The aim of the study is to research the efficiency of using the microbiological complex BONAKA-APK-N in growing sterbel. Tasks: to determine the fish farming and biological parameters of growing sturgeon fry (sterbel); to establish feed consumption and costs per 1 kg of live weight gain of fish; to determine the composition of the intestinal microflora and blood serum of sturgeon fry when using the studied feed additive; to calculate the economic efficiency of using the microbiological complex BONAKA-APK-N with a probiotic effect in aquaculture. The studies were conducted at Albashi LLC (Krasnodar Region) in accordance with standard fish farming methods in 2023. The object of the research is sterbel underyearlings kept in fish farming pools under appropriate fish farming conditions. The subject of the study is the microbiological complex BONAKA-APK-N in growing sturgeon fry. The experimental period is 60 days, the number of fish in a group is 150 pcs. The fish weight in the experimental groups increased by 3.9–14.7 % (P < 0.05) relative to the control. The fish survival rate in all groups was 100 %. When using the microbiological complex BONAKA-APK-N, a decrease in feed costs per 1 kg of live weight gain of fish in all experimental groups was noted compared to the control by 7.0–18.0 % (P < 0.05). The use of the studied feed additive reduces the level of staphylococcus in the intestines of fish in the experimental groups by 3–4 orders of magnitude compared to the control. Biochemical parameters of fish blood serum were within the normal range. The use of the studied feed products allowed to increase the profitability of production by 26.0–69.0 % compared to the control.
The objective of the study is to investigate the effect of intensive growing of goat kids during the milk period on whole milk replacer (WMR) with the addition of cereal sprouts (wheat and barley) on their growth and development during the first three months of life in order to establish the possibility of reducing the cost of the ration in this way. Objectives: to develop a scheme for growing goat kids during the three-month milk period with feeding wheat and barley sprouts; to study the change in live weight and intensity of growth energy during the three-month growth period; to determine the feed and energy costs for growing animals up to three months of age; to determine the economic efficiency of growing animals during the milk period on WMR and sprouts. The study was conducted on goat kids of the Saanen dairy breed during the milk period in the first three months of life in the peasant farm of M.V. Myakotina and private household of V.N. Kosenko in the Krasnodar Region. In an experiment on growing goats using the author's technology on milk (1st group) and whole milk replacer (WMR) with the addition of 2–3-day-old wheat and barley sprouts in the period from birth to three months of age (2nd group), the average daily gain was (93.3 ± 0.41) and (100.1 ± 0.58) g, respectively. The goat kids in the control and experimental groups had a live weight of (11.40 ± 0.06) and (12.06 ± 0.10) kg, respectively, with live weight growth rates in the third month to the birth rate of 3.800 and 3.954 kg. When growing the goats of the 1st and 2nd groups up to three months of age, the feed costs by groups per 1 kg of gain were 3.97 and 4.30 ECU, respectively; the cost of feed spent per 1 kg of gain for the goats of the 2nd group was 228 % less than for the 1st group, which indicates the feasibility of using the technology for growing goat kids on whole milk replacer and grain sprouts.
Abstract. The article highlights the results of scientific and economic experience on highly productive dairy cows of black-and-white breed in the second half of lactation. The purpose - evaluation of the possibility of using a new lyophilized feed additive “Bonaka-APK” in the diets of dairy cows to increase their productivity and milk quality indicators. Studied the productive effect of the feed additive “Bonaka-APK” on dairy cows. Scientific and economic experience was conducted in the farm of the OSP “Novator 1” (Gulkevichi district, Krasnodar Territory) in 2021–2022. Research objectives to study the effect of feeding the feed additive "Bonaka-APK" on milk productivity and quality indicators of cow milk. Methods. The studies were carried out on two groups of dairy cows, formed by the method of pairs of analogues. Feeding ration of dairy cows of black-and-white breed with a live weight of 550.0 ± 40.0 kg and a milk yield of 16.0 ± 3.0 kg per day contained: 170 MJ OE, 1582.0 g of digestible protein and 4100.0 g of crude fiber, including 1844.0 g of starch. The sugar-protein ratio in the diet is – 0.83. There were 93.1 g of digestible protein per 1 energy feed unit. The experimental group, in addition to the main diet as part of the compound feed, received a probiotic complex “Bonaka-APK” in the amount of 0.02 kg per 1 head, once a day before milking. Results. The use of the biotechnological complex “Bonaka-APK” as an additive to compound feed, for the accounting period, made it possible to significantly increase the milk yield of 1 cow in the experimental group by 24.6 %, and in terms of 4.0% fat content – by 26.0 % compared with control. The content of fat in the milk of the experimental groups did not differ significantly, and the content of the mass fraction of protein in the milk of the experimental group was significantly higher by 0.4% compared to the control. Scientific novelty. For the first time, a new, developed complex “Bonaka-APK” was tested on dairy cows.
Two barley samples were taken for the study – one grown in the field and the other in a special chamber under intensive light. Chloroplasts structure was obtained during electron microscopy process. The results showed that the maximum quantum yield of photosystem II in both samples was in the range of values typical for normal physiological state of plants. At the same time, electron transport speed comparison shows that electrons are transferred 1.7 times faster in the vegetation chamber compared to field environment. Such difference is confirmed by the results of microscopy performed with flag leaves tissue samples of barley grown under intensive light in a chamber and in the field. A grana structure significantly denser and better organized was observed in chloroplasts of barley grown in chamber. This study shows a clear connection between the environment, the ordering of thylakoid structures and fluorescent indicators of photosynthesis.
The article presents the results of the study on the development of a pharmaceutical composition that stimulates the processes of repair and delayed consolidation in case of bone fractures in dogs and cats, activation of osteoblasts, synthesis of organic matrix and bone calcification processes, accompanied by impaired motor function and health in animals and preliminary assessment of its effectiveness and safety of use. The composition is a combination of pharmacologically active substances (PAS) from different pharmacotherapeutic groups. The type of dosage form is powder and the optimal composition of active components were substantiated, its main pharmaceutical and technological indicators were determined. As a result of the experiment to determine acute toxicity, the average lethal dose (LD50) for a sample of the pharmaceutical composition was not revealed, on the basis of which it was assigned to the 4th hazard class - low-hazard substances (GOST 12.1.007-76 “Harmful substances”).
