双一流大学办航空航天学院、培养航空宇航学科人才,有双重使命:一是要培养能够站在世界航空宇航科学前沿,引领航空宇航科技发展方向的拔尖创新型飞行器研制、维护、运营与管理人才,谓为能"顶天"的人才;二是要培养更多的能够满足我国航空航天事业发展战略需求的人才,即能"立地"的人才.要实现这一目标,需在培养方案制定、师资队伍建设、教育教学理念、课程教学实践、校企合作办学、学科平台建设、国际合作交流、教学科研评价等诸多方面共向发力,要深化对航空宇航科学与技术本质的理解和人才培养规律的认识,既培养学生的科学探索精神,又培养学生的工程思维,既要放眼全球,又要胸怀祖国.

针对目前高校开展的博士点申报工作,通过分析和归纳几所重点高校在学科建设工作中的举措和经验,提出了博士点申报工作中内涵建设的思想.从学科特色定位、师资队伍培养、研究生教学质量和博士生科研水平提高等多个方面,提出了建设性意见.

Modern distance education has become an important part of higher education around the world,which can greatly satisfy the need to receive lifelong education for all kind of people.Although modern distance education in China has made great achievements in its beginning stage,it still has many problems at present.Based on the current states of modern distance education,some relevant suggestions and countermeasures were put forward in this paper.

Excellent engineer training is an important direction of education reform of engineering universities.Practice teaching is greatly emphasized in excellent engineer training.Engineer education emphasis on information gathering,analysis and engineering comprehensive practice based practical application,and cross-cultural communication and cooperation and innovation in modern educational theory.This article focuses on the ability of vocational adaptation and engineering practice.Considering the sustainable development of students,project-oriented teaching method is researched through analyzing the course content,structure and function.Finally,the practice work application of this teaching method is briefly introduced.

随着信息时代的到来,远程教育已在我国迅速地发展着,它是随着现代信息技术的发展而产生的一种新型教育方式。我国很多高校已经拥有了自己的网上教学资源并成立了网络学院或远程教育学院。就网络教育和对Internet环境下远程教育教学方式的特点进行的研究和分析,提出了Internet环境下的一种新的教学方式--协同式教学方式并在此基础上讨论了该教学方式的运行模式、及发展前景。

构建保持党员干部先进性教育活动长效机制,要遵循系统性、协调性、可操作性原则。要分类分级,设计底线要求与更高要求相统一的党员干部先进性素质长效提高机制;要根据过程特点,设计包括党员干部先进性发挥过程总体实施方案、节点检查制度、验收评估整改制度三个环节在内的党员干部先进性发挥过程长效调控机制,构建党员干部保持先进性教育活动长效机制的科学体系,为党员干部先进性素质提高和先进性高水平发挥提供制度支撑平台。
