甘肃省河西地区光照资源丰富,适于瓜果糖分积累,但存在昼夜温差较大,冬季晚间气温较低等问题.针对目前日光温室果树生产中存在的问题,团队设计了一种果树专用型日光温室,在进行温室结构优化的同时,对栽培茬口、轻简化栽培和环境调控技术进行研究,有利于进行日光温室果树反季节生产.
日光温室为丰富甘肃省城乡居民"菜篮子"、农民致富和精准脱贫工作出了巨大贡献,甘肃省大部地区光热资源丰富,有利于日光温室利用太阳能进行热环境主动调控.本文以日光温室热环境调控为主线,回顾了甘肃省日光温室发展历程,总结了甘肃省日光温室热环境调控技术研究现状,分析了存在的主要问题,提出了主要对策和研究方向,以期对甘肃省日光温室热环境调控技术的研究和应用提供参考.
该文运用综合因子法和主导指标法相结合的原则对甘肃省日光温室蔬菜生产进行了气候区划.该区划利用甘肃省1971 ~2000年的气候整编资料,以1月平均气温0℃等温线为一级区划指标,将甘肃省分为北部Ⅰ区、南部Ⅱ区两个一级区,并在北部Ⅰ区做二级分区和三级分区.二级区划采用综合因子原则,利用系统聚类分析法将北部区划分为4个二级区.三级区划采用主导指标原则,将北部Ⅰ区划分为7个三级区.通过分区评述各级区的气候特点,指出在该区内发展温室生产的气候资源优势和不利气象条件,提出各区的温室发展方向.
We carried out a comparative test of ten new introduced yellow -skin onion cultivars in 2011. The results showed that the five cultivars, Jindi 702, Panduola, Guoqing, Quanwang and Jindalai 605, possessed better comprehensive characters of high yield, strong disease resistance and good commercial quality, and they could be extended in Hexi area of Gansu province.

Utilizing ‘311-A’ regression design,studied the effect of different N,P,K applying fertilizer on onion in high-altitude cold area.The results showed that the quantity of applying fertilizer of the maximum on onion in high-altitude cold area was nitrogen fertilizer(N):20.7 kg/667m2,phosphate fertilizer(P2O5)13.2 kg/667m2,potassium fertilizer(K2O)12.1 kg/667m2,the maximum yield of onion was 7 173.96 kg/667m2;The quantity of applying fertilizer of the best yield was nitrogen fertilizer(N):17.5 kg/667m2,phosphate fertilizer(P2O5)11.5 kg/667m2,potassium fertilizer(K2O)5.7 kg/667m2,the best profit of onion was RMB 4 768.23 yuan/667 m2.
To explore new high-efficient water-saving irrigation methods in arid areas,a field experiment is carried out to investigate the effects of alternate furrow irrigation on the growth,physiological characteristics,yield and water use efficiency of asparagus lettuce in high-altitude arid areas of Hexi Corridor.Planting is applied with three partial root zone irrigation methods.i.e.conventional furrow irrigation(CFI,),fixed furrow irrigation(FFI watered),and alternate furrow irrigation(AFI).The results show that AFI has no significant effect on stem diameters,stem weights,yields,photosynthesis rates,transpiration rates.AFI reduces the luxurious transpiration without much reduction in photosynthetic rates,resulting in higher water use efficiency.Furthermore,about more than 22% of water can be saved,while water use efficiency is increased by 26.9% as compared with CFI.It is concluded that AFI is a feasible method of asparagus lettuce cultivation in high-altitude arid areas in Hexi Corridor.

This paper studied effect of Nongdage and AM bacterial manure on the quality,yield and profit of cauliflower in Hexi corridor high-altitude cold area.The results showed that the quality,the yield and profit were promoted significantly by applying Nongdage and AM acterial manure under chemical fertilizer was reduced by 10%.Compared with CK,the yield of Nongdage and AM increased was by 13.9%,19.4%,and profit was increased 428.5 and 586.6 Yuan/667m2.
开展了几种硝酸盐调控剂种类、组合、使用浓度、使用时期对西芹硝酸盐含量影响的研究,试验结果表明:在西芹采收前使用双氰胺、硫酸锰、钼酸铵、硫酸锌、赤霉素等硝酸盐调控剂,均可降低西芹的硝酸盐含量,其中以双氰胺、硫酸锰效果佳;双氰胺与硫酸锰、钼酸铵、硫酸锌、赤霉素的组合对西芹硝酸盐积累的抑制效果优于单施双氰胺,可使西芹硝酸盐含量接近WHO/FAO规定的限量标准。钼酸铵最佳使用浓度为600mg/L,硫酸锰最佳使用浓度为0.05%,硫酸锌最佳使用浓度为0.15%,赤霉素使用浓度可控制在25~50mg/kg。从使用时期来看,采收前10d为最佳使用时期。
The effect of different root zone temperatures on the membrane lipid peroxidation and osmotic adjustment in muskmelon plants were studied by Eco-organic soil-less cultivation experiments.The results showed that the membrane permeability and contents of MDA,proline,soluble sugar increased with the decreasing of root zone temperature.Root zone temperature stress can stimulate SOD and POD activity,but with the extent of stress,the activity of POD turned to restrained.Muskmelon plants were not passively tolerant to stress,but actively regulated their physiological metabolic processes,so that root injury by the environmental stress could be reduced.
The research aimed to confirm the suitable planting density and sowing date of asparagus lettuce(Taiyuansun) in Hexi corridor high-altitude cold areas.Four planting densities and five sowing dates were designed to study the effects of different planting density and sowing date on the yield and the economic traits of Taiyuansun.The results indicated that plant height,stem diameter,stem length and weight per plant showed a rising trend along with the increasing of planting density.The millet planted at 5 445 plant/667m2 got highest yield.The growth stage was shorten,the yield was decreased,but early bolting rate was increased with the delaying of sowing date of asparagus lettuce.The suitable sowing date of asparagus lettuce was from late April to early May in Hexi corridor high-altitude cold region,and its suitable planting density was 5 445 plant /667m2 in the field with middle fertility.
在永昌县对6个洋葱品种进行了引种观察,结果表明,黄皮品种阿波罗的鳞茎单重最高,为474.4 g,折合产量达139 800.0 kg/hm2,植株直立不易倒伏,且抽薹率较低;红皮品种红皮高桩鳞茎单重为447.7 g,折合产量达131 933.3 kg/hm2,虽然植株易倒伏,但无抽薹现象,可作为高原夏菜首选洋葱品种在永昌县进行示范推广。
Cucumis melo L.seedlings of'Yindi No.3'and'Xizhoumi No.1'were used to study the effects of different root-zone temperatures on chlorophyll content,photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters by Eco-organic soilless cultivation experiments.The results indicated that chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),stomatal limitation value(Ls),transpiration rate(Tr),chlorophyll fluorescence(F),photochemical quantum yield(Yield),photochemical quenching(qP)and non-photochemical quenching(NPQ)were decreased with the decreasing of root-zone temperature.The decline of net photosynthetic rate of Cucumis melo L.was caused by non-stomatal limitations under low root-zone temperature.Inhibition of PSⅡ photochemistry activity is one of the important causes for low net photosynthetic rate of Cucumis melo L.seedlings under low root-zone temperature.
Experiments of different root zone temperature treatments were carried out at seedling stage of muskmelon in solar greenhouse.Comparison of low temperature treatment with optimal temperature treatment indicated that leaf quantity,plant height,leaf area,dry weight of shoot dry weight of root and root activity,water content,water use efficiency of muskmelon seedlings decreased,while root∶shoot ratio of muskmelon seedlings increased.
This research was about the effeceion of low temperate and weak light on two hot pepper varietis.The results were as follows:in the situation of 100-2μmol·m-2·s-1,23℃/10℃,the concentration of chlorophyl-a and chlorophy-b in hot pepper leaves increased,while the ratio of chlorophyl-a /chlorophy-b reduced;according to the reduction of temperature and light the concentration of chlorophyl-a and chlorophy-b went down,while the ratio of chlorophyl-a /chlorophy-b went up;after the treatment of low temperature and weak light,concentration of carotenoids reduced in hot pepper leaves.
