Nowadays ambulatory blood pressure monitoring became the integral part of modern diagnostics and treatment of arterial hypertension. However, this method has a number of economic and technical restrictions in case of necessity to construct a daily profile of blood pressure as it is required repeated measurements during many days. More than 20 percent of the population has the shift work schedule. Among them there are employees, passing obligatory pre-shift monitoring of hemodynamic parameters, for example, drivers of locomotive crews. We have offered to use the data of pre-shift monitoring for construction a circadian blood pressure profile. Initial time series were nonequidistant and discharged. We have used the original chronobiological program FORM for it´s processing. The analysis of received circadian blood pressure curves allowed to reveal hidden desynchronosis and to estimate the degree of its expressiveness at clinically healthy men. It is necessary to approbate this method using data of blood pressure self-monitoring. We suppose that such approach will significantly facilitate diagnostics and treatment of hypertension.
Heart rhythm (HR), and blood pressure (SBP, DBP) was registered at a group of practically healthy workers with a normal operating mode (51 persons) and machinists of locomotive brigades with replaceable operating mode (200), and also at oncological patients (23). The statistical importance of primary factors of regress and correlation between the investigated functions in all examined groups, as a mutual coordination in orientation of these changes (their conjugacy) was estimated. Desinchronosis of blood circulation have been found both in oncological patients and in machinists of locomotive brigades.
