Data of pre-trip monitoring are enough for assessing the daily blood pressure profile within the framework of FORM program. The analysis of the daily BP curve in persons with high intensity of work and shift schedule has revealed the significant signs of jetlag, and distortion of a daily profile. The implementation of this technique for train drivers will ensure monitoring of the state of health in the preclinical stage, when the absolute values of the physiological parameters are not yet exceed the limit of normal.
There are many references in the literature related to connection between the space weather and the state of human organism. The search of external factors influence on humans is a multi-factor problem and it is well known that humans have a meteo-sensitivity. A direct problem of finding the earth weather conditions, under which the space weather manifests itself most strongly, is discussed in the present work for the first time in the helio-biology. From a formal point of view, this problem requires identification of subset (magnetobiotropic region) in three-dimensional earth's weather parameters such as pressure, temperature, and humidity, corresponding to the days when the human body is the most sensitive to changes in the geomagnetic field variations and when it reacts by statistically significant increase (or decrease) of a particular physiological parameter. This formulation defines the optimization of the problem, and the solution of the latter is not possible without the involvement of powerful metaheuristic methods of searching. Using the algorithm of differential evolution, we prove the existence of magnetobiotropic regions in the earth's weather parameters, which exhibit magneto-sensitivity of systolic, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate of healthy young subjects for three weather areas (combinations of atmospheric temperature, pressure, and humidity). The maximum value of the correlation confidence for the measurements attributable to the days of the weather conditions that fall into each of three magnetobiotropic areas is an order of 0.006, that is almost 10 times less than the confidence, equal to 0.05, accepted in many helio-biological researches.
So far, there is no consensus about the etiology and pathogenesis of condition manifested by a persistent increase of the thymus gland. In order to test the hypothesis of the thymus gland sensitivity during embriofetogenesis period to heliogeomagnetic fluctuations (magnetic storms), a retrospective long-term controlled study was conducted on the basis of computer monitoring of clinical examination of children of decree ages. During the study it was revealed that for children with a persistent increase in the thymus gland and for healthy children the geomagnetic situation during ontogenesis (embriofetogenesis) is authentically different. It is suggested that low level of geomagnetic activity during the period of final formation of all thymus zones; of T-lymphocytes emigration and their settlement in peripheral lymphoid organs, as well as during the period of the thymus parenchyma active growth, may be a risk factor for persistent hyperplasia of the thymus gland. These data do not contradict the idea that for developing structures some optimum level of cosmophysical impact is needed.
Nowadays ambulatory blood pressure monitoring became the integral part of modern diagnostics and treatment of arterial hypertension. However, this method has a number of economic and technical restrictions in case of necessity to construct a daily profile of blood pressure as it is required repeated measurements during many days. More than 20 percent of the population has the shift work schedule. Among them there are employees, passing obligatory pre-shift monitoring of hemodynamic parameters, for example, drivers of locomotive crews. We have offered to use the data of pre-shift monitoring for construction a circadian blood pressure profile. Initial time series were nonequidistant and discharged. We have used the original chronobiological program FORM for it´s processing. The analysis of received circadian blood pressure curves allowed to reveal hidden desynchronosis and to estimate the degree of its expressiveness at clinically healthy men. It is necessary to approbate this method using data of blood pressure self-monitoring. We suppose that such approach will significantly facilitate diagnostics and treatment of hypertension.
Currently, the notion of chronobiology and chronopharmacology play an increasingly important role in medical practice. The basis of these two concepts is the notion of DS. Desynchronosis called a violation of the natural course of biological rhythms, their mutual consistency. The degree of manifestation of DS corresponds to the severity of the disease, so as circadian rhythms vital functions can be judged on the activity and the stage of the pathological process. This fully applies to cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and, in particular, to essential hypertension (EH), accompanied by a mismatch of circadian rhythms of hemodynamic parameters, excretion of vasoactive substances involved in the regulation of blood pressure, both in time and among themselves. Today the study of circadian changes in blood pressure and heart rate are also common, as well as acute cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, sudden death). The results obtained are making adjustments to the therapeutic treatment approaches, implying the proper use of antihypertensive therapy.
The study underscores the importance of the objective evaluation of inflammatory process in periodontal tissues on the background of traditional, as well as the application of complex pathogenetic approach in the schemes of medical measures of chronic generalized periodontitis moderate severity. Chronic generalized periodontitis remains the most severe and widespread pathology of parodont. With the progress of civilization, the prevalence of periodontal disease has risen sharply. Up to 80% of the population (25 years and older) has a change of periodontal tissues, based on a single pathological process inflammation and degeneration of fabrics of parodont. Lack of effectiveness of local dental treatment testifies to the topicality of this problem going beyond dentistry, and has no medical value. On the basis of this justified the treatment of this disease with the use of antioxidant vitamin E in the complex of medical exposure.
In the work, using a methodology for the study of the variability of cardiac rhythm, made a comparative analysis of the clinical effectiveness of the drug ketorolac in the postoperative period in patients ambulatory surgical dentistry and stationary maxillofacial surgery. Objectively proved high effectiveness of this drug in this group of patients and the diagnostic value of the method of heart rate variability to assess the nature of adaptive reactions in the postoperative period in patients dental profile. The work is based on an analysis of vegetative characteristics and hemodynamics of the 350 patients in need of surgical dental treatment in outpatient and inpatient departments. The comparative analysis of the action, at postoperative обезболивании, analgesics of non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs – analgin and ketorolac, as well as the analgesic with a mixed mechanism of action (agonist opioid receptors and inhibitor of reverse neuronal reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin) – tramal.
The big interest represents studying of an is functional-metabolic condition of uniform elements of blood at toxic conditions as they objectively enough reflect the general status of an organism and represent itself as the progressing mechanism endogenous intoxication. In the model of acute peritonitis found that the use of the drug with antioxidant activity etoksidola improves lipid cell membranes as cardiomyocytes, and red blood cells and platelets. Normalization of the lipid spectrum cytomembranes leads to improved functional status of red blood cells and platelets, which leads to improvement of the rheological properties of blood microcirculation processes, thus providing additional treatment options for toxic cardiomyopathy. The revealed essential updatings of a fatty metabolism in fabric structures of a myocardium at endogenous the intoxications connected with infringement of the basic electrophysiological functions of cages of heart, certainly, are one of the major pathogenetic factors of formation of toxic defeat of heart.
The fullest restoration practically all investigated parameters of variability of an intimate rhythm occurs at reception as anesthetic ketorolac, that it is possible to regard as early restoration of functional balance of the centers of vegetative nervous system.
