This study aims to analyze the effect of Digital Influencer Attractiveness and Brand Congruence on Brand Attitude, Purchase, and Repurchase Intention by adopting the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework. Using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 55 social media users in Cirebon selected through accidental sampling technique and processed using Path Analysis. The results showed that Attractiveness and Brand Congruence have a positive and significant effect on Brand Attitude. In addition, Attractiveness and Brand Attitude proved to have a significant effect on Purchase, which then became the strongest driving factor for Repurchase Intention. These findings also indicate the important mediating role of Brand Attitude and Purchase, considering that the direct paths from Brand Congruence to Purchase and Attractiveness to Repurchase Intention were found to be insignificant. Overall, this study concludes that an influencer marketing strategy that optimizes visual attractiveness and brand congruence is highly effective in shaping positive consumer attitudes, solidifying purchases, and driving repurchase intentions.
Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance at Arei Outdoor Gear Store and to analyse their simultaneous contribution to performance improvement. The scope of the investigation focuses on employees’ perceptions of leadership behaviour, motivational factors, and work performance in a retail organisational setting. Design/methodology/approach: A quantitative explanatory research design was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 111 employees and analysed using multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests. Findings: The results show that transformational leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, with motivation showing a strong contribution to performance enhancement. Research limitations/implications: The study is limited to a single retail organisation and a cross-sectional dataset, which may restrict generalisation to other sectors and broader populations. Practical implications: The findings suggest that organisations should strengthen inspirational leadership practices and employee motivation systems to improve performance and service quality. Originality/value: This research provides empirical evidence on the combined role of transformational leadership and work motivation in enhancing employee performance within the Indonesian retail sector context. This study aims to analyze the influence of TikTok Influencers and social media on consumers' impulsive buying behavior regarding Skintific products. TikTok has evolved into an e-commerce platform through the TikTok Shop feature, leveraging influencer-based marketing strategies. Influencers with high credibility can influence consumers' purchasing decisions through engaging content and persuasive promotions. Additionally, the increasing use of social media plays a role in shaping impulsive shopping behavior, particularly among young generations. This research employs a quantitative method with purposive sampling techniques on 300 respondents who have purchased Skintific products after seeing promotions on TikTok. The regression analysis results show that TikTok Influencers and social media significantly affect impulsive buying, although their contribution is only 13.1%. This indicates that other more dominant factors influence consumers' impulsive buying behavior.
This study aims to analyze the influence of financial technology and financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs, with financial management behavior as a mediating variable. This study was conducted on 200 micro, small, and medium enterprises in the agriculture and fisheries sectors in Indramayu Regency. This study used quantitative techniques with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis through SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that financial technology has a small and negative influence on financial management practices and organizational performance. Conversely, financial literacy has a substantial and beneficial influence on financial management practices and organizational performance. Furthermore, financial management behavior is proven to mediate the effect of financial literacy on company performance, while it does not mediate the effect of financial technology. The results show that the improvement in MSME performance is largely influenced by financial literacy and advanced financial management techniques, not by the use of financial technology, which is currently still limited.
