This paper described the fisheries science experimental teaching demonstration center of Shanghai Ocean University in construction of the state-level experimental teaching demonstration center.It established students-centered experiment teaching philosophy,developed a series of experimental teaching policies,built and innovated a unique aquatic experimental teaching system,strengthened the construction of the laboratory team with scientific view of talents,integrated the experimental teaching resources on the occasion of the relocation of the whole school,formed four experimental teaching modules.Based on strengthening the subjects of biology,environmental science,and engineering science,the strong integration,application and innovation features of professional aquatic disciplines were taken into account through production practices,technological innovation teaching to wholly enhance students' cognitive,applications,exploration and innovation capability,and to facilitate the teaching,research capacity and technical capacity promoting the construction of provincial-level or state-level experimental teaching demonstration centers.
饲料分析与检测作为动物科学专业(动物营养与饲料方向)的专业课,在专业建设和人才培养方面发挥着重要作用,本文从理论与实验教学的合理搭配、授课内容、教学方法与教学手段等方面探讨了在水产院校中建设该课程的初步举措。

Enteromorpha are good edible seaweed food,and the main nutrition compositions of E.clathrata were determined with various standard protocols.Their contents of total protein,crude fat,fibrin,and mineral were 22.10%,1.18%,5.65% and 31.99% in total weight,respectively.The compositions of Na,Ca,K,Zn and Mg accounted for 0.804%,0.656%,0.546%,0.053% and 0.162% in total weight respectively,and nitrogen and phosphorus were 4.498% and 0.286% respectively.The content of essential amino acids was about 6.11% in total weight,and 38.33% in total amino acids.There also were eleven kinds of unsaturated fatty acids,accounting for 52.43% in total fatty acids.High unsaturated fatty acid,EPA(C20 ∶5)was 3.76% in total fatty acids.Moreover,chlorophyll content was 0.1410%.It indicated that E.clathrata are healthy seaweed food with high nutrition.

To analyse and compare the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of examinations in teaching molecular biology,and detail the process and effect of thesis proseminar domained examination.
The potential on anaerobic biodegradation of 1,4-dioxane was evaluated by use of enriched Fe(III)-reducing bacterium sludge from Hangzhou municipal wastewater treatment plant. The soluble Fe(III) supplied as Fe(III)-EDTA was more available for the Fe(III)-reducing bacterium in the sludge compared to insoluble Fe(III) oxide. The addition of humic acid (HA) further stimulated the anaerobic degradation of 1,4-dioxane accompanying with apparent reduction of Fe(III) which is believed that HA could stimulate the activity of Fe(III)-reducing bacterium by acting as an electron shuttle between Fe(III)-reducing bacterium and Fe(III), especially for insoluble Fe(III) oxides. After 40-day incubation, the concentration of 1,4-dioxane dropped up to 90% in treatment of Fe(III)-EDTA+HA. Further study proved that more than 50% of the carbon from 1,4-dioxane was converted to CO2 and no organic products other than biomass accumulated in the growth medium. The results demonstrated that, under the appropriate conditions, 1,4-dioxane could be biodegraded while serving as a sole carbon substrate for the growth of Fe(III)-reducing bacterium. It might be possible to design strategies for anaerobic remediation of 1,4-dioxane in contaminated subsurface environments.
Molecular biology domains the tendency of life science.In this paper,current situation in reform of teaching molecular biology were stated,including optimizing teaching groups,making reforms in the construction of teaching materials and teaching contents,building computer assisting instruction(CAI) network and reforms in course examination.Some experiences were illuminated,such as cultivating the senses of students' positivity and creativity,improving teaching management,exploring the second classroom,etc.
The anaerobic sludge was sampled from Hangzhou Sibao wastewater treatment plant for the enrichment of humic acid reducing microorganisms.Different kinds of humic acid and carbon source were added into the sludge for optimizing the enrichment conditions.According to the results,comparing with common anaerobic sludge,the degradation efficiency with the sludge enriched for one month could be enhanced by 34% in a week,while the sludge enriched for half a year had better degradation efficiency which exceeded 90%.The optimal pH for the anaerobic sludge was 7.0.The coexistence of Fe3+ and humic acid in anaerobic sludge could further improve the acetaminophen degradation efficiency.
Graduate experiment is an important part of theoretical Molecular biology teaching.In this paper,some experiences were dicussed,such as how to prepare experimentation,how to choose ex- periment of better contents of experiment and how to improve students ability to fulfill experiments.
