Hypoxia pulmonary hypertension is a fatal pulmonary vascular disease.The pathogenesis of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension relates closely with blood vessel endothelium injury.Present studies have proved that endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) play important roles in blood vessel endothelium repair of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension.This article summarized the development of research on EPCs mobilization and the homing molecular biology.It also explored effects of the drug on the treatment of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension as well as the effects of EPCs on the treatment of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension.

Objective To explore elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) functional status of cellular and humoral immune.Methods 5 milliliter blood samples were collected in the early morning from 30 elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia and 30 healthy controls.It was detected that the levels of CD4+ and CD8+ T cell subsets,immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM,and complement C3,C4.Results The level of CD4+ T cells,CD8+ T cell and CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the elderly CAP patients and the healthy control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P0.05).The level of immunoglobulin IgG in the elderly CAP patients was lower than that in the control group(P0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the level of immunoglobulin IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 in the elderly CAP patients and the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The elderly CAP patients has the humoral immune dysfunction with the low level of IgG.
Objective To investigate the influence of the long voyage on lung function among medical staff.Methods To analyze the influence factors by testing the lung function of 45 navy medical staff before and after the Latin America voyage with the pulmonary function instrument.Results Compared with the factors before sailing,FEF 75%、FEF 25%~75% and FEF 50% decreased(P<0.05) obviously,and the FEV1 /FVC and FEFMax deceased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusions The voyage has a certain effect on the long voyage medical staff,we should attach great importance to the prevention and the hygiene guarantee of the navy voyage.
Objective To study the distribution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its drug resistance in our hospital from 2006 to 2010 in order to provided the scientific evidence for rational use of antibiotics.Methods Bacteria were identified with the VITEK system and antibiotic sensitivity was tested by BIOMIC.Drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was analyzed using the WHONET 5.4 software.Results The most dominant organism was Pseudomonas aeruginosa with a detection rate of 72.9% in sputum and 7.6% in urine from 2006 to 2010.The sensitivity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to FEP was the lowest(11.4%-34.3%),followed by CAZ(13.9%-37.7%),ATM(17.5%-66.7%),and AMK(13.3%-46.6%).Conclusion The drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from sputum is higher than that isolated from urine with an increase tendency to IPM.
Fecal coliforms are important indicator bacteria of feces pollution in water,which has important hygienic significance for water pollution assessment.Multi-tube zymolytic method is a traditional detection method for fecal coliforms,however the process is complicated and the period is long.Currently,it had been improved by some monitors and scientific researchers.In this paper,both the traditional method and the improved one were applied for comparison and verification.The results showed that the EC culture could completely replace the National Standard multi-tube zymolytic method.Besides,the slip method could be used for fecal coliforms detection in environmental water samples except the acidic water samples and raw sewage with large bacteria.
Objective To observe the influences of Yifei Huoxue Granules on relevant vascular cell factors including angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ),endothelin 1(ET-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),nitric oxide(NO) and 6-Keto-PGF1a in rabbits with chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD),and investigate the mechanism of the granules in relieving pulmonary hypertension.Methods The rabbit model of CPHD was established by injecting of 0.7% FeCl3 solution in ear vein(once every other day for 21 times for 42 days,and the total dose was 15 mL/each).All rabbits were randomly divided into normal group,model group,captopril group and Yifei Huoxue Granules group.The content of Ang Ⅱ,ET-1,TNF-α and 6-Keto-PGF1a were detected by using radioimmunoassay and NO content,by nitrate reductase method.Results The comparison between model group and normal group on the 42nd day showed that the content of Ang Ⅱ,ET-1 and TNF-α increased significantly(P0.05) and content of 6-Keto-PGF1a and NO decreased significantly(P0.01).The comparison between Yifei Huoxue Granules group and model group on the 62nd day showed that the content of Ang Ⅱ and ET-1 decreased significantly(P0.05) and NO content increased(P0.05).Conclusion Yifei Huoxue Granules can prevent and treat CPHD through reducing the content of Ang Ⅱ and ET-1,rising NO content,relaxing pulmonary vascular and decreasing vascular resistance.
Objective To investigate the effect of Yifeihuoxue granule(YFHXG) on the hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha(HIF-1α) and reactive oxygen species(ROS) of rat pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells(PASMCs) exposed to hypoxic conditions.Methods Serum-pharmacology methods were used in the preparation of YFHXG serum,tissue block anchorage were performed in the primary culture of rat PASMCs.PASMCs in exponential phase were randomly divided into normoxia group,hypoxiagroup,hypoxia+YFHXG group(16.5,3.5 g/kg and 0.66 g/kg).Cell viability was assessed with 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay.In addition,HIF-1α protein expression was evaluated by immunocytochemistry analysis,the concentration of intracellular ROS was determined by laser scanning confocal microscopy(LSCM).Results MTT assay showed that hypoxia could directly activate the proliferation of PASMCs,while YFHXG dose-dependently inhibited hypoxia-induced proliferation of rat PASMCs.Immunocytochemistry showed that hypoxia enhanced HIF-1α protein expression,and LSCM showed that hypoxia significantly increased intracellular ROS,while YFHXG decreased the expression of HIF-1α and attenuated the hypoxia-induced increase in intracellular concentration of ROS.Conclusion YFHXG can inhibit hypoxia-induced proliferation of rat PASMCs.The anti-hypoxia effect of YFHXG may be explained by its regulation of HIF-1α expression and the levels of intracellular ROS.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa during 2006-2010 so as to provide scientific reference for clinical anti-infection therapy.METHODS The bacteria were identified by the VITEK system,the antibiotic susceptibility testing was performed by the BIOMIC,the antimicrobial resistance was analyzed by WHONET 5.4 software.RESULTS A total of 5837 strains of gram-negative bacteria were isolated during 2006-2010,among which there were 1853 stains of P.aeruginosa,accounting for 31.7%;the isolation rate of P.aeruginosa in 2009 was the highest(33.2%);the isolation rate of P.aeruginosa in Sep during the 5 consecutive years was the highest;the drug resistance rates of P.aeruginosa to cefoperazone/sulbactam,cefepime,and ceftazidime were lower than 30.0%,and the resistance rate to cefotaxime was the highest(65.7%);the isolation rate of multidrug-resistant P.aeruginosa was the highest(9.4%) during the 5 consecutive years,the isolation rate of more than ten-multidrug-resistant P.aeruginosa was increased after 2008.CONCLUSION Strengthening the monitoring of antimicrobial resistance of P.aeruginosa and strictly implementing the isolation and disinfection measures can prevent the colonization and spread of resistant strains.
OBJECTIVETo explore the effects of Yifei Huoxue Granule (YFHXG) on the proliferation and the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) activity of rat pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) induced by platelet-derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB).METHODSUsing tissue block adhering wall method, the primary rat PASMCs were cultured. PASMCs at the log phase growth were randomly divided into the control group, the PDGF-BB group, the PDGF-BB + high YFHXG group (at the final concentration of 7.5 mg/mL), the PDGF-BB + middle YFHXG group (at the final concentration of 1.5 mg/mL), and the PDGF-BB + low YFHXG group (at the final concentration of 0.3 mg/mL), respectively. MTT assay were employed to determine the cell proliferation rate of each group. Flow cytometric analyses were used to detect the cell cycle constituent ratio and the proliferation index (PI). In addition, TGF-beta protein's expression was determined by immunocytochemical assay (SP method).RESULTSCompared with the control group, the proliferation of PASMCs in the PDGF-BB group was obviously active (P<0.01). But when compared with the PDGF-BB group, along with the increased concentration of YFHXG, the growth of PASMCs was obviously inhibited, the cell ratio of G0/G1, phase obviously increased, the cell ratio of S + G2/M phase significantly decreased, and PI significantly decreased. Besides, the expression of TGF-beta protein decreased in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.05, P<0.01).CONCLUSIONSPDGF-BB could directly stimulate the proliferation of PASMCs. YFHXG had a significant inhibition on the proliferation of rat PASMCs induced by PDGF-BB and could regulate the expression of TGF-beta.
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yifei Huoxue granule(YFHXG) on the nitric oxide(NO) leveland inducible nitric oxide synthesis(iNOS) activation of rat pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells(PASMCs) upon exposure to chronic hypoxic conditions.Method: Tissue block anchorage was useed to the primary culture of rat PASMCs,PASMCs were randomly divided into normoxia group,hypoxia group,hypoxia+ YFHXG group(7.5,1.5,0.15 g·L-1).NO level was measured by nitrate reductase method,mRNA abundance of iNOS was detected by RT-PCR,the expression of iNOS were examined by immunohistochemistry.Result: Compared with PASMCs in normoxia group,hypoxia caused NO levels to increase,the transcription and translation of iNOS improved a lot in hypoxia group(P0.05);But compared with hypoxia alone group,YFHXG group had a significantly effect in increasing NO level and iNOS activity which was based on hypoxia induced(P0.05).Conclusion: YFHXG can directly promote NO level and iNOS activation of PASMCs on hypoxic conditions through enhancing the transcription and translation of iNOS,thus inhibiting the proliferation of PASMCs and mediating vasodilation,it may play a crucial role in the protecting of hypoxic pulmonary arterial hypertension.
Objective: To investigate the changes of heart morphology after treatment by Yiqihuoxue in rabbit models of pulmonary heart disease. Methods: Thirty-two healthy Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, normal group (NG), model group (MG),Chinese medicine group (CMG) and captopril group (CG). The rabbit model of pulmonary heart disease was established by giving a single dose of FeCl3 in MG, CMG and CG groups. Rabbits were treated by Yiqihuoxue or captopril for 20 days in CMG and CG groups, respectively. The data of the general condition were observed, and the cardiac morphology was detected by echocardiography before and after treatment in rabbits of groups. Results: It was observed that the respiratory rate accelerated, right ventricular diameter(RVD) and pulmonary artery diameter (PAD) increased, the right ventricular anterior wall (RVAW) thickening, blood flow velocity of tricuspid valve (TV) and pulmonary artery (PV) decreased and ultrasound showed significant differences after establishment of the model in rabbits (P 0.05 or P 0.01). The values of RVD and PAD were significantly decreased after treatment in rabbits of CMG group than those of other groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: Yiqihuoxue treatment can alleviate the symptoms effectively, and reduce the RVD and pulmonary artery pressure in rabbit models of pulmonary heart disease.
目的 对本院2009年收治的5 449例手足口病患者的流行病学特征进行分析.方法 采用描述性流行病学方法,对所有病例进行流行病学的时间、年龄、性别、地区、职业分布分析.结果 手足口病的发病高峰在4~6月份,占38.6%,发病年龄主要在0~5岁组,以1~3岁多见,占2009年总发病的77.2%,男童多于女童,幼托儿童多于散居儿童.结论 手足口病主要由EV71 或CA16感染而引起,发病具有明显的季节性,主要侵犯学龄前儿童,幼托机构的儿童由于密切接触会有增加发病的机会并且易传染,因此需加强学龄前儿童的卫生管理,尽量做到早发现,早报告,早隔离,防止暴发流行.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of seretide in combination with montelukast in the treatment of elderly patients with AECOPD. Methods A total of 61 elderly patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups:seretide in combination with montelukast group(n=31),control group(n=30). Endurance ratings,blood gas analysis and parameters of pulmonary function(FEV1,FEV1/FVC)of all patients were assessed after 14 days'treatment. Results Compared with prior treatment, all indicators above of the two group improved a lot(P0.05,P0.01),but treatment group was even more apparent than control group (P0.05)and with a sustained safety. Conclusions Combined seretide and montelukast has a significant effect on the treatment of elderly patients with AECOPD by decreasing endurance ratings,improving blood gas analysis and promoting the recovery of pulmonary function.
目的:观察益肺活血颗粒对肺血管损伤家兔病理形态学的影响,探讨其抗肺血管损伤的作用机制。方法:采用0.7%FeCl3溶液耳缘静脉注射造模方法建立肺血管损伤家兔模型,随机设立正常组、模型组、卡托普利组及益肺活血颗粒组,每组8只,卡托普利组、益肺活血颗粒组分别给予卡托普利片、益肺活血颗粒,共42d,观察各组家兔管腔面积比、中膜厚度比以及中膜核密度(ND)变化。结果:模型组与正常组相比,肺小动脉血管壁增厚,血管腔狭窄、闭塞;益肺活血颗粒组与模型组相比,血管缩窄明显减轻(P<0.01),中膜的增厚程度亦明显减轻(P<0.01),同时中膜核密度有所增加(P<0.01)。结论:益肺活血颗粒通过减轻肺小血管缩窄、抑制中膜增厚,能够抗FeCl3造成的家兔肺血管损伤。
Objective To analyze the prevalent features of hand-foot and mouth disease of the patients in Children's Hospital of Hunan Province in 2009.Methods All data of different time,age,gender,region and occupation were analyzed by the method of epidemiological analysis.Results The prevalent peak of hand-foot and mouth disease was among April to June,accounting for 38.6%.The suffered group was among 0-5 year old children,especially among 1-3 year old ones,which accounts for 77.2% of total cases in 2009.Conclusion Generally speaking,the amount of sickness occurred more in boys than in girls;in addition,the sick numbers of kindergarten children are more than those of the decentralization resident children.Conclusions:Since the hand-foot and mouth disease is caused by EV71 or CA16,the preschool children are mainly encroached.So health supervision must be strengthened in the preschool children for early,diagnose and isolation in case of suffering from flue again.
Objective:To study the influence of Yifei Huoxue Particles (YFHX) on pulmonary hypertension pathology in the chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD) in rabbits. Method:A total of 12 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups (normal group,model group,the captopril group,YFHX group),each group 3,the rabbits in model group,the captopril group and YFHX group were modeled using 0. 7% FeCl3 by ear vein injection. A total of 42 days,the rabbits in the captopril group and YFHX group were given captopril and YFHX accordingly. Then,a total of 20 days,pulmonary vascular injury was observed and compared. Result:Compared with the normal group,the model group showed structural changes in the heart in pulmonary artery diameter,right ventricular outflow tract,right ventricular front wall thickness and right ventricular track. The modeled rabbits showed significant difference compared with their own situation at 0 d and 42 d (P < 0. 01),YPHX treatment group are different with the model group for the indicators:Right ventricular outflow tract and tricuspid velocity ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:YFHX can treat the model of CPHD caused by FeCl3 in rabbits,by reducing the right ventricular diameter and the right ventricular outflow tract and slowing down the tricuspid velocity.
Objective:To study anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects of alcohol extract from Abutilon indicum(L.)Sweet.Methods:The anti-inflammatory actions were investigated by the method of xylol induced auriclate swelling in mice.the diuretic actions were investigated by the method of metabolism cages in rats.Results:Experimental results have shown that Abutilon indicum(L.)Sweet inhibited the mouse auriclate swelling induced by xylol,Abutilon indicum(L.)Sweet also increased the rat urinary output within six hours,which had marked difference compared with these of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abutilon indicum(L.)Sweet has the obvious anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects.
