<span id="ChDivSummary" name="ChDivSummary" class="abstract-text">研究目标:测度和分析2007~2017年中国制造业空间转移的趋势及其影响因素。研究方法:首先根据产业份额的绝对变动,对制造业空间转移格局及演变特征进行初步探析;其次借助制造业区位熵的相对变动,测度分行业空间转移的特征;最后综合考虑生产要素、区位要素和全球化因素建立空间计量模型探究各因素对不同类型制造业空间转移的作用机制。研究发现:东部和东北地区的制造业向中西部地区转移,其中向中部地区的转移最为明显;劳动密集型产业主要从东部向东北、中部地区转移,同时还存在区域内转移;资本密集型产业的转移主要集中在区域内,区域间的转移并不明显;技术密集型产业从东部和东北地区向中西部地区转移。从影响因素角度分析,交通条件是产业空间转移的重要推动力,而其他因素对不同类型制造业空间转移的影响效应存在差异,劳动力要素和市场规模是促进劳动密集型产业空间转移的重要因素;资本要素、技术创新和全球化因素均能带动资本密集型产业和技术密集型产业的空间转移。研究创新:在考虑行业异质性、空间依赖性的条件下,对中国制造业的空间转移问题展开立体式研究。研究价值:从宏观角度重新认识和定位当前中国制造业空间转移的特征与规律,为政策制定提供参考。</span>
公民教育是当代中国教育领域重要的主题。学界对公民教育的一些基本问题尚有争议。公民教育不应当限于培养“国民”,应当培养自觉参与的公民。公民教育应以理想型公民的培养作为参照,激发公民情怀,教导公民知识,培育公民意识,训练公民行动能力。
“民奖新风”的“德清现象”作为公民道德建设上下互动的理路实践,充分反映出民间的道德自觉,政府与民间上下互动,有效促进了富裕德清、和谐德清的公民道德建设.在称道德清公民道德建设成效的同时,也需要冷静地思考.
针对我国民营企业缺乏核心竞争力的现象,通过分析发现缺乏核心竞争力是其共性,由此提出了一种基于灰色前景关联的民营企业核心竞争力评价模型.该模型是灰色关联分析与前景理论的结合,首先计算各企业与理想企业间的灰色关联系数;考虑决策者风险态度对多指标决策的影响,由灰色关联系数确定了前景价值函数,并构建了方案综合前景值最大化的多指标优化模型求解最优权向量.以许昌市27家民营企业为例,验证了所提出的方法的合理性.
在当代中国,民间道德力量赋予了道德建设新的时代内涵.民间道德力量的善心善行,主要作用在民间伦理维护、灾难紧急救助、环境资源保护、动物保护、法治和人权维护、基础设施与公共事业发展、社会冲突处理和危机预防等方面,从个体、社会和国家三个层面直接影响着当代中国的道德建设.

Using a combination of analytical and numerical methods, the global bifurcations and chaotic dynamics of two non-linearly coupled parametrically excited van der Pol oscillators are investigated in detail. With the aid of the method of multiple scales, the slow flow equations are obtained. Based on the slow flow equations, normal form theory and the techniques of choosing complementary space are applied to find the explicit expressions of the simpler normal form associated with a double zero and a pair of pure imaginary eigenvalues. By the simpler normal form, using the global perturbation method developed by Kovacic and Wiggins, the analysis of global bifurcation and chaotic dynamics of two non-linearly coupled parametrically excited van der Pol oscillators is given. The results indicate that there exists a Silnikov type single-pulse homoclinic orbit for this class of system which implies the chaotic motions can occur. Numerical simulations are also given and verify the analytical predictions.
The chaotic dynamics of the transport equation for the L-mode to H-mode near the plasma in a tokamak is studied in detail with the Melnikov method. The transport equations represent a system with external and parametric excitation. The critical curves separating the chaotic regions and nonchaotic regions are presented for the system with periodically external excitation and linear parametric excitation, or cubic parametric excitation, respectively. The results obtained here show that there exist uncontrollable regions in which chaos always take place via heteroclinic bifurcation for the system with linear or cubic parametric excitation. Especially, there exists a controllable frequency, excited at which chaos does not occur via homoclinic bifurcation no matter how large the excitation amplitude is for the system with cubic parametric excitation. Some complicated dynamical behaviors are obtained for this class of systems.
A three-dimensional autonomous system – the Rucklidge system is considered. By the analytical method, Hopf bifurcation of Rucklidge system may occur when choosing an appropriate bifurcation parameter. Using the undetermined coefficient method, the existence of heteroclinic and homoclinic orbits in the Rucklidge system is proved, and the explicit and uniformly convergent algebraic expressions of Si’lnikov type orbits are given. As a result, the Si’lnikov criterion guarantees that there exists the Smale horseshoe chaos motion for the Rucklidge system.
Stability and bifurcation behaviors for a model of a flexible beam undergoing a large linear motion with a combination parametric resonance are studied by means of a combination of analytical and numerical methods. Three types of critical points for the bifurcation equations near the combination resonance in the presence of internal resonance are considered, which are characterized by a double zero and two negative eigenvalues, a double zero and a pair of purely imaginary eigenvalues, and two pairs of purely imaginary eigenvalues in nonresonant case, respectively. The stability regions of the initial equilibrium solution and the critical bifurcation curves are obtained in terms of the system parameters. Especially, for the third case, the explicit expressions of the critical bifurcation curves leading to incipient and secondary bifurcations are obtained with the aid of normal form theory. Bifurcations leading to Hopf bifurcations and 2-D tori and their stability conditions are also investigated. Some new dynamical behaviors are presented for this system. A time integration scheme is used to find the numerical solutions for these bifurcation cases, and numerical results agree with the analytic ones.

据统计,我国平均每年自杀死亡人数为28.7万人,自杀已经成为国人第五大主要死因.而在我国青少年死亡的各种原因中,排在第一位的就是自杀.青少年为何要用如此过激的手段应对人生的苦恼和挫折,为何他们会对自己的生命如此轻率?令很多人困惑.家庭、学校、社会对学生学习成绩的过分关注,使教育日趋功利,诸多青少年学生生命意识相当淡薄,缺乏对生命应有的热爱、尊重与珍惜.一旦遇到挫折和委屈,他们往往就会做出极端的行为,不仅漠视和践踏自己的生命,也给家庭和社会带来悲剧与不幸.
随着社会的进步和民主的发展,人们对审判公开的要求越来越高,主张应公开法官对案件的不同评议意见,要求审判"彻底公开".本文从形式和实质两个层次对审判公开作出了新的理解,认为判断审判的"半公开"和"彻底公开"的标准不仅仅是公布法官的不同评议意见,这只是审判实质公开的一个方面.审判形式公开和实质公开相结合,这应该是我国落实审判公开制度时首先需要具有的理念.但并非越公开越好,应当界定公开的合理范围并确定适当的公开途径.
