试验旨在研究不同添加量的沸石对犬生长及抗氧化性能的影响.将18只年龄约5月龄的中华田园犬随机分成3组,分别饲喂添加0、3%、5%沸石的饲料.30 d后对犬生长和抗氧化性能进行测定,结果显示:饲料中添加沸石对犬生长和饲料转化率无显著影响(P>0.05).饲料中添加3%的沸石能显著提高血清中CAT活性(P<0.05),降低肝脏中MDA含量(P<0.05);饲料中添加5%的沸石能显著提高肝脏中CAT活性(P<0.05),降低肝脏中MDA含量(P<0.05).
为了研究影响金黄仓鼠超数排卵的因素,提高金黄仓鼠超数排卵的数量与质量,试验采用在发情周期的不同时间,用不同剂量的孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)以及不同温度条件下对金黄仓鼠进行超数排卵的方法。结果表明:在发情周期的第1天注射PMSG比第2天注射PMSG效果好,间隔72 h注射HCG比间隔48 h注射HCG排卵数多;PMSG、HCG注射剂量为25 IU/只时比20 IU/只、30 IU/只时排卵数多;温度为(20±2)℃时排卵数较(10±2)℃时显著增多,但温度为(30±2)℃时畸形卵数明显增加。说明温度为(20±2)℃时,在发情周期的第1天注射PMSG 25 IU/只,第4天注射HCG 25 IU/只可获得较好的超数排卵效果。

The traditional experimental teaching mode of laboratory animal breeding is not conducive to cultivation of students′ learning ability and improvement of their learning interest. For this reason, teaching of experimental animal husbandry breeding needs new technical means and methods to showcase its teaching content. According to the situation of experimental animal husbandry teaching, how to construct experimental animal project courses, how to use school laboratory and external training base for situational teaching and field teaching and how to make full use of multimedia technology and network resources were explored during the teaching process of experimental animal breeding. Attention should be paid to raising student′s independence and autonomy, guiding students to learn in practice. Learning should become an active and individual activity with the guidance of teachers so as to cultivate and improve students′ practical ability and creative ability. High-quality skilled talents having excellent professional qualities and entrepreneurial quality should be cultivated.
