试验以16个越橘杂交品种（系）为试材,对其树体性状、果实外观性状、果实内在品质和丰产性等项目进行调查研究。结果表明,H2、H20、H26、Record、Ama和HL12等6个品种（系）在山东地区栽培反应良好,是当前适合山东地区发展的理想品种（系）,具有进一步示范推广价值;Gila、AF4、HL4和HL9等4个品种（系）由于植株生长较弱、丰产性差和果实性状差,在山东地区不适宜发展;其余6个品种（系）还有待于进一步观察与改良,才能最终筛选出适合当地栽培的优质品种（系）。

Plant characters,fruit appearance characters,fruit internal characters and yielding ability ot 16 hybridization cuhivars（strains） blueberry were studied in this experiment. The results showed that 6 hybridization eultivars （strains） comprising H2,H20, H26,Record,Ama HL12 showed good cultivation reaction,and they were suited to be cultivated and extended in Shandong. 4 hybridization cultivars （strains） comprising Gila,AF4,HIA and HL9 was weak-growth potential,low-yielding and low-quality. The remaining 6 hybridization cultivars （strains） were needed to be further observation and reforming for good hybridization cultivars （strains） in Shandong.

Plant characters,fruit appearance characters,fruit internal characters and yielding ability of 10 half-high highbush blueberry cultivars were studied in this experiment.The results showed that Polaris,H2-2,Northblue,5115 and Northland other 5 cultivars showed good cultivation reaction,to be further experimental demonstration and extension.Chippwa was high-yielding not high-quality,suggested as a parent for breeding.The remaining 4 cultivars was high-quality low-yielding.It was not suited to be cultivated and extended in Shandong.It may be introducted to other regions in order to select more good cultivars.

The variation of sugar,acid,vitamin C and pigments contents during fruit development of blueberries was studied in this experiment,cultivars from early-maturing,mid-maturing and late-maturing during growing season were studied.The results showed that the contents of total sugar were increased,which was DukeBluecropElliot;The contents of total acid declined to the lowest when the fruits reached full-maturing and lower than young fruit period,which was DukeBluecropElliot;The contents of vitamin C were higher at young fruit stage,which was DukeBluecropElliot;The contents of pigment reached to the highest at fruit ripening stage,which was ElliotDukeBluecrop.

2007--2010年在山东省威海市进行了18个北高丛越橘品种引种试验。结果表明，蓝丰、埃利奥特、都克、北卫、蓝塔、雷戈西和瑞卡7个品种适合在山东威海地区栽培，其中都克、北卫、蓝塔、蓝丰和雷戈西可作为鲜食品种，埃利奥特可作为加工品种，瑞卡既可鲜食又可用于加工；其余品种有待于进一步观察。

以早、中和晚熟越橘品种都克(Duke)、蓝丰(Bluecrop)和埃利奥特(Elliot)为试材,对不同成熟期的越橘果实总糖、总酸、维生素C(VC)和色素在年生长周期中的变化规律进行了研究.结果表明,越橘果实成熟过程中总糖含量总体呈上升趋势,总糖含量在品种间表现为都克＞蓝丰＞埃利奥特；越橘果实达到完熟时总酸含量降到最低,并且低于幼果期总酸含量,各品种总酸含量为埃利奥特＞蓝丰＞都克；越橘果实维生素C含量在幼果中较高,维生素C的含量为都克＞蓝丰＞埃利奥特；色素含量在果实成熟期时达到最大,色素含量为埃利奥特＞都克＞蓝丰.

In order to improve the economic effect of Rhododendron sp, we grafted the different colors of Rhododendron sp varieties to Rhododendron mollicomum. We took many measures of pruning, controlling temperature, spaying water and the application of plant growth regulator, so the flowers opened together periodically.
