This study systematically investigates the key bottlenecks impeding the development of flexible CZTSSe solar cells. Innovative Na-Sb co-doping strategy is proposed by evaporating NaF thin film and adding SbCl3 solution in precursor, which can effectively passivate grain boundary defects, facilitate grain growth, and suppress the formation of deep level defects, showing a relieved residual stress from -6.41 GPa to -3.20 GPa and increased cell efficiency from 3.24 % to 5.35 %. Impressively, the Na-Sb co-doped flexible photovoltaic cell merely experience 8 % efficiency decrease after harsh bending, thereby achieving a harmonious balance between efficiency and mechanical stability.

The equilibrium between environmental quality and economic growth is one of the contemporary objectives of fiscal and monetary policies in the case of China. In this study, we investigate the extent of the existence of the N-shaped environmental Kuznets curve (EKC) hypothesis and measure the collision of fiscal and monetary policy on carbon emissions within the economic growth perspectives that China is witnessing. This study examines the dynamic nexus between monetary supply, government expenditure, and carbon emissions in China over the spanning from 1980 to 2019. The findings demonstrate that the money supply reduces carbon emissions in the short- and long-run. Precisely, a 1-unit augmentation in monetary policy tool (money supply) will significantly reduce the pressure on the environment by 0.29332 unit in the long-run and 0.79311 unit in the short-run. In contrast, the fiscal policy instrument (government expenditure) contributes to the increase in carbon emissions. Specifically, a 1-unit increase in government expenditure will increase the carbon emission by 0.17835 and 0.48247 units in the long-run and short-run, respectively. Additionally, the result also confirmed the N-shaped EKC hypothesis. Particularly, at the initial stage of economic growth, there are 1.58659 and 4.29197 unit increas in carbon emission in the long-run and short-run, respectively. However, after taking the square of economic growth, this reduces the environmental pollution by 0.3018 and 0.81665 units in the long-run and short-run, respectively. Finally, the cubic form of economic growth shows the 0.01755 and 0.04747 units increase in the pollution level in the long-run and short-run, respectively. Moreover, the study also found the presence of a causality link between government expenditure, economic growth, and carbon emissions. These findings will aid policymakers in implementing fiscal and monetary policies that promote long-term development while lowering carbon emissions.

柔性Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4(CZTSSe)薄膜太阳电池中的应力是阻碍其发展的一大瓶颈.采用磁控溅射法在柔性Ti衬底和Mo背电极之间引入不同厚度的Cr缓释层,研究其对CZTSSe薄膜应力的影响.结果表明,当Cr应力缓释层厚度为80 nm时,薄膜的结晶质量最好,电池具有最佳的光电性能,相比没有Cr应力缓释层存在的情况,薄膜的残余应力从-7.15 GPa降低至-3.61 GPa,电池的光电转换效率(PCE)从2.89%提高至4.65%,增加了 60.9%.Cr应力缓释层的引人不会影响CZTSSe薄膜的晶体结构,相反可有效提高薄膜的结晶质量,降低薄膜的残余应力,最终提高电池的光电性能.
All around the world, but particularly in developing nations, carbon dioxide emissions are on the rise, and climate change and global warming are brought on by an increase in CO2 emissions. This article provides an overview of the technological effect on energy consumption in the residential, transport, and industrial sector and its ultimate effect on the environment. Using the STIRPAT-Kaya-EKC model for the years 1990 to 2020, this study looked at the threshold impact of technological advancements on the link between disaggregated energy use and CO2 emissions for a panel of 10 Asian countries using the panel threshold regression. Findings demonstrate that the EKC phenomenon is present in the chosen Asian region. Findings also suggest that technology has a threshold influence on the relationship between energy use and carbon emissions; however, this effect varies across sectors.
近年来,人工智能等前沿技术的发展快速推动了我国智慧城市建设.作为智慧城市的神经中枢系统,城市大脑在生成城市智慧、创新城市治理模式与提升城市智慧治理效能等方面日渐发挥重要作用.但是,当前仍存在低信息协同时效性导致的"信息孤岛"问题,这影响城市智慧的生成.本文采用文献分析法与不完全信息静态博弈原理,通过城市信息供需双方博弈行为分析信息协同时效性对城市智慧生成的作用机制.研究发现,信息协同时效性而非信息协同行为状态才是影响城市智慧的关键因素.城市政府在注重信息协同行为状态的基础上,应从政策标准、技术标准与行业规范等层面提升信息协同时效性,增强城市大脑智慧性,提升城市智慧治理效能.
The public's co-production behaviors are influenced by individual and organizational factors. This article analyzes these factors using 2110 questionnaire data from He Ping, Tianjin. Results show that self-efficacy, solidarity incentives, spiritual incentives and inclusive administrative culture have a statistically significant positive correlation with public coproduction behaviors, while the impact of material incentives is limited. In addition to the nonlinear effect of age, middle-aged women, homeowners, middle-income people, and the public with bachelor's degree are more likely to participate in community regeneration coproduction. The findings provide theoretical and practical implications for the existing co-production theory and public administration practitioners.
In an effort to promote the mechanical endurance of flexible Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) solar cells, a convenient and effective strategy for introducing a TiN-Al2O3-Cr gradient layer is proposed, which can effectively tailor the residual stress and improve the heterojunction characteristic of solar cell. Benefitted from the optimum TiN-Al2O3-Cr gradient layer with 60 nm, CZTSSe presents a released residual stress of-3.33 GPa and an optimized heterojunction characteristic with the CBO of-0.28 eV. Furthermore, the PCE of flexible device is remarkably improved from 3.31 % to 5.01 %, which can maintain 85 % of the original efficiency after harsh bending. The proposed gradient layer strategy may pave a thriving way for congener flexible and portable cells.

探明社区更新由合作生产到公共价值共创的机制,对社区长效治理机制的形成具有重要意义.本文采用扎根理论剖析劲松北社区更新合作生产走向公共价值共创的机制.研究发现该机制由合作生产机制、社区更新治理场域运行机制与社区更新公共价值共创流程构成.合作生产机制由党建引领、民意导向、社区协商、政策工具组合与微利可持续构成.党建引领本质上是一种公共价值管理范式.社区协商优化公众偏好配置并确保民意导向贯彻落实于合作生产全程.政策工具组合为社会资本微利可持续发展创造稳定制度环境并提供资源支持.微利可持续为社区长效治理提供持续资金支持.党建引领保障"3E价值"与公共价值的可持续生产,实现由合作生产到公共价值的共创.本文通过将社区更新问题嵌入合作生产理论,探析合作生产走向公共价值共创的机制,拓展了合作生产的理论空间,丰富了价值共创的实践内涵.
Co-existing feature with high efficiency and desirable mechanical tolerance for flexible solar cells plays a decisive role in potential industrialization. In this study, we demonstrated a precursor-heating strategy in fabricating flexible Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)(4) (CZTSSe) solar cell, which effectively decreased residual stress, enhanced mechanical strength and reduced carrier recombination of flexible CZTSSe solar cells. Compared to strategy without precursor-heating, the prepared CZTSSe thin film with 100 degrees C precursor treatment exhibited a decreased residual stress from -3.39 GPa to -0.71 GPa, featuring an increased efficiency from 3.07% to 4.40% and satisfactory mechanical stability even suffered from various harsh bending. The work paves a forward way for future large-scale application in portable devices.

Due to high theoretical capacity and low cost of CuSbS2, it is deemed to be one of the most promising anode materials for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). In this paper, the effects of different Cu/Sb ratios on the properties of composites prepared by one-step microwave irradiation method were studied. The results showed the increasement of Cu element could improve conductivity of anode material and the structure stability to reduce the capacity loss. And increasing composition of Cu element also could improve the initial columbic efficiency. The best initial discharge capacity was as high as 3001.9 mA hg−1, and even the specific capacity still kept 215.8 mA hg−1 after 120 cycles, which was got at 1:3 of Cu/Sb ratio. This work provides a method for the Cu/Sb ratio effect of the performance for the LIBs.
The major drawback of flexible Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)(4) (CZTSSe) solar cells is the inevitable residual stress in CZTSSe that considerably limits the efficiency and flexibility of these cells. Hence, in this work, TiN layers with varying thicknesses were sputtered between flexible Ti substrates and back contact Mo layers as diffusion barriers. The TiN barrier layer relieved residual stress, facilitated grain growth, and decreased the porosity of CZTSSe, thereby effectively suppressing the formation of carrier recombination paths and improving the mechanical strength of CZTSSe. Meanwhile, the band alignment of the CZTSSe/CdS heterojunction could be significantly tailored, leading to an improved "cliff-like'' conduction band offset from -0.49 eV to -0.33 eV. Under the optimized TiN layer thickness of 50 nm, the power conversion efficiency of the fabricated flexible CZTSSe solar cell increased considerably from 3.43% to 4.85% along with high bending stability. Therefore, introducing the TiN diffusion barrier into traditional flexible CZTSSe solar cells improves the efficiency and flexibility of these devices. Moreover, this method could be a promising pathway for the large-scale production of smart, flexible, and portable electronic devices.
为全面解析老旧小区改造政策演进历程、动力机制与治理意涵,文章建构了一个涵盖政策理念、政策目标、政策价值与政策结构的四维分析框架.运用内容分析法与文献计量法,借助NVI-VO软件词频分析与聚类分析功能,对165份老旧小区政策文本演变历程与逻辑进行系统化分析.研究发现:三个政策演进阶段的划分以政策理念变迁为主要标志,政策文本的数量与关键政策文本能准确划分演进节点;政策演进动力机制体现在政策环境对政策理念的决定作用,为实现政策目标而采取的多元化政策工具与治理策略,以及体现出的多维政策价值;治理意涵通过依法行政到"以人民为中心"治理理念的转变以及社会治理逻辑的演变呈现.四维分析框架对阐释我国社区治理范式转变及社区公共服务供给模式创新具有一定意义.
In order to explore the environment-friendly and low-cost preparation process of thin film solar cell absorbing layer materials, Sb 2 (S,Se) 3 thin films were prepared by spray pyrolysis method with water as the precursor solvent. The effects of selenization temperature on the phase structure, micro-morphology, optical properties and photoelectrochemical properties of the films were studied. The results showed that the crystallinity of the film was better and the band gap value of Sb 2 (S,Se) 3 decreased from 1.74 eV to 1.56 eV with the increase of selenide temperature. The samples at selenide temperature of 300℃ had stronger photocurrent response than those with other selenide temperatures.

老旧小区综合整治事关公众切身利益,体现国家服务效能与治理能力.基于合作生产理论、公共价值和战略三角模型间关系,从党建引领视角提出"一核多元"型综合整治合作生产模式.以北京市J社区为例,采用张力分析工具,从使命管理、政治管理与运营管理层面建构综合整治张力分析模型.分析发现,党建引领的综合整治合作生产可促进社区合作生产网络的形成与发展,这对社区治理模式创新与社区治理共同体建设具有重要意义.
