军队医学本科留学生教育在我国刚刚起步，第二军医大学经过两年的探索，通过科学的顶层设计，建立了留学生教学、管理和质量保证体系，有力促进了军队医学本科留学生教育的质量。

文章调查了军队干休所医生培训与学习状况,分析调查结果,提出了完善干休所医生培训工作,提高培训质量,需要采取的对策.

This article started from the connotations of “scholar” and “Five-star”, drew lessons from“Five-star doctor” of WHO and interpreted the five characteristics of “five-star scholar” in detail in new period , including “red star” in the aspect of faith in life , “gold star” in target in life, “movie star” in refinement and pragmatic ,“morning star” in strict education and “fixed star” in truthfulness and originality .

Informatized teaching is the mainstream of contemporary education.However,its effectiveness is unsatisfactory in spite of huge investment,which deeply affects its development.Based on the state planning project "Research on multiple ways of learning and teaching effectively integrated into daily teaching in the information technology environment" and several military projects,this paper sums up their outcomes from the practice perspective of providing convenience for teachers and students of various disciplines.We put forward the theoretical framework and made a series of norms.We also promoted the mechanism construction and created supporting resources and multiple cooperation-support environment as well as the informatized teaching evaluation system.Furthermore,innovativeness and the great social and economic benefits of this study are stated briefly.

提高教学质量是留学生教育事业不断发展的前提,从培养方案确定、师资队伍建设、教材建设、教学方法改革、管理体系建设和质量保证体系建设等方面对第二军医大学提高医学留学生教学质量的做法进行了总结。

Extracellular matrix (ECM)is not only one of current hot-points in medical cell biology,but also one tricky part for undergraduates to learn. This article compared chapters of ECM in medical cell biology courses and spotlighted that ECM chapter was often neglected in some domes-tic universities. Then it analyzed the possible causes,such as variable arrangement of ECM section in current textbooks. Lastly,the article recommended several suggestions,including giving a timely re-vision of the old ECM knowledge,designing an appropriate strategy for teaching,enumerating certain representative diseases to improve the ECM education. It appealed our teachers to pay more attention to how to make the module of ECM master well in near future.

Comprehensive abilities of a department director are the core and critical element of the innovation capacity of the hospital,which also will determine the strength of the hospital's core competences and be of an important link with sustainable development of the hospital.In the paper the author discussed on four key qualities of an excellent department director to develop as ambition,basement,cooperation and devotion.

With the transition of the medical mode from traditional biomedical mode to modern biological-psychological-social medicine mode,WHO provided the conception of five-star doctors,which requires the functions of doctors to contain not only the providers and makers of health,but also many aspects including health education,community services and health services management,etc.In modern biological-psychological-social medicine mode,an excellent doctor should play multiple roles and correspondingly has a variety of qualities and abilities,which can be outlined in ABCDI 5 points,that is,ambition,basement,cooperation,devotion and innovation.

The article made a review on the connotation of research hospital,and interpreted the five characteristics of research hospital.Based on analysis,the author expounded the pathways of constructing research hospital,which included transforming development mode,innovating management mechanism,making hospital brand and reinforcing quality management.Additionally,three key links were stressed in the construction of research hospital.
