Household waste cooking oil is still often not utilized optimally, even though it has the potential to be reprocessed into value-added products while helping reduce environmental pollution. The repeated use of cooking oil and the improper disposal of used oil are still common in community life. This community service activity aimed to improve the skills of youth groups in processing waste cooking oil into soap and candles through practice-based training. The activity was conducted in Pojok Village, Mojoroto District, Kediri City, involving 11 participants aged approximately 20-24 years. The implementation methods included material presentation, demonstrations, direct practice sessions, and simple observational evaluation of participants’ skills during the product-making process. The results showed that 10 of 11 participants were able to independently follow the stages of soap and candle production as outlined in the provided procedures. The products obtained consisted of solid soap with a relatively homogeneous texture and candles that produced a stable flame. In addition, participants actively engaged in the training through discussions and question-and-answer sessions on household waste utilization. This activity indicates that practice-based training can improve participants' basic skills while encouraging the practical use of waste cooking oil within the community.

Background: Feeding babies only breast milk is very important for lowering health problems in infants and helping them develop properly. However, coverage remains suboptimal. Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy (BSE) plays a big role in how successful breastfeeding is. When mothers don't feel confident, they often have negative attitudes that can make breastfeeding harder. Initial research showed that 70% of pregnant women did not have positive views about exclusively breastfeeding, highlighting the need for educational programs based on BSE. Objective: This study aimed to find out how BSE education influences pregnant women’s views on exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: A study was carried out at RS Aura Syifa using a one-group pretest-posttest design, which means that we tested the same group of people before and after an intervention. A group of 50 pregnant women was chosen using No probability sampling with accidental sampling. The program included weekly video lessons given over two weeks, using both in-person and online methods. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon. Results: The study showed that there was a noticeable change for the better in how people felt after the intervention. The statistical analysis showed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means that BSE education had a significant impact on the attitudes of pregnant women. Conclusion: Teaching pregnant women about breastfeeding confidence helps them have a better attitude towards exclusive breastfeeding. Health care providers should include education about Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy (BSE) in prenatal care. Future researchers should look into other factors like family support or breastfeeding practices.
Purpose: This study examines how digital workload and job insecurity affect employee disengagement—operationalized as boreout and digital presenteeism—by assessing technostress as a mediating mechanism in digital-intensive workplaces. Method: A quantitative, correlational survey design was employed. Data were collected from 421 employees across multiple industries using voluntary sampling. The proposed direct and indirect relationships among digital stressors, technostress, and disengagement outcomes were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Result: Digital workload significantly increased technostress, whereas job insecurity emerged as a strong predictor of digital presenteeism. Technostress had a significant positive effect on boreout but did not significantly predict digital presenteeism. Mediation analysis showed that technostress did not mediate the relationship between digital workload and boreout; however, digital workload exerted an indirect effect on digital presenteeism via technostress. Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: By elucidating how digital stressors undermine employee engagement and productivity, this study provides evidence-based guidance for designing healthier digital work systems. Interventions aimed at reducing technostress, optimizing digital workload, and mitigating job insecurity may enhance workforce efficiency, strengthen organizational performance, and support broader economic growth in digitally transforming economies. Originality/Value: The study demonstrates that distinct digital stressors produce different forms of disengagement: digital workload is more strongly associated with boreout, whereas job insecurity is more closely linked to digital presenteeism, with technostress functioning as a selective mediating pathway.
