The essential oil of the aborted flowers of Vitex negundo var. heterophylla growing wild in Shijiazhuang was extracted by hydrodistillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS). Twenty one constituents accounting for 94. 8% of the total oil were identified. The oil consisted mainly of β-caryophyllene( 42. 2%),sabinene( 12.2%) and 1,8-cineole( 5.5%),and can serve as a good source of β-caryophyllene.

A survey of medicinal plant resources recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia in Fenglongshan Mountain,Shijiazhuang was carried out.Medicinal parts and main medicinal efficacies of 92 species of medicinal plants belonging to 80 genera and 52 families were reported.The family Compositae has the highest number(11)of medicinal plants,followed by 6 species of Rosaceae and 5 of Liliaceae.Suggestions for conservation,sustainable utilization,phytochemical and pharmacological studies of wild medicinal plants were given.

Objective: To analyze the chemical composition of the volatile oil extracted from wild Artemisia annua L.in Shijiazhuang,China.Methods: We extracted volatile oil from wild Artemisia annua L.by water distillation and analyzed the volatile oil by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry.Results: Thirteen constituents,84.0% of the volatile oil,were identified.Conclusion: The volatile oil mainly contains artemisia ketone(33.4%),D-camphor(15.7%),1,8-cineole(8.7%),and caryophyllene(7.1%).
[Objective] The aim was to develop a method of RP-HPLC for determination of flavnoid aglycones―quercitin in willow leaf,and to discover its content.[Method] Willow leaves were collected in the middle of April.The flavonoids in the leaves were extracted by successive extraction with methanol.The extracts were acid-hydrolyzed before being tested with RP-HPLC.The condition of RP-HPLC was:Diamonsil C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);concentration of mobile phase was 0.07%;phosphoric acid-water-free ethanol(50:50,V/V);mobile speed was 1.0 ml/min;tested wave length 260 nm;sampling amount 10 μl;flexibility 0.000 1 AUFS;column temperature was indoor temperature(20 ℃).[Result] The constituent of flavnoid aglycones in willow leaves was mainly quercitin and it consisted of 0.36%-0.74% flavnoid aglycones.[Conclusion] The method of RP-HPLC for determination of quercitin in willow leaf provided reference for the effective use of willow.
目的探讨在实验教学中用95%乙醇替代氯仿作为溶剂,提取大黄中游离蒽醌化合物的可行性。方法分别使用氯仿和95%乙醇作为溶剂进行游离蒽醌化合物的提取,采用pH梯度萃取法进行分离,分别得到大黄酸、大黄素、芦荟大黄素、大黄酚及大黄素甲醚,比较所得4种游离蒽醌化合物的平均产量,同时进行化学检识及纸色谱检识。结果使用两种不同溶剂提取分离所得到的4种游离蒽醌化合物平均产量无明显差异,化学检识与纸色谱检识结果基本一致。结论 95%乙醇完全可以替代氯仿,满足实验教学的需要。

Objective To analyze the major chemical composition of the carpopodium essential oil of Pistacia chinensis growing wild in Shijiazhuang.Methods The essential oil was extracted by hydrodistillation and analyzed by GC-MS.Results Six compounds were identified,comprising 83.8% of the total essential oil.Conclusion The major components of the essential oil were sabinene (44.1%),terpinen-4-ol (22.0%),Г-terpinene (7.0%) and 1R-α-pinene(6.8%).
