The article discusses the formation of nitrogen-fixing bacteria on the roots of narrow-leaved lupine when using associative rhizobacteria in 2023-2025. The seeds of the narrow–leaved lupine, Flamingo variety, were used to lay the field experiment. Before sowing, lupine seed inoculation was carried out with Rhizobact preparations (brand k.zh.f. [liquid concentrate] and R.zh.f. [liquid solution]) containing Rhizobium sp.strains (Rhizobium lupini, strain PBT-12) isolated from lupin nodules without inoculation (0.1 l/t), Сorynebacterium sp. (0.1 l/t) strain PBT-7 isolated from rhizoplana of barley roots; SB strain isolated from soybean root rhizoplane; SR strain isolated from bean root rhizoplane (0.1 l/t). The study presents the formation dynamics of the number and weight of nodules on the Flamingo variety depending on inoculation in the Leningrad region. Inoculation with biological products has a significant effect on the yield of seeds and green mass. By the shiny bean phase, the maximum number of nodules (23.81 million units/ha) and their weight (1,259 kg/ha) were accumulated in the variant using only a strain of nodular nitrogen-fixing bacteria. On average, over 3 years of research, the highest green mass of 10 tons per 1 ha was gained by the variant inoculated with Rhizobium lupini (PBT-12) with the strain Сorynebacterium sp. (SR), the green mass of which exceeds the control by an average of 63 %. In terms of seed yield, the significantly better results were obtained in the control variant and in the variant with inoculation with only a strain of nodule bacteria Rhizobium lupini (PBT-12), amounting to 1.2 and 1.1 t/ha, respectively. At the same time, it was found that there was a moderate dependence of the nodule mass on the yield of green mass and seeds of narrow-leaved lupine.
The aim of this study is to develop an economic-mathematical model for the development of rural areas, grounded in a comprehensive assessment of their resource potential. The research systematizes theoretical approaches to defining the resource potential of a territory (RPT), which has allowed for the clarification of its structure. The methodological framework is based on methods of systemic, comparative, and structural-functional analysis, as well as the principles of economic-mathematical modeling. As a result of analyzing existing RPT assessment methodologies, a classification table was compiled, reflecting the objectives, methods, and indicators used by various researchers. The primary outcome of this work is an original economic-mathematical model where the objective function of maximizing an integral development index is represented as a weighted sum of sub-indices across seven key blocks: historical-cultural, internal and external relations, natural-climatic and natural-resource, ecological, production-economic, social, and demographic. The model incorporates a system of constraints (budgetary, regulatory, resource, institutional, infrastructural, and temporal), ensuring its practical applicability. The scientific novelty lies in formalizing the process of territorial development through the lens of mobilizing structured components of resource potential, enabling a transition from static assessment to dynamic planning. The scope of the results encompasses the activities of regional and municipal authorities in formulating socio-economic development strategies, as well as in developing programs and project portfolios aimed at the integrated development of rural areas. It is concluded that the proposed model provides a foundation for selecting optimal management decisions, ensuring a balanced consideration of diverse development factors and enhancing the validity of investment allocations.
In contemporary conditions, heightened safety requirements are dictated by the continuous increase in complexity of technological processes, the congestion of construction sites with equipment, and the vast number of labor units involved in production workflows, who are systematically exposed to risks. A construction site constitutes a hazardous environment that encompasses a wide range of activities, including the use of heavy machinery, work at heights and in confined spaces, and exposure to harmful factors arising from labor processes. At the same time, a significant proportion of incidents, unforeseen events, and accidents is directly attributable to violations of safety regulations, insufficient supervision of discipline compliance, and untimely responses to threats. The importance and, more critically, the urgent need for universal enhancement of occupational safety measures in the construction industry is indisputable in light of the accident statistics and high risks characteristic of the sector’s dynamic and complex operational conditions. This article examines issues related to workplace environment monitoring and presents the concept of an intelligent video surveillance system integrated with computer vision modules, neural network analysis, and informational models.
The conducted studies are focused on evaluating the efficiency and expediency of feeding alfalfa haylage in a package as the only bulky feed in the diet of cows during the initial lactation phase. The experiment is carried out on Holstein cows. The purpose of the research is to study the indicators of milk productivity, metabolic processes occurring in the body of the experimental animals and the economic feasibility of feeding alfalfa haylage in a package. During the dry season, all the animals received the same diet based on silage and haylage from trenches. After calving, the diet of newly calved cows varied. The control group received a diet that included a mixture of bulky feeds, such as corn silage, haylage from a mixture of clover and cereals stored in a trench, and alfalfa haylage in a package. The first experimental group of animals was fed with fodder stored in the trench, such as corn silage, clover haylage with cereals and alfalfa haylage from the trench. The second experimental group received a diet in which all bulky feeds were replaced with alfalfa haylage in an airtight package, without silage and trench feeds. The research results indicate that feeding with alfalfa haylage in a package as the only bulky feed during the entire experiment increased the gross milk yield in the 2nd experimental group by 13.69%, the mass fraction of milk fat by 3.9 %, and protein by 1.6 %. The animals of this group were characterized by an increased content of erythrocytes and hemoglobin in the blood. At the end of the experiment, the morphological parame ters of the blood improved in the animals, as the content of erythrocytes and hemoglobin in the blood was 16.7 % and 3.11 % higher, respectively. In terms of total protein content in the blood serum, the animals of the 2nd experimental group outperformed their peers from the control group by 12.0 %. The studies have confirmed the feasibility of using packaged haylage in cow diets.
