Theacrine is one kind of natural purine alkaloids, which mainly exists in an unusual Chinese tea known as Kucha. It shows various biological activities, such as anti-depression, sedative and hypnotic effects and anti-inflammatory and analgesic activi-ties. The study on theacrine dates back to a few decades ago. According to the references published in recent years, the resource, preparation, characterization and pharmacological effects of theacrine were reviewed, and its application prospect was also explored.
翻转式教学是一种学生在课外学习新知识、课上完成知识内化过程的新型教学模式,该模式翻转了传统教学结构和教学方式,在药事管理学课程教学中成效显著。实施翻转式教学要求教师不断提高自身素养,高效组织课堂,引导学生完成更高层次的探究式学习。
精神药品是直接作用于中枢神经系统,使之兴奋或抑制,连续使用会产生依赖性的药品[1]。国家食品药品监督管理局、公安部、卫生部联合公布的《精神药品品种目录(2013版)》中,第一类精神药品共68种,其中我国生产和使用的有7种,如哌醋甲酯、司可巴比妥等;第二类精神药品共81种,其中我国生产和使用的有27种,如异戊巴比妥、咖啡因等。与精神药品相关的概念有精神药物、限剧药、抗精神病药、毒品等,这些概念有些从字面上看很相近,有些从性质上有类似之处,下面就这些概念进行简要辨析。
目的:观察土豆薄片湿敷治疗药液外渗致局部组织肿胀效果。方法:37例用土豆薄片湿敷治疗。结果:显效31例,有效6例,总有效率100%。结论:土豆薄片湿敷治疗药液外渗致局部组织肿胀疗效确切。

A survey of medicinal plant resources recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia in Fenglongshan Mountain,Shijiazhuang was carried out.Medicinal parts and main medicinal efficacies of 92 species of medicinal plants belonging to 80 genera and 52 families were reported.The family Compositae has the highest number(11)of medicinal plants,followed by 6 species of Rosaceae and 5 of Liliaceae.Suggestions for conservation,sustainable utilization,phytochemical and pharmacological studies of wild medicinal plants were given.

Objective:To analyze the chemical composition of the flower volatile oil of wild Vitex negundo L.var.heterophylla from Shijiazhuang.Method:The volatile oil was extracted by hydrodistillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Result:Twenty constituents representing 68.6% of the total volatile oil were identified.Conclusion:The major components of the volatile oil were β-caryophyllene(30.6%),β-phellandrene(8.4%) and eucalyptol(1,8-cineole)(7.5%).The volatile oil can serve as a good source of β-caryophyllene.

实验课教学是卫生士官药物化学教学的重要组成部分,通过精心设计实验内容,恰当选用教学方法,既使学员加深理论知识的理解、掌握基本操作技能,又能提高其分析问题、解决问题的能力以及组训能力,并培养其创新意识和创新能力。
Objective To research the practicality of Barberry as raw materials to replace Coptis Root as extracted Berberine Hydrochloride in the laboratory.Methods Barberry and Coptis Root extraction experiment was conducted using diacolation of acid water simultaneously.The plant and powder of two medicinal materials and their yield of Berberine Hydrochloride were compared.The chemical reactions of Berberine Hydrochloride were tested.Results The powder of Barberry contained more plant fibers than that of Coptis Root with smooth diacolation and the yield of Berberine Hydrochloride was 1.2 g,and the Coptis Root 2.3 g with similar test results.Conclusion Barberry can completely meet the experimental teaching needs and reduce the cost of the experiment,although its yield is lower than that of Coptis Root.
生药学教材中常用生药种类繁多,涵盖内容广且单调乏味,学生难以掌握。将常用生药的主要知识点及相关图片制作成名片并应用于教学,不仅形式新颖、图文并茂,且十分便于课堂教学与学生课后练习,教学效果令人满意。
Objective: To analyze the chemical composition of the volatile oil extracted from wild Artemisia annua L.in Shijiazhuang,China.Methods: We extracted volatile oil from wild Artemisia annua L.by water distillation and analyzed the volatile oil by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry.Results: Thirteen constituents,84.0% of the volatile oil,were identified.Conclusion: The volatile oil mainly contains artemisia ketone(33.4%),D-camphor(15.7%),1,8-cineole(8.7%),and caryophyllene(7.1%).
Choosing a variety of modes to carry out experiment teaching of natural medicinal chemistry not only makes full use of laboratory resources but also provides more opportunities for students to operate,observe and think in the limited laboratory hours,which gives experiment teaching diverse and innovative features.
目的探讨在实验教学中用95%乙醇替代氯仿作为溶剂,提取大黄中游离蒽醌化合物的可行性。方法分别使用氯仿和95%乙醇作为溶剂进行游离蒽醌化合物的提取,采用pH梯度萃取法进行分离,分别得到大黄酸、大黄素、芦荟大黄素、大黄酚及大黄素甲醚,比较所得4种游离蒽醌化合物的平均产量,同时进行化学检识及纸色谱检识。结果使用两种不同溶剂提取分离所得到的4种游离蒽醌化合物平均产量无明显差异,化学检识与纸色谱检识结果基本一致。结论 95%乙醇完全可以替代氯仿,满足实验教学的需要。

天然药物化学是运用现代科学理论与方法研究天然药物中化学成分的一门学科,是药学专业的主干课程.药学士官属专科教育,学员大多文化基础薄弱,因此,在编写药学士官专用教材《天然药物化学》时,笔者以"去繁、求简、必需、够用"为主旨,在部分内容上进行了调整,以突出药学士官专科教育特色.现报告如下.
