patent quality is completed with MCM. To validate the effectiveness of the research, RST-MCM is applied to the quality evaluation of patents in the construction engineering industry. The research results show that the accuracy rate of RST-MCM is 90.3%. The research will provide effective decision-making support for the formulation of technical strategies such as improving independent innovation capability and patent layout.
Mobile smart devices, such as mobile phones, wearable devices, and in-vehicle navigation systems, bring us convenience and have become necessities in modern daily life. The built-in global positioning system (GPS) of these mobile devices collects the users’ mobility data to support path planning, navigation and other location-related applications, which also inevitably causes privacy issues. Previous research has shown that employing count-min sketch (CMS) to aggregate mobility datasets is a valid privacy-preserving method for resisting the reconstruction attack on population distributions. However, as the utility/accessibility of the protected datasets is excessively correlated with the size of CMS, decreasing the data transmission cost has become an unsolved issue of that approach. In this paper, we propose an efficient scheme with differential privacy to protect mobility datasets, which releases the privacy-preserving population distributions and achieves better utility as well as a much smaller data transmission cost compared to the CMS-based method. Our proposed scheme is comprised of two collaborative components, global sketch and temporal sketch. The global sketch is responsible for aggregating the raw mobility data and decreasing the data transmission cost, while the temporal sketch is in charge of guaranteeing the utility of the population distributions aggregated by the global sketch. Besides, to enhance the privacy preservation, we employ the Laplace mechanism to make the transmitted data satisfy ϵ-differential privacy. Through our analysis and empirical experiments, compared to the other three state-of-the-art privacy-preserving methods on mobility datasets, our scheme could preserve the privacy of the mobility datasets with much less data transmission cost under the same utility loss.
In terms of the leap-forward development for education experiment, both the Chinese and English educational experiment have been very successful, while the progress of the children’s mathematics education experiment in China has been relatively slow. It is believed that the main reason for this is the lack of an efficient cognitive tool or system that supports students’ study and exploration and correspondingly covers the whole curriculum of children’s math education. In recent years, basic mathematics education cognitive tools have undergone rapid development, whereas the lack of a common normalization method for continued in-depth inquiry of the relationships among Objects, Algebra, and Geometry (OAG) has led to the fragmentation of students’ mathematical knowledge. Thus, it is difficult for students to develop a systematic understanding of mathematics. Therefore this project attempts to construct a Children’s Mathematics Exploring System (CMES), which integrates with cognition theory, method, and contents of basic mathematics education to query the essence of the relationships among OAG. Specifically, the functions of CMES include the following: (1) providing cognitive tools with typical characteristics for the relationships among OAG; (2) offering a general normalized open system on which sustainable in-depth research can be conducted and a conversion tool through which the complete textbook unit of the basic mathematics education can be converted to reveal the relationships among OAG; and (3) presenting a set of cognitive theories, methods, and a system of basic mathematics education to further explore the relationships among OAG. This project will accelerate the development of cognitive technology in basic mathematics education, widen its practical applications, reduce the difficulty of mathematics cognition, and finally improve the quality and efficiency of basic mathematics education.
随着云计算的蓬勃发展,采用Openstack技术构建云平台成为当前研究的热点.本文调研了Openstack的技术架构和Openstack的服务组件,并重点论述了基于OpenStack构建私有云的过程.此外,提出了基于云计算和OpenStack开发微信公众号的方案,能够有效提升微信公众号的服务质量,同时相较公有云,将微信公众号部署到私有云上有效提升了数据安全性和资源利用率,更好的满足个性化需求.
针对当前教育统计学教学中教师教学困难、学生学习吃力、教学效果差的问题,研究提出了一种基于Excel的描述统计教学模型即EIMDS(Excel-based Instructive Model of Descriptive Statistics).然后给出EIMDS的具体设计并进行相关实现,阐明了EIMDS的关键技术,并对EIMDS进行了具体应用,通过应用实践证明EIMDS的计算有效性和应用简便性.
We developed an integrated microfluidic platform for instantaneous flow and localized temperature control. The platform consisted of a flow-focusing region for sample delivery and a cross-junction region embedded with a microheater for cell trapping and localized temperature control by using an active feedback control system. We further used it to measure the membrane transport properties of Jurkat cells, including the osmotically inactive cell volume (Vb) and cell membrane permeabilities to water (Lp) and to cryoprotective agent (CPA) solutions (dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) in this study) (PS) at various temperatures (room temperature, 30 °C, and 37 °C). Such characteristics of cells are of great importance in many applications, especially in optimal cryopreservation. With the results, the corresponding activation energy for water and CPA transport was calculated. The comparison of the results from the current study with reference data indicates that the developed platform is a reliable tool for temperature-dependent cell behavior study, which provides valuable tools for general cell manipulation applications with precise temperature control.
While constructing a large-scale domain ontology, the traditional manual construction method has low effi-ciency and feasibility. In order to solve the large-scale domain ontology automatic building problem, making use of the cross-domain coverage characteristics of the Chinese online encyclopedia and the e-government thesaurus, based on the improved TongYiCiCiLin similarity computing algorithms, this paper puts forward a two-stage automatic con-structing ontology solution by merging the domain thesaurus and online encyclopedia knowledge base together. Based on the proposed approach, this paper takes the Chinese e-government domain as an example and automatically builds a large-scale ontology as the foundation of Chinese Linked Open Government Data construction. Practice proves that the system has feasibility and robustness in achieving the goal of rapid and automatic building of large-scale domain ontology.
目前关联数据的研究工作主要集中在实例级别上展开,而在模式级别(Schema-Level)上的关联数据构建则易被忽视.本体映射是解决本体异构问题的重要途径和手段,同时,本体映射也可视为模式级别关联数据构建的典型情景.特别是在中文知识库方面,中文知识是关联数据网中的重要组成部分,但现有的中文本体映射系统在面对大规模本体映射任务时,显得效率较低且可用性不高,目前仍缺乏针对中文大规模本体映射的相关系统.为了解决在模式级别上的中文大规模关联数据构建问题,提出了一种新的基于数据场和序列比对思想的大规模中文关联数据构建模型.首先,基于改进的融合概念相似度和相异度的拟核力场势函数对大规模中文本体映射规模进行约简和压缩;其次,通过引入序列比对算法,对组合概念进行相似度的度量;最后,将本系统与相似度计算相关典型算法进行比较,表明其具备一定的可用性和较高的总体性能.
[目的/意义]在进行大规模知识库构建时,基于手工方式的构建模式效率较低并且可行性较差,因此,从网络百科中自动地获取海量知识已经被越来越多的学者所关注.目前的研究主要关注于从英文网络百科数据源进行海量知识的抽取,而面向中文百科数据源进行的知识抽取研究工作尚处于起步阶段.[方法/过程]为解决中文大规模知识库的构建问题,提出一种新的基于中文网络百科架构的大规模知识库的自动化构建方法:在第一阶段,对知识三元组中的主语和宾语之间的语义关系进行自扩展学习;在第二阶段,基于条件随机场和支持向量机协同分类器,对标注出的属性和属性值实体之间的语义关系进行预测.[结果/结论]实验评测结果表明,该方法较前人工作在典型中文百科分类页面中的实体识别查准率和查全率分别最高有约10%和6%的提升.
当大规模开放式网络课程MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses)在美国快速发展之际,其在我国也受到了前所未有的关注。文章提出了推进MOOC发展的关键视角:学习者、资源、平台、学校。文章并从这四个方面整合分析了我国MOOC发展存在的以下问题:网络学习者情感缺失的通病仍然存在;学生流失率高;兴趣激发与作弊阻止难以甄别;资源上MOOC教学模式的实质性创新有待加强,课程存在局限性;平台上存在跨国文化的学习障碍,发展同质化;学校发展MOOC不均衡,校际竞争激烈等。文章并就此提出相应的推进策略,包括创建实体化学习群体,加强学习支持服务、适度增加“学习成本”,完善评价监督机制;创新MOOC课程教学设计,加强MOOC课程准入和退出机制;平台增加语言选择功能和跨文化背景介绍,建立平台标准;以及构建校际联盟等。
As the next generation network, IPv6 has a better ability to support system resources than IPv4. Since existing domestic and international platforms are mostly based on the IPv4 network, there is a lack of IPv6 resource-based systems;At same time, the existing teaching resources supporting system combined with the position system has a congenital deifciency, that is, which cannot relfect the connection between job skills and knowledge, and cannot provide the ability for students to knowledge-oriented jobs. For these two major issues, this paper attempts to establish a network of resources to support IPv6-based systems, take software engineering as example, raised the design of Trinity on curriculum, post systems and knowledge systems, designed the corresponding model and ifnished the system implementation. Finally, the practical application of the system are summarized.
文章分析了生物学DNA分子结构的优势特点,阐明了当前我国软件人才培养的实际突出问题,发现类DNA的教学结构能较好适合软件学科的特点,因此将其创新引进到教学领域中来.以相关教育理论为基础,借鉴国际先进软件教学理念及网游沉溺中的动机机制,结合自身十余年软件教学经验,总结提出了面向软件人才培养的类DNA教学结构,并进行了基于类DNA教学结构的实践应用,最后通过统计验证了所提结构的有效性.

In the past 30 years, with the development of higher education and the internet, more and more course websites have appeared. Each website has its own system in which although it can contact with another through the home page of another, this situation leads to the appearance of information islands among these course websites. And all these resources are provided on ipv4, the resources on ipv6 is very little. In order to provide huge resources of higher education on ipv6 and solve the problem of information islands to achieve better usage of resources from these websites, we present a Meta-resource based Multidimensional Learning Resource Platform (MMLRP) on ipv6, which divide learning resources of each website of course into different granularity according to the intrinsic unity of knowledge architecture, human cognition rules and teaching rules. We use meta-resource to describe the least granular of resources knowledge; moreover, our resource platform is multidimensional. This paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities of the financial crisis on Beijing software outsourcing and points out that the opportunities outweigh the challenges.Based on Beijing's unique geographical location and strong human resources and the lessons learned from abroad,the paper proposes some corresponding strategic measures after the financial crisis for innovation and development of software outsourcing industry,which includes the talent pool and scientific evaluation to improve the industrial environment,to develop domestic and international market,to attract multinational companies and support local businesses and to build brands and enhance regional innovation capability.
当前小学数学相关教育软件大都从小学数学某一方面进行开发,在内容覆盖、学习探究、横纵评价即时反馈、开放性等方面往往不能兼顾,没有在统一的开发原则指导下进行针对教学应用的设计与开发,指导小学数学学科教育软件开发的相关设计原则也非常缺乏。由此本文以笔者开发的PSMS系统为例,提出了基于学科教育整体视角的OAG设计原则,该原则从八个方面论述了小学数学相关教育软件开发过程中要注意的问题,为开发相关软件设定了框架,并提出了OAG设计原则指导下的开发步骤和"三同时"开发观点,最后阐述了PSMS系统的优势及其展望。
