Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) is a group of autosomal recessive diseases characterized by a defect in one of the enzymes or transport proteins involved in the cortisol synthesis in the adrenal cortex. The most common form of CAH, which occurs in more than 90% of cases, is a 21-hydroxylase enzyme deficiency. The latter is subdivided into nonclassical and classic (salt-losing and virilizing) forms. The prevalence of classic forms of 21-hydroxylase deficiency ranges from 1: 14,000 to 1:18,000 live births worldwide. According to the data of neonatal screening in the Russian Federation, the prevalence of the disease in some regions ranges from 1: 5000 to 1: 12000, in the country as a whole - 1: 9638 live newborns. The non-classical form of CAH occurs more often - from 1: 500 to 1: 1000 among the general population. In second place is the hypertensive form of CAH - a deficiency of 11β-hydroxylase, which, according to the literature, occurs in about 1 per 100,000 newborns. These clinical guidelines were compiled by a professional community of narrow specialists, approved by the expert council of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, and updated the previous version published in 2016. The clinical guidelines are based on systematic reviews, meta-analyses and original articles, and scientific work on this issue in the Russian Federation and other countries. The purpose of this document is to provide clinicians with the most up-to-date, evidence-based guidelines for the CAH diagnosis and treatment

For the purpose of exploring the development, pharmacology and clinical Ural program related to dulaglutide we conducted a nonsystematic review of dulagluticle focusing on the AWARD (Assessment of Weekly Administration 0-Y218926,5 [dulaglutide] in Diabetes Assessment) program of randomized, phase 3 studies. Dulaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist that causes a variety of antidiabelogenic actions by acting on the incretin system. Steady-state plasma concentrations of chtlaghtlide are achieved between 2 and 4 weeks following a once-weekly administration. The AWARD 1-6 studies were conducted in patients with different treatment needs, ranging from patients with mild diabetes who can he treated with diet management and exercise to patients for whom target glycemic control cannot he achieved with conventional insulin treatment.

4.0. Abstract. The paper systematizes the main trends in the prevention of illegal behaviour of minors in modern Russia. The urgency of illegal behaviour prevention in adolescents is substantiated by the changes in juvenile delinquency associated with the transformations of social relations, which implies the need to improve the system of measures aimed at preventing misconduct in accordance with social change. This article presents a review of scientific publications on the issue of illegal conduct prevention in minors from 2014 to 2020. The author identifies four general approaches to preventing illegal behaviour in teenagers. The clinical approach is based on the study of contributions made by various types of dysontogenesis and behaviour features in the form of a particular stable syndrome that determines illegal behaviour. The pedagogical approach considers any form of deviant behaviour to be a result of shortcomings in education. The focus of the psychological approach is on individual characteristics of children and adolescents, and correction is viewed as the main mechanism for preventing misconduct. The socio-psychological approach to prevention includes work aimed at promoting and enforcing social norms and rules of behaviour among both teenage delinquents themselves and the people in their environment. Based on the review, the author discusses the effectiveness of the current prevention programs. It is concluded that, depending on the approach, specialists focus on different aspects of the problem, which leads to excessive variability in the content of the proposed prevention programs, and significant differences in the understanding of the methodological foundations of preventive measures. As a result, all the approaches to deviant behaviour prevention in minors lack effectiveness. The author emphasizes the expediency of a comprehensive approach to the prevention of illegal behaviour in adolescents based on interdepartmental
