鸭传染性浆膜炎是由鸭疫里默氏杆菌引起鸭和多种禽类的一种细菌性传染病.该病又称为鸭败血症、鸭疫巴氏杆菌病、鸭疫综合征、新鸭病等.在流行地区做好该病的科学防控,具有重要意义.下面就鸭传染性浆膜炎的病原特性、流行特点、诊断方法和防制措施等进行介绍.
盖塔病毒病是盖塔病毒引起的一种虫媒性人畜共患病.可引起人类和许多脊椎动物出现无症状感染,猪和马可呈显性感染.常因一些吸血节肢动物叮咬猪、马等哺乳动物而传播.本病的流行呈现一定的地域性和季节性,与蚊、蠓等吸血节肢动物的活动范围和活跃期有关.下面从病原、流行病学、临床症状、病理变化、诊断及防控等方面对该病进行介绍.
《养猪与猪病防治》是畜牧兽医专业的一门专业核心课程,短时间全班进场进行现场教学已不符合猪场生物安全的要求.本研究利用学校已建成的省级产教融合实训平台—智慧猪场,在生产养殖区城安装环境感知传感器和摄像头,实现每个特定猪舍区养殖智能化,依托学院现有的智慧教室实现了远程开放式教学方式.为生物安全性高、生产操作性强的课程探索新的教学模式奠定了基础.
文章以江苏农牧科技职业学院为例,从创新实训平台运行机制、推进实训平台设施更新和信息化改造、整合优质实训资源、提升实训平台实践育人和社会服务能力、完善实训平台制度与管理五个方面阐述了动物疫病防控专业群产教深度融合的实践.
现代学徒制作为一种新型人才培养模式,能有效解决畜牧业人才需求现状及其产业转型升级等问题,在开设动物医学类专业的高职院校、畜牧业、学生之间成为一个热点问题.笔者结合工作实际,对高职动物医学类专业实行现代学徒制的现状、必要性及其存在的问题和建议进行阐述,以期高职动物医学类专业通过实行现代学徒制为畜牧业更好地培养所需人才.

由于鸡新城疫抗体水平检测大赛测定方法参考国家标准《新城疫诊断技术》,而该标准并没有细化到每一个操作步骤,同时主办方提供的竞赛评分标准也不够详细,再加上每个参赛团队也没有统一的标准操作流程,为了取得更加优异的成绩,各竞赛团队追求的是操作技巧的不断完善提高.笔者对影响试验结果的诸多因素进行初步分析以供参考与借鉴.

"互联网+现代畜牧业"产教深度融合实训平台是培养具备互联网思维以及操作能力的现代畜牧业专门人才的综合性平台,是现代畜牧业转型升级的助推器、产教融合的共享平台、科技研发的创新基地、学生实训与创新创业的基地、职业农民和企业员工培训中心.文章结合"互联网+现代畜牧业"产教深度融合实训平台建设的目的意义,对平台的运行体制机制等方面进行了积极探索,实现了产教深度融合对接,建立了长效机制.
为了探索基于工作过程的项目教学方法在动物防疫与检疫课程中的实践成效,笔者所在的项目教学法开发小组通过走访用人单位与应往届毕业生问卷调查等方法,调研在动物防疫与检疫职业岗位工作过程中的典型工作任务,整合动物防疫与检疫课程相关知识点并设计了教学项目,采用项目教学法对江苏农牧科技职业学院2013~2015届动物防疫与检疫专业学生进行了教学实践.结果表明:项目教学法可以提高学生的学习兴趣、课堂学习效率和理论知识的掌握程度,有效增强学生的合作能力和动手实践能力.
Bovine viral diarrhea virus is divided into two genotypes:genotype 1 (BVDV-1) and genotype 2 (BVDV-2).Previous epidemiological survey showed BVDV-1 isolates distributed more widely.However,the mobidity rate of BVDV-2 is increasing in recent years.In general,BVDV-2 infection can cause more severe disease characterized by acute infection and haemorrhagic syndrome,causing enormous losses to the cattle industry.In this review,we dilate on the following aspects:the establishment of the specific detection and genotyping methods of BVDV-2,the isolation and identification of BVDV-2,complete genomic sequencing and phylogenetic analyzation of BVDV-2 isolates,and the establishment of detection platform to virus and antibody of BVDV-1 and BVDV-2.
为全面了解江苏和安徽两省规模化蛋鸡场新城疫卵黄抗体效价、免疫效果,评价鸡群抵御疾病的能力,从而指导养殖场科学免疫,2015年对江苏省和安徽省共58家规模化蛋鸡场的67个蛋鸡群1 383枚鸡蛋样品的新城疫卵黄抗体效价进行了抽样检测.结果表明:新城疫平均卵黄抗体效价为7.69 lb,抗体效价达到合格即8 lb的鸡只占检测总数的57.34%,抗体效价达到优秀即9 lb的鸡只占检测总数的36.00%.说明江苏和安徽两省蛋鸡群新城疫卵黄抗体水平偏低,应引起高度重视.
为了有效评估规模化猪场疫苗免疫效果,科学制订或动态调整免疫程序,解决免疫防控中的一些实际问题,江苏农牧科技职业学院动物流行病学研究中心于2014年4月份-2016年3月份对江苏省7个地市的部分规模化猪场猪只采集血样,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)对猪瘟、猪蓝耳病、猪伪狂犬病等常见猪病进行了抗体检测与分析,以期为规模化猪场常见病的有效防控提供有效建议.
通过屠宰病变评估及病理组织学检查对苏姜猪新品种的肺病变发生情况、病变类型、季节性发病特点、肉眼肺病变的发病程度与病理组织学病变的关联性进行了研究。结果显示,360头供试苏姜猪中肺病变的发病率为75%,其中冬季发病率最高,达到81.1%,其次为春季、秋季、夏季。苏姜猪的平均肺病变指数为1.12,病变程度较为轻微。肺病变比例在1%~10%区间内最多,占31.9%(115/360)。在360份肺样中,慢性型病变最多,占肺病变总数的38.6%;但冬季急性型的发生率最高,达到40.8%。在病理组织学检查中,慢性型肺病变中的支气管淋巴组织增生更为广泛。通过肉眼病变观察得出的病变类型与通过病理组织学检查得出的结论相类似,苏姜猪的肺病变主要发生在感染后期和恢复阶段。
为评价犬细小病毒(CPV)VP2主要抗原表位的免疫原性,本研究对CPV YZ株VP2的氨基酸序列进行分析,确定了主要抗原表位区域(VP2-228),通过PCR扩增相应的表位编码区域基因片段(700 bp),将其克隆于真核表达载体pVAX1中构建重组真核表达质粒pVAX1-VP2-228.Western blot结果显示VP2-228能够在COS-7细胞中正确表达.将该重组质粒免疫小鼠,利用血凝抑制试验检测不同时期的抗体水平,以MTT法检测免疫35 d时淋巴细胞的增殖活性.结果表明pVAX1-VP2-228能够诱导小鼠产生较高的抗体水平;淋巴细胞增殖试验表明免疫小鼠的淋巴细胞刺激指数显著高于对照组(p<0.05).本研究为开展CPV DNA疫苗的研究提供了实验依据.
禽生产与疾病防制专业建设团队,通过对48家行业、企业和2014届30名本专业毕业生进行座谈和问卷调研,进行了本专业工作岗位和岗位能力的分析,构建和优化了本专业课程体系,同时建立了校企合作培养,能力三阶递进的人才教学组织模式.
To investigate the effects of compound Astragalus preparation on the immune efficacy of the in-activated Newcastle disease vaccine in chickens,300 one day-old Hyline brown chickens were randomly di-vided into groupⅠ(low-dose group),group Ⅱ (moderate-dose group ),group Ⅲ (high-dose group ),groupⅣ (negative control group)and group Ⅴ(positive control group ).When the chickens were 7 days of age, they were subcutaneously injected with the inactivated Newcastle disease vaccine except the negative con-trol group,each of 0.25 mL.Meanwhile,the chickens in the group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were orally gavaged with the compound Astragalus preparations as 10 g/kg,20 g/kg and 40 g/kg body weight,respec-tively,once a day for 5 consecutive days.Then at the 7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d and 35 d after immunization,eight healthy chickens were randomly selected from each group and 1.0 mL blood were collected,and sera were separated for the detection of ND-HI antibodies,SOD and IFN-γ.The results were as follows:Newcastle disease HI antibody levels,serum activity or concentration of SOD and IFN-γin the compound Astragalus moderate-dose group were higher than that of other groups,and compared with the low-dose group and the positive control group,there were significant or very significant differences.The study showed that the compound Astragalus preparations,orally gavaged with 20 g/kg body weight dose,can significantly im-prove ND-HI antibody levels and the seral activities or concentrations of SOD and IFN-γin chickens.
To study the residues of the therapeutic dose of doxycycline in broiler edible tissues,doxycyc-line was given at the concentrations of 100 mg/L(group 1) and 100 mg/kg(group 2) ,which was mixed in the drinking water and feed,samples of chicken' s live,kidney,muscle,skin-fat were taken at different times to measure their residue levels by means of the high performance liquid chromatography.The result showed as fol-lows,during administration,the concentration of doxycycline in the broiler tissue was gradually accumulated as time on,and reached the peak at the 4th or 5th days after the administration.Compared group 1 with group 2,the former' s concentration of the medicine was significantly (P<0.05) or very significantly higher (P<0.01) than that of the latter.In the days after the first withdrawal,the doxycycline concentration of the medicine in each tissue declined rapidly,and then eliminated slowly.In the days after the 14th withdrawal,the doxycycline con-centration in liver,kidney,muscle,skin and fat in group 1 and group 2 were below the maximum residue limitsprescribed by the Ministry of Agriculture.For the safe reason,when the doxycycline was given at 100 mg/L through the drinking water and 100 mg/kg through the feed,the withdrawal period should be 28 days.
To investigate the effects of compound astragalus preparations on the immunity function in chickens,the 200 seven day-old Nongda 3rd chickens were randomly divided into groupⅠ( healthy control group ) , groupⅡ( infected control group ) , group Ⅲ ( treatment group ) and group Ⅳ ( prevention group ) . Group Ⅰwas not infected and not administed , the chickens in groupⅡand groupⅢwere infected with 100 ELD50 dose IBDV by mouth drip when they were 7 days of age, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ were treated with compound astragalus preparations by 20 g/kg each at eight day-old, two times a day, continuously 6 days. Then, when 14,17,20 day-old ,we take 8 chickens from each group, collected blood 1 mL from the heart after weighed, and prepared the serum for detection of IFN-γ, IgG and IL-2. Last culled the chickens , removed the bursa fabricius, spleen , thymus, calculated the immune organ index. The results are as follows: the prevention group compared with the healthy control group, the compound astragalus preparations can significantly improve the immune organ index on chickens, raise the serum IFN-γ, IgG and IL-2. The treatment group compared with the infected control group, the former was able to repair the damaged immune organ, and restore the normal growth levels, while the serum levels of IFN-γ, IgG and IL-2, also were significantly or very significantly higher than the latters. This study shows that the preparation of compound astragalus can improve the immunity function in chickens, and it has a good preventive effect on the chicken’ s IBD.
