建立了一种碱水解-高效液相色谱法(HPLC)应用于塑料中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂总量的筛查方法.用四氢呋喃提取塑料样品中的邻苯二甲酸酯,加入乙醇和氢氧化锂溶液,将邻苯二甲酸酯水解成邻苯二甲酸盐;再经酸化,用HPLC检测邻苯二甲酸的含量,从而筛查塑料中的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂总量.本方法处理方式简单,对样品的检出限为3 mg/kg,能够达到对塑料的检测要求.
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established to measure three tricresyl phosphate isomers (tri-o-cresyl phosphate, tri-m-cresyl phosphate and tri-p-cresyl phosphate)which were restricted in European standard for safety of toys. A relatively fast temperature program with the rate of 30℃/min was used, and the simultaneous determina-tion of three tricresyl phosphate isomers was achieved rapidly. Three tricresyl phosphate isomers were all eluted within 10 min, the concentrations of which were linear with the chromatography peak area in the range of 0.0-2.4 mg/L with the cor-relation coefficient not less than 0.999 0, the detection limit was 0.1μg/L, the recoveries were 90.6%-108.2%, and RSD were 0.6%-4.8%(n=4). The method is highly sensitive, its precision and accuracy can meet the detection requirement.
A modified gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GS-MS) method is used to determine four organotin compouds in textiles which are restricted in Oeko-Tex Standard 100.The derivatization of organotin compounds and extraction with organic solvent are carried out step by step.This new method features easily controlled experimental condition,convenient operation and good accuracy.
To cope with the new EU toy safety directive, we developed a new method based on ion chromatography combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(IC-ICP-MS) to measure chromium(VI) in the migration solution of toy materials. This method engaged IonPac AG11 anion-exchange column and neutral NH4NO3mobile phase, with gradient elution and collision cell technology. The results showed that chromium(III) and chromium(VI) could be separated very well. A limit of detection of 0.02 μg/L for chromium(VI) was obtained with an injection volume of 100 μL. This method is of high sensitivity, wide linearity range, and good recovery rate(approaching100 %), which can meet the requirements of new directive for determination of migratable chromium(VI) in toy materials.
Perfluorinated compounds mainly contain perfluorooctane acid (PFOA), perfluorooctane sulfo-nate (PFOS) and their salt compunds. Perfluorinated compounds are one of the persistent organic pollutants, which are most difficult to be degraded at present. Perfluorinated compounds are widely used in the textile, paper, leather and other industries for their efficient hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. However, they have toxicities such as reproduction toxicity, genetic toxicity and developmental toxicity, and they can enter into people’s food through food contact materials and threaten people’s health. This paper described the over-view of perfluorinated compounds and the research progress on detection technologies for perfluorinated com-pounds in food contact materials.

建立了一种新的用高效液相色谱-库仑检测法测定水产品中甲醛的方法.以浓度为0.10mol/L的K2HPO4-KH2PO4混合水溶液(pH=8)作为流动相,甲醛在多孔石墨电极库仑检测器上能够产生灵敏的响应信号.该方法检出限为0.1mg/L(S/N=3),标准工作曲线的线性范围为0.2-10mg/L,相关系数R2=0.9996.在1-10mg/L范围内,测定同一甲醛溶液所得峰高值的相对标准偏差(n=5)为1%.该方法用于水产品中甲醛含量的测定,不用有毒试剂,对人员及环境非常友好,结果令人满意.
A method based on LC-MS-MS with negative APCI source was developed for the determination of the diethylene glycol(DEG) in toothpaste products.Under the optimized working conditions,the detection limit is 1ug/L,the linear range is 5.00ug/L-500ug/L.In this range the RSD of repeat detection is from 1.1% to 2.5%.This method need not changing the instrument and special mobile phase.The operation and the popularization are easy,and it is very practical.
A semi-quantitative analysis method based on energy dispersive x-ray fluorescence spectrometer(EDX) has been established to quickly determine the lead(Pb) content in liquid paints.In air environment and with Ag optical filter,this method drafted a work curve with series standard Pb solutions in paint,then was proved and used to analy the lead(Pb) content in real liquid paint.Test results showed that this method avoided complex pre-treatment process compared to other exiting methods,and satisfied the semi-quantitative fast defermination of Pb content in liquid paint,with good accuracy,reproducibility and test limit.
The experimental condition of determination of trace free formaldehyde in 4% acetic acid(v/v)and 3% acetic acid(w/v) acidic food simulant by spectrophotometry with acetylacetone were optimized and improved.Under the optimized conditions,the absorbance intensity was nicely linear over a range of 0.011~2.2μg/mL,the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999,and that the detection limit was 0.0084μg/mL.The improved method can be applied to determine the trace free formaldehyde which migrated from plastic food contact materials in acidic food stimulant.
本文采用阳极溶出伏安法(ASV)快速测试了目前国际上日用陶瓷的主要卫生指标——铅、镉溶出浓度,并将实际样品的测试结果与石墨炉原子吸收法(GF-AAS)进行了比较。结果表明,该方法对溶出铅、镉的检出限分别低于40μg/L和25μg/L,回收率在90~110%之间,RSD小于5.0%,能够达到国际日用陶瓷卫生标准的测试要求。并且该方法与GF-AAS相比,具有仪器价格低、检测快速、简单易用等优点。
