Purpose Financing is a key factor in promoting project implementation and cash flow, and the choice of an appropriate financing model is a key factor in ensuring the sustainability, financial soundness, and value creation of PPP projects. Due to the uncertainty, complexity, and intertemporal nature of PPP projects, financing entities face decision-making dilemmas regarding scenario analysis, the selection of financing tools, the allocation of rights and responsibilities, and the management of risks associated with project financing options. These challenges often lead to weakened cash flow expectations and an unclear overall picture of project capital movement. Design/methodology/approach Based on the tri-reference point theory in behavioral decision theory, this study adopts the perspective of concessionaires and fully considers the minimum requirement, status quo, and goal of PPP project financing entities. The study aims to maximize perceived value as the objective function, with the principles of public value and utility maximization serving as constraints. A theoretical model for concessionaires' financing mode selection is constructed, and a particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to solve this problem. By examining parameter variations within the tri-reference point theory, this study investigates the financing mode selection behavior of the concessionaire. It seeks to explore how the concessionaire's reference point awareness influences its financing decisions under uncertainty, aiming to effectively apply the tri-reference point theory to explain and predict the decision-making behavior of the concessionaire within the new PPP mechanism. Findings The results indicate that the asset securitization financing model becomes the concessionaire's preferred method when the concessionaire's minimum requirement is relatively high and its goals are moderate. In this context, the asset securitization model satisfies the concessionaire's need to pursue higher returns while safeguarding public value, making it a key focus for the concessionaire. Originality/value The results of the study aim to inform concessionaires' decision-making in selecting a portfolio of financing models for PPP projects.
In the context of variable, uncertain, complex and ambiguous, it is crucial to enhance team resilience through human-robot collaboration supported by digital technology. While increasing the resilience of the project team, artificial intelligence-based Human-robot collaboration also produces uncertainty in Human-robot collaboration behavior. It weakens the ability of the Human-robot team to cope with adversity due to the complex and random operating environment. Based on the resource base theory and team process theory, starting from the innovation of Human-robot collaboration on traditional work scenarios and organizational models, the regression equation model is used to test the action path and influencing mechanism of Human-robot collaboration on the resilience of project teams. Through the analysis of the data of 105 project teams, the results show that Human-robot collaboration has a significant positive impact on team resilience, resource acquisition plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between Human-robot collaboration and team resilience, and Human-robot trust plays a significant moderating role in the relationship between Human-robot collaboration and project team resilience.
This study presents the first application of the pressure-state-response (PSR) model in the comprehensive assessment of construction and demolition waste (CDW) recycling benefits. Unlike traditional methods, the PSR model provides a multi-dimensional analysis that integrates economic, environmental, and social factors, offering a more holistic approach to evaluating the impact of CDW recycling strategies. This model enables stakeholders to better understand the pressures, states, and responses involved in CDW management, providing actionable insights to optimize recycling efforts and support sustainable urban development. Using the pressure-state-response (PSR) logical framework of sustainable economics, this paper systematically analyzed the comprehensive benefit mechanism of the recycling of construction and demolition waste (CDW), and designed a comprehensive benefit evaluation model for CDW recycling. At the same time, taking Chongqing as an example, the management status of construction and demolition waste, the supply and demand matching of sustainable recycling products, and the impact of the input and output of CDW management were analyzed. The results were as follows: (1) The recovery rate of urban manure fluctuated between 0.13 and 0.17, mainly in temporary landfill. (2) Based on the latest market demand data of CDW recycled products, the supply–demand ratio of recycled products fluctuated between 0.11 and 0.21. This change in the supply–demand ratio reflects improvements in recycling technologies, such as the introduction of C2CA technology, which has greatly increased the supply of high-quality recycled materials. In addition, government policies encouraging the use of recycled products in public projects have contributed to this shift, further aligning supply with market demand. (3) The benefit–cost ratio of CDW management reflects new recycling technologies and the improved efficiency of CDW management. The benefit–cost ratio, which currently fluctuates between 0.32 and 0.39, more accurately reflects the current state of CDW management, which is increasingly adopting advanced technologies, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs. Based on this, this paper discusses the supply–demand relationship and benefit–cost ratio in CDW management from supply-side and demand-side perspectives, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The research results provide a clear reference for improving the efficiency of building demolition waste resource utilization, especially in optimizing the balance of market supply and demand, and improving the economic benefits of recycled products. By analyzing the balance between the supply and demand ratio and the benefit–cost ratio, this study helps inform policy makers, businesses, and investors, to promote the sustainable development of CDW recycling projects to maximize resource efficiency, while reducing environmental pressures. These results not only provide practical guidelines for the implementation of CDW recycling projects, but also lay a foundation for future policy formulation and the setting of industry standards.
The application of robots in people's work is becoming increasingly common, and the deep integration of robots with various industries has changed the traditional work scene and organizational model. Project applications Artificial Intelligence technology is driving organizational change and innovation while fueling productivity across industries, which could lead to real, sustainable growth; however, there are cognitive differences in the mechanisms by which human-robot collaboration works on employee and team creativity, and there are significant challenges to sustainable cooperation between humans and AI. Based on resource preservation theory, self-regulation theory, and role theory, a mediated model of being regulated is proposed to specifically examine the mechanism of action and its boundary conditions by which human-robot collaboration decision-making affects employee and team creativity. By empirically analyzing 579 research data from team members, the results show that: 1) there is a significant positive effect of human-robot collaboration on team creativity; 2) learning inertia plays a significant mediating role between human-robot collaboration and team creativity; and 3) trust plays a moderating role in this process mechanism. The findings expand on the impact of human-robot collaboration in engineering projects and integrating sustainability practices into project management teams, providing lessons for the transformation of innovative practices, shifts in organizational change, and project sustainability.

Sustainable collaboration among teams drives sustainable public–private partnership (PPP) projects, and the interactions, perceptions, and behaviors of project teams with ad hoc decision-making power critically impact collaborative performance in PPP contexts. While the role relationships between subjective interdependence, collective behaviors, team processes, and performance in PPP project teams are yet to be clarified, further validation is needed to embed this logic in project management. This study aims to clarify the role relationships among the four variables of team interdependence, team interaction, team performance, and government participation. Through an empirical investigation of the data of 367 samples of PPP project teams and data analysis by SPSS 26.0 and Amos 23.0, it is found that team interdependence (task interdependence, result interdependence) has a significant positive effect on cooperative performance, and team interaction plays a mediating role in this process. Compared with enterprises with low government share, team interdependence with high government share has a significant positive effect on the team cooperation performance of PPP projects and has a positive moderating effect on the influence mechanism of team cooperation performance. Based on this, this paper proposes strategies for PPP project team management and sustainable development. It suggests corresponding suggestions for improving PPP project team performance and sustainable development.

Based on this, this study constructs a mediated model of the moderated mediation of human-robot collaboration, team performance, team creativity, and team virtuality based on resource preservation theory and team process theory. The study showed that: 1) human-robot collaboration has a significant positive effect on team performance; 2) team creativity plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between human-robot collaboration and team performance; 3) team virtuality not only moderates the direct relationship between human-robot collaboration and team performance but also further moderates the indirect effect of human-robot collaboration affecting team performance through team creativity. The findings expand on the impact of human-robot collaboration in engineering projects, providing lessons for engineering project team performance management and shifts in organizational change.
Task interdependence is essential in sustainable cooperation, conflict prevention, and performance improvement of public–private partnership (PPP) project teams and promotes the sustainable development of PPP projects. Based on the theoretical logic of Input–Process–Output (IPO), integrating Team Process Theory and Leader–Member Exchange (LMX) Theory, we constructed a mediated model of task interdependence, team reflection, team performance, and leader–member exchange differentiation in PPP projects. Based on this, we conducted questionnaire research and research analysis on 168 PPP project teams. The results of the study indicate that task interdependence in PPP projects has a significant positive effect on team performance, and there is a significant mediating role of team reflection in the relationship between task interdependence and team performance. The leader–member exchange differentiation in teams not only moderates the relationship between task interdependence and team reflection and team reflection and team performance but also further moderates the indirect effect of task interdependence in PPP projects on team performance through team reflection. The findings extend the impact effects of task interdependence in engineering projects, as well as the moderating mechanisms of leader–member exchange differentiation in Chinese organizational scenarios, providing lessons for PPP project team performance management and sustainable development of PPP projects.
收益风险是当前阶段我国PPP项目提前终止的首要非系统风险因素.基于风险决策理论和政企合作关系属性,结合工程实际案例统计分析建立PPP项目收益风险分担决策致因模型,并由德尔菲方法确定收益风险分担决策的因素清单,在此基础上利用贝叶斯推理原理和GeNIe工具提炼PPP项目收益风险分担决策的最敏感因素,并对营商环境、伙伴协同能力和收益风险分担决策之间的作用关系进行仿真计算与讨论,探究PPP项目合作主体的收益风险分担决策机理.研究成果期望为我国PPP项目风险决策与治理提供支撑.
The construction industry in China is characterized by higher safety risk, and construction workers' unsafe behaviors are one of the main causes of construction safety accidents, thus, designing scientific mechanisms that motivate and cultivate the construction workers to adopt safety behaviors becomes the key to the construction safety problem. Existing studies have examined some of the factors leading to workers' safety behavior (WSB) at the social, organizational, and individual levels, but ignore investigating the impact of co-workers' guanxi (CWG) on WSB. Thus, this research utilized exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling to examine the impact of CWG on WSB, and the mediating role of group identification (GI) in the relationship between CWG and WSB. Results show that CWG can directly or indirectly influence WSB, GI can exert a partial mediating effect on the relationship between CWG and GI. The research results enrich the research on c guanxi and causation of WSB, and provide a reference for project managers to carry out relationship-related safety management and industry regulations.

以需求层次理论和资源稀缺性为基础,引入后果感知和注意力预测变量拓展计划行为理论,构建建筑工人亲环境行为意向的逻辑结构与作用机制.研究显示:后果感知、知觉行为控制、态度和注意力均能正向影响行为意向,但是其作用力依次减弱;知觉行为控制和后果感知对亲环境意向的作用效应最显著;后果感知不仅会直接促进行为意向,而且能反映态度在后果感知和行为意向之间的传导机制,且中介效应显著;注意力不仅会直接促进行为意向,而且会通过知觉行为控制间接影响行为意向,且中介作用显著.
运用扎根理论识别出PPP项目团队能力的主要维度:履约能力、专业能力和协同能力.基于此,构建PPP项目实施过程中项目团队能力模型,并分析项目团队能力要素之间的关联关系,为PPP项目团队协同绩效提升提供参考.
教师教学改革的认知、态度、行为直接决定改革成效.基于计划行为理论,采用结构方程模型探索高校教师教学改革的行为意愿.研究表明,态度、知觉行为控制,职业认同和主观规范均能正向影响教师教学改革行为意愿,但其作用力依次减弱.职业认同不仅直接影响教师教学改革行为意愿,而且通过教师态度间接影响主体行为意愿,且中介效应显著,态度和主观规范在不同群组间的影响效应存在显著差异.基于以上研究结论,探讨其背后原因,并提出针对性建议.
政府和企业合作伙伴对项目价值与伙伴关系价值的正确性认识不足是PPP项目实践中价值波动与价值散耗的重要原因,迫切需要从价值管理视角来分析与解决这一问题.通过对PPP项目中伙伴主体间价值要素的识别及作用关系进行研究,引导PPP项目价值创造与实现价值增值,对促进我国PPP项目规范发展具有重要的理论价值与实践意义.
Bankability is the key basis for project investment and financing decisions. This study uses investment science, engineering economics and public product theory to analyze the basic attributes, financing connotation and evaluation indicators of bike-sharing projects. With the help of engineering financial management theory, the model of bike-sharing project financing system is constructed. This paper uses a city’s bike-sharing project as a case and uses system dynamics simulation to simulate the structure of funds, the user volume, the cost of deposits, the path of impact on the financing of the project. The research results show that: (1) profitability is an important dimension reflecting the bankability of the project, which indicates the direction of the project’s bankability evaluation; (2) the user volume and the deposit fee are factors that affect the bankability of the bike-sharing project. This is also an important object of bike-sharing project management. Based on these, the article provides the key recommendations for the bike-sharing project’s investor and the management of the operating enterprises.
资本结构是PPP项目价值实现的起点,也是PPP项目价值稳定性的根本所在.以资本运作和价值系统稳定性为切入点,在现有研究成果的基础上,以PPP项目资本结构与价值稳定性的关系为研究对象,应用系统动力学方法构建关系模型,并结合具体案例进行分析,得到以下研究结论:PPP项目价值主体协同是动力和行为的结合,是资本结构形成的基础;PPP项目股本和债务资金协同创造价值;资本结构借助于现金流量影响价值稳定性,价值稳定性通过主体行为控制调整资本结构,构成了关系的作用路径;价值稳定性随着项目债权比例和政府方股权比例的增加而减少.
自蓝天保卫战以来,项目施工扬尘治理实现6个百分之百,政府相关部门不断加强监督以及考核奖惩,但部分施工企业的投机心理使得措施执行不到位,从而导致实际惩罚成本越来越高.基于演化博弈理论,从政府管制的视角,讨论政府与施工企业关于扬尘治理措施的动态行为决策问题,并进行仿真分析,为有效激励施工企业主动实施扬尘治理措施提供依据.研究结果表明:在有限理性情形下,超额收益、额外补助、罚款对施工企业实施协同治理措施是正相关的,而政府通过提高公信力、额外补助或罚款将有效推动施工企业严格实施扬尘治理措施和社会效益的提升,以此来积极达到双赢局面.
垃圾分类对建筑垃圾源头减量与控制具有重要作用,但从管理者视角研究垃圾分类助推垃圾源头控制仍未形成系统的分析框架,特别是在“无废城市”背景下针对项目经理垃圾分类决策行为的实证研究更为缺乏.以深圳、青岛和许昌为研究对象,基于计划行为理论和制度理论视角,系统考察了无废城市背景下项目经理垃圾分类决策行为意向影响因素的作用机理及制度压力的助推作用.研究发现:1)态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制对垃圾分类意向具有正向影响,但其效应依次减弱;2)态度对垃圾分类意向的直接效应和总效应都是最大;3)制度压力通过调整知觉行为控制来助推项目经理表达垃圾分类行为意向.
"无废城市"建设政策对于推动建筑垃圾资源化利用体系运行,促进国家可持续发展具有重要意义.文中基于技术接受模型和计划行为理论建立建筑垃圾资源化再生产品使用意愿研究模型,利用结构方程分析再生产品使用意愿.结果表明:感知易用性正向影响感知有用性和使用态度;感知有用性和主观规范正向影响使用态度;感知风险负向影响使用态度、行为意向、使用意愿;使用态度正向影响行为意向,进而间接影响使用意愿.
