该文以"遥感原理与应用"课程为例,探索课程思政的整体规划、教学目标、实施思路和推进步骤等,挖掘课程思政元素与资源,设计课程思政的映射与切入点,建立思想政治教育的长效优化和评价机制.经实施发现,教学团队和学生对课程思政的必要性和重要性得到深层次的理解和认识,教学质量和教学效果得以提升,学生思想道德修养和专业素养得到明显提高.本课程将继续贯彻课程思政的理念,持续优化课程思政的培养目标和教学内容,为测绘类专业相关课程思政教学提供参考,以适应当前高等教育改革与发展的需要.
目前国内高校教学质量评价多针对教师,这种评价方式无法全面、客观地掌握学生的学习成效.文章基于OBE理念,研究构建高校教学质量管理体系的有效路径.通过建立完善的教学组织机构,构建校、院、系三级教学过程质量监控机制;建立以学生为主体的综合评价体系,定期对教学质量进行全面检查和客观评价;同时不断推进教学改革,注重过程性考核与管理;鼓励教学创新,加大学习挑战度,这些改革构想和措施能够提升学生自主学习能力,确保培养目标实现.

城市三维数据获取与地物建模技术在虚拟现实等众多领域有着广泛的运用,是空间信息学与计算机视觉领域研究的重点与热点.根据模型绘制原理可将城市三维建模方法大致分为基于几何的建模和基于图像的绘制两大类.几何建模依图而建,操作灵活简单,但工作量大,效率低且逼真程度差;基于图像的建模效率高、较逼真,但容易造成数据冗余,从而影响模型调度与展示.针对上述问题,未来的城市三维建模技术将会向高精度、高效率、高逼真度、集成化以及自动化等方向发展.本文从三维数据获取和三维模型绘制两个方面出发,具体阐述城市三维建模原理、方法与技术,对比分析不同建模方法的特点.

随着高层建筑物增多,多权属建筑物的三维地籍模型成为许多学者的研究热点.三维地籍是一种引入三维产权的领域模型,它除了登记和洞悉二维宗地的权属状况,还可以注册、明晰和界定三维产权单元的空间权属.据此,重点研究了应用SketchUp构建多层建筑物的立体模型,构建了三维地籍属性信息数据库,将三维模型和属性信息导入ArcGIS中,完成了多权属高层建筑物三维地籍模型构建和属性信息查询.
The terrestrial water storage changes (TWSC) for global scale as well as area scale can be estimated by GRACE (Gravity Recovery And Climate Experiment) mission, while hydrologic and climate model named GLDAS (Global Land Data Assimilation System) provide variations of soil moisture and snows which can also derive the TWSC. These new technologies provide new methods to monitor global terrestrial water storage variations and climate change. The global monthly TWSC have been derived from GRACE observations and GLDAS model estimates respectively, it shows there have high There have high correlations between TWSC derived from GRACE observations and GLDAS model estimates, while due to lack of information from GLDAS models, TWSC derived from GRACE observations is more reliable. The monthly mean TWSC from April 2002 to August 2011 have been derived from GRACE observations, and there has a steady condition of the global TWSC with a slowly growing rapid of 0.142 +/- 0.0028cm/year in this period. while the change range of Northern Hemisphere of TWSC is more obvious than those of Southern Hemisphere. Due to the unbalance of regional rainfall, the TWSC in the middle latitude regions are changing more significantly than those in high-and-low latitude regions. It shows great correlations between global TWSC and global land surface temperature with correlation coefficient of 0.91, while the change of land surface temperature always occurred about two months later than the TWSC, and both of them have obvious change with annual period.
The registered surveyor test is a basic program of registered survey system that is carried out in our country presently,which includes the content of Cadastral Surveying.As a certification test in survey industry,the test program directs the survey engineering teaching.Some enlightenments from the registered surveyor test on the teaching reform of Cadastral Surveying were discussed in this paper,including integrated application of surveying and mapping technology in cadastral surveying,giving prominence to the laud authority investigation,increasing boundary survey,replenishing real estate surveying,reforming practical teaching,improving teaching methods and teaching staff construction.

In response to the problems which existed under traditional land supervision pattern,land supervision dynamic management system was set up by dint of GPS,GIS and GPRS telecommunication technology.The general structure and network frame of the system were expounded and partial core function of the inspection supervisory system was realized.The practice indicated that the system reduced the workload for law enforcement officials while carrying on the land scene survey and improved both work quality and efficiency.

The construction and reform of nonprofessional surveying course were introduced from aspects of teaching objective,textbook construction,teaching content,teaching method,assessment mode and practice training.With respect to course construction and teaching content,the relation between classic content and new technology should be handled correctly in order to reach the teaching goal of broad foundation and being advanced.As to teaching,high attention should be paid to promote students' sense of participation and the enthusiasm of independent study with the teachers' guidance and the support of multimedia courseware,making students to be the main part in the teaching form of "instruction-learning-discussion".A more scientific and reasonable item bank was established to give a more comprehensive evaluation of the students' progress from different aspects in different angles.The campus experimental base that would open in all-weather was set up,adding skill checking programs to improve the practice ability,thinking ability and innovative ability of the students.
According to the ground-based principles of GPS meteorology, utilizing on the observation data of Nanjing regional GPS network, introducing the observation data of three IGS base stations to construct very long baselines, and combining with the atmospheric parameters by surface observation, the GPS absolute precipitable water vapor (PWV) and relative PWV were estimated. Compared with SONDE PWV and the actual surface rainfall, results show that there has a good relativity between GPS PWV and SONDE PWV; according to SONDE PWV, whether the average difference or correlation coefficient, GPS absolute PWV is better than relative PWV; The variation of GPS PWV value can be an intuitive response to changes in the actual surface rainfall, and Rainfall usually occurs in 4-6 hours after the value of GPS-PWV had a rapid increase; and with the value of GPS PWV significantly rise or drop, it shows the beginning or end of the rainfall. In addition, it's useful for studying on regional changes in atmospheric water vapor with Estimating PWV by regional GPS network, and can improve the accuracy of meso-, micro-scale weather forecast.
Aiming at the teaching status and existing problems of "surveying" course of Nanjing Forestry University,the necessity of designing "surveying" paper library was expounded,pointing out that a paper-setting team with high quality and scientific paper-setting guidelines were the preconditions of building paper library.The key parts in paper library construction process included revising the teaching and examination programme,selecting test questions and grouping papers.And the steps of selecting test questions included the choice of question types,the determination of question difficulty coefficient,the determination of differentiation degree coefficient and the determination of covering range.Finally,the characteristics of established paper library were summarized form aspects of the scientificity and rationality of questions,the unification of marking standard,the reliability of scores and the comprehensiveness of examining students' acquired knowledge in different perspectives.
Combined with the experimental teaching experiences of surveying for years,the teaching content was adjusted and updated according to the latest development of surveying.The measures of strengthening the management were proposed to overcome the weakness that the management and experimental equipments could not meet the teaching requirement.Meanwhile,the specific method of experiment inspection and examination was put forward to improve the comprehensive experimental ability of students.In this paper,the surveying experimental teaching was explored to guarantee it could keep up with the development of mapping specialty and achieve the objective of cultivating talents majoring in civil engineering.
