目的 分析龙游县2019—2020年出生的新生儿听力筛查结果.方法 2019年1月至2020年6月在龙游县3家助产单位(龙游县人民医院、龙游县中医院、龙城医院)出生的新生儿3528人.采用瞬态诱发耳声发射(TEOAE)进行听力初筛及复筛,并将结果上报至龙游县妇幼保健院并由其对新生儿信息进行汇总、转诊、追踪随访等管理.复筛未通过者转诊至龙游县妇幼保健院采用自动听性脑干反应(AABR)筛查进行评估.AABR未通过者转诊浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院,于出生后3~6个月进行诊断性测定.结果 共筛查了3528人(100%),初筛未通过168人(4.8%)应用TEOAE及AABR进行新生儿复筛,TEOAE复筛未通过数67人(1.9%),AABR复筛未通过21人(0.6%).确诊听力损失8例(0.2%),其中轻度1例,中重度5例,极重度2例.本文8例中父亲有吸烟饮酒习惯7例;母亲有人工流产史2例;家族中有耳聋患者2例;妊娠时上呼吸道感染2例;高胆红素血症1例.结论 做好孕前指导,对有耳聋家族史的孕妇要进行优生优育指导,按时孕检,注意营养,生活规律,加强产前、产时保健、听力筛查宣教.
目的 建立正常0-2周岁中国婴幼儿宽频声导抗(wideband tympanometry,WBT)吸收率的参考值范围.对比正常耳和分泌性中耳炎患儿宽频声导抗的鼓室图结果以及宽频能量吸收率(wideband absorbance,WBA)的差异,探讨宽频声导抗对婴幼儿中耳功能诊断的意义.方法 入选者中耳功能正常155例(269耳),诊断为分泌性中耳炎者50例(80耳),绘制正常耳、分泌性中耳炎耳WBT曲线,并对绘制出的曲线吸收率进行比较.结果 0~6月龄、7-12月龄和13-24月龄婴幼儿WBT各频率吸收率所分析的31个频率吸收率差异均有统计学意义,三组婴幼儿WBA曲线图形似一个左侧峰高右侧峰低的不对称M形状.分泌性中耳炎组WBA曲线下降最显著的频率范围集中在891~2245Hz.中耳正常0-6月龄组平均鼓室图(averaged tympanogram,AT)的吸收率要均高于7-12月龄组和13-24月龄组,分泌性中耳炎组AT的图形为平坦型.结论 本研究建立了0-24月龄中国人群正常耳WBT吸收率以及AT90%参考值,吸收率(WBA)和AT测试可用于临床诊断婴幼儿分泌性中耳炎.

Objective To study the influences of the cochlear implants with two different lengths on residual hearing at different frequencies.Methods Pre-and post-implantation auditory steady state evoked responses were administered on 15 Nucleus cochlear recipients.Results 51.67 percent of patients still had residual hearing after cochlear implantation procedure.ASSR results before and after operations in the Nucleus group were at 0.5 kHz(98.93±6.28/101.60±4.64 dB HL),1 kHz(107.80±8.16/112.60±6.11 dB HL),2 kHz(104.07±8.83/106.13±5.19 dB HL) and 4 kHz(104.73±5.93/106.60±6.25 dB HL),while the same to Medel C40+15 were at 0.5 kHz(99.67±4.20/101.40±3.96 dB HL),1 kHz(110.87±8.17/116.33±2.58 dB HL),2 kHz(109.93±7.51/113.13±3.84 dB HL) and 4 kHz(106.93±4.35/108.46±3.76 dB HL).The thresholds of the ears with Medel C40+ increased significantly at 500 Hz and 1 kHz,but there was no significant difference at 2 kHz and 4 kHz at the thresholds of the ears implanted with Nucleus.The patients with Medel C40+ implanted had the most hearing loss at 500 Hz while Nucleus had at 1 kHz.Conclusion The longer the electrodes of implantation are,the more hearing loss are noted at low frequencies.However,further study is needed to validate this observation in the future.
The construction of landscape planting in multilayer uptown was discussed,based on summary of the excellent cases in Hangzhou city.The following aspects were concerned:planting space,the relationship between architecture and plants,humane design,which aimed as promoting people-oriented individual residential landscape design to improve the level of plant landscape design in residential areas for sustainable development.
Vertical planting design in shade is not as highly valued as it should be in the construction of China's urban landscape.For this situation,the article introduces how to create deliberately a natural shade garden based on practices in modern gardens of the western world and landscape planting in wild woodland shade.Plants,water system as well as the hard landscape are analyzed to provide reference to the construction of urban ecological landscape.
