Good business environment is a necessary condition to stimulate market vitality and promote high-quality economic development, but also a significant symbol of the modernization of national governance. In recent years, the research on business environment has attracted the wide attention of scholars all over the world. Considering the important role of China in world economic development, this paper adopts text analysis and visualization graph analysis method, and takes the journal literatures published in Web of Science (WOS) and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from 2012 to 2022 as samples. The research progress of the business environment is visually analyzed from the aspects of the number of publications, authors and cooperative relations, publishing institutions and the evolution of research topics. The results show that the number of articles published in both Chinese and English literature presents an increasing trend. Chinese literature focuses on national policy support and government governance, while English literature focuses on the correlation analysis between business environment and enterprises. From the perspective of the evolution path of relevant research, the research on business environment in China is not long. At present, except for a few quantitative performance evaluation analysis, most qualitative research on development countermeasures is conducted. Foreign research on business environment appeared earlier, with a wide range of research topics, and has achieved more mature results.
现有的竞优评析研究主要以线性加权、数据包络分析等线性模型为基础,缺少普适于非线性效用函数的竞优评析研究,限制了竞优评析理论的适用范围与发展空间.本文以TOPSIS效用函数为例,采用PSO优化算法解决非线性个体优势特征识别问题,实现竞优评析理论的拓展.最后,以人力资源管理中的人员业绩评价问题为例给出具体算例,对比验证了所提拓展方法的正确性与有效性;同时,结合计算结果所具有的"极端价值主张"现象,从评价方法的"后效"引导作用的角度,提出了评价方法的"引导功效"概念及其评判标准,供选择评价方法时参考.
大数据作为一种战略资源在各行各业的应用逐渐增多,其价值也随之越来越大.为了评估大数据资源的价值,在对大数据进行粒化基础上,首次提出了基于粒及粒的子集使用次数的大数据价值计算方法,给出了基于算法模型的实用算例,证明了该模型计算出的大数据价值能满足粒度单调性以及数量单调性.
Based on the literature review on medical education and university performance evaluations and from the perspective of individual advantage identification, an evaluation method of medical universities' performance in a hierarchical context was proposed. This study designs a method system, including individual learning benchmarking from the individual perspective, group learning benchmarking from the democratic perspective, and benchmarking of single and overall indicators. From the perspective of the most favorable to medical universities, this study applies the designed research methods to the performance evaluation of medical universities and takes 15 medical universities in China as samples to conduct an empirical research. The following conclusions were found. First, the method helps form various development modes of medical universities in the individual advantage characteristic context. Second, the method not only shows objectivity but also provides a basis for how medical universities find individual and integral benchmarking. Finally, the method demonstrates the democracy feature, which provides a basis for how relevant departments allocate resources and formulate policies.
The challenge faced by complex process fault detection is how to adapt the knowledge acquired on a source domain to a new different but related target domain. And the situation of none labeled data in target domain is considered to be more practical and challenging. In this paper, we propose a novel unsupervised domain adaptation approach that reduces distribution shifts for cross-domain fault detection, referred to as Distribution Adaptation and Manifold Alignment (DAMA). In DAMA model, we learn two projection matrices that map the monitoring data of source domain (labeled data) and target domain (unlabeled data) into two low-dimensional subspaces where the distributional shift and structural shift are reduced simultaneously and then establish a monitoring model on the old process by LSSVM to monitor the new process data. The main contributions of the presented approach are as follows: 1) We introduce manifold alignment into unsupervised domain adaptation, which can preserve the neighborhood relationship within each set and make the distance of the corresponding points in the projection coordinates as close as possible. 2) It is also suitable for the complex process with nonlinear trait. 3) To our knowledge, it is a pioneering work to apply domain adaptation methods to the field of fault diagnosis. This method can obtain the results of fault detection and fault diagnosis in the monitoring process simultaneously. The experiments on TE process and real ore grinding-classification process verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
针对现有个体优势特征识别与评析方法的不足,考虑指标值以混合信息形式给出,采用理想点效用评价模式,分别针对单层和多层次结构指标体系,围绕个体优势特征识别、个体代理评析、民主代理评析功能,依据竞优思想,根据直觉模糊数的运算规则以及不同类型信息与直觉模糊数的转化关系,提出基于直觉模糊数的面向混合信息值的个体优势特征识别与评析方法,并用算例验证了方法的可行性和实用性.为个体优势特征识别、个体竞优决策及相关组织的竞优管理提供方法与技术支持.
学术型研究生创新能力强弱是影响我国科研水平及创新型国家目标实现的重要因素,因而如何科学评价学术型研究生创新能力就成为一个重要的研究问题.考虑到个体优势差异,区别于专业型研究生培养,围绕创新意识、知识基础、创新技能和创新成果四个方面构建学术型研究生创新能力评价指标体系,从最有利于每位被评价对象的角度设计基于直觉模糊数的个体优势特征识别及评析方法,能够客观、有效评价每位学术型研究生创新能力水平和特征,也有助于因材施教,避免千人一面.
按照目标规划思想,依据2-范数距离,从尊重和发掘胜任特征个体优势结构的角度,提出一种面向层次结构的研究型大学教师团队成员胜任特征的匹配方法,包括胜任特征个体优势结构的跨层识别,共性优势结构的提炼与分析和教师团队成员的筛选三个流程.在此基础上,以来自于研究型大学的经验数据验证了匹配方法的有效性和可操作性.
文章针对个体优势特征识别方法未能处理指标值为模糊数的问题,在理想点效用模式基础上,提出一种基于三角模糊数的个体优势特征识另方法.首先阐释了个体优势特征的内涵和表达方式,描述了理想点效用模式下个体优势特征识别的基本模型;然后根据三角模糊数的相关知识,围绕个体优势特征识别和个体优势评析两项功能,提出基于三角模糊数的个体优势特征识别方法;最后通过一个算例验证了方法的可行性和有效性.
Jingyou behavior is proposed on the basis of summarizing the development of human history and management practice of organization,which is a universal behavior mode.In order to better understand the regularity of Jingyou behavior and make the theory foundation for application,a systematic study on behavior mechanism of Jingyou is introduced from the behavior subjects' perspective: i) the structure and relationship of Jingyou is illustrated with literature research method;ii) based on the related knowledge of evolution,social psychology and evolutionary epistemology,the connotation,phenotypes and evolution mechanism of the core of Jingyou are researched with metaphor research method;iii) according to the evolution path of cognitive-beliefs-intention-behavior,the complete behavior mechanism of Jingyou is given.This article adds new research contents to behavior science theory and makes a foundation for Jingyou theory's further integration,perfection and promotion.
Innovation pattern recognition of equipment manufacturing has been attached great importance to scholars and practitioners. Based on the analysis of primary pattern recognition methods, choose match better conforming to rules method to recognize each type of equipment manufacturing industry innovation pattern. It is a quantitative recognition method, which relies on ideal solution evaluation method, the innovation pattern is expressed by weight structure which can show the industry performs better or not from every recognition indicator's perspective, according to the innovation recognition indicator system constructed and the relevant data of each type, the innovation pattern characteristic of each type included in the industry is analyzed specifically and hierarchically. Countermeasures and suggestion are put forward based on the analysis result.
