Artificial intelligence is not only a new technology and a new tool,but also a new social subject beyond life in the social situations.With the mutual construction and co-evolution of artificial intelligence subjects and humans,human society is developing from an information society to an intelligent society.the social psychology of intelligence is established to explore the psychological impact of an intelligent society.In terms of research scope,all application scenarios should be considered except for the currently popular human-computer interaction scenarios,because artificial intelligence also has psychological impact when it does not directly interact with people.In terms of research approach,the use of artificial intelligence aware-ness as a research variable and its manipulation can help explore the connection between artificial intelligence and social psychology in different times and contexts.In terms of research goals,one is to incorporate the knowledge of social psychology into algorithms with the aim of building artificial intelligence that meets human expectations and promotes human well-being.The other is to build human-level AI while maintaining the unique advantages of human intelligence.
An eco-label certification is a key approach to realizing the ecological value of tourism resources.With the strategic guidance of prioritizing eco-environmental progress and pursuing green development,the tourism eco-label certification can stimulate the advantage of exclusionary market competition.The perception of beneficiaries directly influences the implementation effects of eco-label certification and the decision-mak-ing behaviors of consumers.With the eco-label of"green hotel"as the example,this paper analyzes the het-erogeneity of perceptions for the tourism eco-label certification among the tourists with different economic and social attributes,and explores the principles for improving the incentive effect of tourism eco-label certification.The results show that tourists'perceptions for the impact of eco-label certification present the two-sidedness with the positive perception factors and the negative ones.Comparatively,domestic tourists have a stronger positive perception of tourism eco-label certification.According to the distribution law of the perception differences in the tourism eco-label certification,the tourists can be divided into three types:"en-thusiastic supporters","rational supporters"and"strong opponents".The proportions of perception among the different types of tourists are significantly distinct.However,the tourists with low perception have the poten-tial to be transformed into those with high perception,which signals the direction for the tourism management departments to strive for.There is an inherent correlation between the economic and social attributes of stakeholders and perception variables.Among the tourists with different genders,ages,educational levels,occu-pation types,and income levels exist the significant differences in the perception of tourism eco-label certi-fication.The conclusions are of typical significance for implementing the precise green marketing in tourism management,designing the tourism eco-label certification process,and strengthening eco-tourism education and training.
Promoting the system and mechanism innovation of ecological civilization is an inherent requirement for exerting the demonstration role of Hainan Free Trade Port in the reform.It is externally driven by the strategic measures to build Hainan Free Trade Port into a new highland for opening up,and conforms to the reality of promoting the high-quality development of Hainan Free Trade Port through the high-level opening up.In recent years,Hainan has made outstanding achievements in establishing and improving the ecological civilization system,and guiding the green transformation of development mode with the system and mechanism innovation of the ecological civilization.However,there also exist some problems,such as the insufficient innovation intensity in the system and mechanism of ecological civilization,and the insufficiently integrated innovation of system and mechanism.In the construction of a typical model of high-level opening up,the system and mechanism innovation of the ecological civilization in Hainan Free Trade Port must be promoted.First,multiple measures should be taken simultaneously to strengthen the innovation intensity of system and mechanism.Second,the systematic deployment should be made to strengthen the integrated innovation of system and mechanism.Finally,the early and pilot implementation of the green and low-carbon reform should be promoted at the grassroots level to stimulate the innovative willingness of social subjects.
Political security is the foundation of national security and the objective state of state power,political system,political order and ideology free from threats,violations,subversion and destruction.In different geographical spaces within the national territory,the factors affecting political security and the corresponding governance paths are very different.The political security in the frontier ethnic areas has formed a special and complex governance field due to its particularity and sensitivity in the geographical location,social structure,cultural tradition and geopolitics.While the evolution of the state's cognition of the political security issues in the frontier ethnic areas,as well as the reforms of their governance,is sorted out since the founding of New China,it is found that the cognition of the political security in the frontier ethnic areas has been evolving with the changes of domestic and international environments in terms of problem orientation,leading value,and security attributes,and the approach to its governance has moved from"preserving differences"to"seeking the common ground".Under the guidance of the overall national security concept with the purpose of people's security,governance of political security in frontier ethnic areas should highlight the"people-centered"value orientation,strengthening the national identity and political identity among the people of all ethnic groups in the frontier ethnic areas to build the solid defense for safeguarding the political security.
Open innovation in the high-tech enterprises is an inevitable trend for establishing the highly sophis-ticated industrial chains.Therefore,it is of strong and guiding significance for the government and enterprises to explore the impact of open innovation in the supply chain ecosystem on the innovation performance of enterprises,along with the moderating effect of external innovation pressures from the policies,customers,peers and suppliers on the above-mentioned relationship.The result shows that the open innovation in the supply chain ecosystem has a positive impact on the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises;the innovation pressures in the industry positively moderate the relationship between open innovation and innovation performance while the pressures from the customers have the opposite effect.The conclusion provides not only suggestions for the supply chain network node construction and cooperation strategies in the enterprises,but also the policy reference for the governments to promote the open innovation in the supply chain ecosystem.

Australian indigenous literature in Miles Franklin Literary Award demonstrates the indigenous resis-tance against colonialism and racism through an exploration of racial relations.Centering on such themes as land,language,identity,and trauma,the indigenous authors express their journeys of discovery and political appeals from their family histories.Land endows the indigenous with a sense of belonging,while language carries their cultures,constructs their subject identities.The indigenous achieve the construction of their subject identities through safeguarding their rights of land and revitalizing their indigenous languages to heal the racial traumas.With the supernatural narrative,the indigenous literature fuses the physical reality with the Maban reality,endowing the land and all things on the land with human character.While reflecting the deep consanguinity between the indigenous and the land and animism,it displays its resistance and deconstruction of the prevailing narratives,and becomes an important component for the indigenous to strive for their rights.
The corporate heroic behavior shows that an enterprise can sacrifice itself for the public interest in society.When the enterprise shows the heroic behavior,it is supposed to win the support from the consumers,and probably incurs their doubts in reality though.From the perspective of information communication,this paper indicates that the enterprise should guarantee the match of its heroic behaviors(high degree vs.low degree)with the infor-mation sources(enterprise source vs.neutral source)in the process of communication,so as to reduce the doubts from the consumers and improve the consumer evaluation for its heroic behavior.As two scenario experiments show,the neutral information source positively improves the consumer evaluation for the high degree of corporate heroic behavior;however,neither information sources show any significant difference in the consumer evaluation for the low degree of corporate heroic behavior.The consumer trust plays a mediating role in the above-mentioned relations,which is also true of the history of corporate heroic behavior.For the high degree of corporate heroic behavior,the neutral information source that is adopted by the enterprise is more positive for the consumer evaluation with the history of short-term heroic behavior;but either the neutral information source or the enterprise source leads to the positive evaluation among the consumers with the history of long-term heroic behavior.This paper not only enriches relevant research of corporate heroic behavior but also provides the practical enlightenment for the information communication of this behavior.
The"body turn"and the"spatial turn"are the two diversions of philosophy in the 20th century.The emergence of metaverse issues directs the theory of body and that of space into the technical fields.The complex characteristics of the metaverse field have prompted new meanings to the virtual body,the real body,and the form of metaverse space and their connections.The three forms are positioned in the multi-dimensional interactions.On the one hand,they may lead to the abstract space,reconstructing the binary opposite philosophical tradition,and making the virtual and real bodies split in the departure.On the other hand,they may also direct the differential space,blurring the boundary between the body and the space,aggregating the virtual and the real bodies in the embodiment to produce new connotations.Observing and interpretating the complex dialectical relationships entangled in the metaverse space is the crucial approach to raising the metaverse issues to the level of metaphysics.
Using the unexpected output SBM model,this paper calculates the green economic efficiency in the regions in Hainan Province from 2010 to 2019.The difference in difference method is adopted to empirically evaluate the impact of the construction of the national pilot zone for ecological conservation on the green economic efficiency in Hainan and its mechanism.The results show that the green economic efficiency of these regions in Hainan has improved significantly within the sample period.The national pilot zone for ecological conservation has significantly improved the green economic efficiency in Hainan,and reduced the gap between the treatment group and the control group by 40.78％.The construction of the national pilot zone for ecological conservation improves the green economic efficiency in Hainan by optimizing the industrial structure and strengthening the environmental regulation.The conclusions have important implications for the green development of Hainan and other provinces and regions.
Improving the allocation of capital factors by increasing the level of financial marketization is the inherent requirement of building a high-standard market system and an important means of clearing out zombie enterprises through economic operation.Based on the data of industrial enterprises above the designated scale and the marketization index data of financial industry in China,this paper empirically analyzes the influence of financial marketization level on the formation of zombie enterprises and its mechanism.The result shows that the low level of financial marketization is an important inducement for the formation of zombie enterprises,which remains robust after variable measures and sample durations are changed,and instrumental variables are used.The influence of financial marketization level on the formation of zombie enterprise is heteroge-neous among the enterprises with different ownerships and scales.The mechanism test shows that the low level of financial marketization leads to the formation of zombie enterprises by intensifying the"capital mismatch"mechanism.And this influence mechanism is more obvious in all state-owned and small-sized enterprises.While the root cause for the formation of zombie enterprises can be explained from the perspective of financial marketization level,it is suggested to clear out zombie enterprises through improving the allocation of capital factors.
As an aggravating punishment for rape,whether one commits the accomplished rape,gang rape itself is accomplished or attempted,and some commit the accomplished rape while others the attempted rape determines the establishment of gang rape,constituting three major issues to be solved in the judicial determination of gang rape.No consensus has been reached between the academic field and the practical operations.The substantial basis for aggravating the punishment of gang rape lies in the fact that the co-principal of the gang rape commits several acts of rape,infringing upon the homogenous autonomy of the same victim.The illegality of gang rape itself is more serious than a single rape with helper or instigator.It is also more serious than the illegality of the latter as a whole.The establishment of gang rape only requires the existence of two acts of rape and does not require that someone has completed.The rape stipulated in Paragraph 1 of Article 236 of the Criminal Law is a double-acting crime,and the realization of the purpose of rape is substitutable.Rape is not the personal offense whose connotation and extension are unclear,and this theory is also unable to solve the problem of gang rape determination.Gang rape is an aggravated offense by circumstances,which has the aggravating elements different from the basic rape,and itself has the forms of the accomplished and attempted.If a gang rape committed by two or more people fails,it is determined as the attempted;if one commits the accomplished rape,and the others are attempted,the overall gang rape is determined as the accomplished.
The Dunhuang Daoist scriptures recorded in Daoist Canon of China may make up for the shortcom-ings in literature records and reflect the development of Daoism in Hexi.Alternatively,they can be used to preserve and supplement the lost,correct the errors and distinguish the falsehood,and settle some unresolved and difficult problems in Daoism research.In this regard,they have extremely high research value.While the compilation of Dunhuang literature demands the highly professional knowledge,Daoist Canon of China are actually completed by a few proofreaders.Hence,some textual and punctuation mistakes will be inevitable in the Dunhuang Daoist scriptures included in Daoist Canon of China,hindering the readers from reading and using them.Through reviewing the authentic Dunhuang manuscripts,the supplements are made to the 25 recordings according to the individual knowledge,so as to provide reference for the future revision of Daoist Canon of China.
In the first half of the 20th century,Japan paid close attention to the Nansha Islands of China during the process of external expansion,and regarded the control and occupation of them as the main purpose.The Japanese government conducted many illegal investigations into the Nansha Islands and fabricated the bases to"legally"occupy the Nansha Islands.Japan not only plundered the resources of the Nansha Islands,but also built the military facilities in the Taiping Island to prepare for its invasion of Southeast Asia.Japan's planning and occupation of the Nansha Islands of China was an important part of its Southern Advance policy.In the process,Japan's focus was on the strategic position of the Nansha Islands rather than the economic resources.Japan's occupation had made Nansha Islands one of the issues that the international community need deal with after World War Ⅱ.
Government officials'livestreaming marketing is a kind of government innovation behavior in the realistic exploration of poverty management and rural revitalization.Less attention has been paid to the sustainability of this innovative behavior.In this paper,an"individual-organization-environment"framework is constructed to conduct the configuration analysis of the sustainability of 25 county heads'livestreaming according to the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA).The results show that the leadership's attention,along with taking office in poor counties,is the necessary conditions for the sustainability of government officials'livestreaming.There are 4 sustainable paths to promote government officials'livestreaming marketing,which can be summarized as the path driven by environment,ability,and emotion,the path motivated by performance and pressure,the path driven by performance and environment,and the path supported by organization environment.Public support is an important condition for the.sustainability of government officials'livestreaming marketing.The change of position does not necessarily lead to the termination of officials'livestreaming.While enriching the theories of local government innovation,current research focuses on telling China's good governance stories well,and expounds the phenomenon of local government officials'livestreaming marketing.
The current family allowance system of compulsory servicemen in China has experienced four stages:the non-monetized preferential treatment for the families of active servicemen,the preferential treatment for the families of rural and urban compulsory servicemen,the preferential allowances with no lower than the local average living standard for the families of compulsory servicemen,and the preferential allowance system for the families of compulsory servicemen jointly or hierarchically borne by the central and local governments.In terms of the practices of the family allowance system for compulsory servicemen in various provinces and cities,China's family allowance system has no unified standard and model,but is formulated by local governments at all levels according to the local conditions.Due to the great differences in economic and social development in various regions of China,there are significant differences in the preferential allowances received by the families of compulsory servicemen who serve even in the same army,the same unit and the same post in the same period,which are unfavorable to China's national defense and military construction.Therefore,improving the preferential family allowance system of compulsory servicemen in China needs to clarify its attributes of public goods in the future.This system should be incorporated into the national defense budget,and should be covered by the central government.At the same time,the allowance should be distributed according to the standard of per capita disposable income of national residents in the previous year,so as to make up for the decrease in the family income due to the service of compulsory servicemen.In this regard,the fair distribution of preferential family allowance for compulsory servicemen can be realized throughout the country.
While elaborating the history of religious archaeology and its significance for the development of religious studies,this paper explores the basic connotations,history and current situations of archaeology of religion,along with its interdisciplinary relationship between social sciences and natural sciences.In particular,the disciplinary development and value of archaeology of Chinese religion are examined and analyzed to expound the basic structure,research characteristics,and main focus of its disciplinary system.Explaining the position and significance in exploring the origin and identification of civilization,this study further states the research achievements of archaeology of Buddhism and their guidance for the development of archaeology of contemporary Chinese religion.
The interoperability obligation for the digital platform,as an anti-monopoly remedy,is an important and useful means to address the current exclusionary practices of digital platforms.It preserves the market structure that aligns with market characteristics while externalizing the network effects within digital plat-forms,allowing market competitors to fairly share the efficiencies produced by network effects.By reducing market entry barriers,it restores effective competition and prevents the aggregation of users,data,and other valuable assets to few digital platforms.No matter whether it functions as an ex-ante regulation measure or ex-post remedy in the anti-monopoly enforcement,the interoperability obligation for the digital platform has the better foundation and space for application.In view of insufficient provisions on affirmative remedies in the current Chinese anti-monopoly law,the scenarios where the interoperability obligation for the digital plat-form may apply are relatively clear,mainly targeting the existing anti-competitive arrangements of interoper-ability among the digital platforms.Its implementation should clarify the baseline standard as the limit,and strictly adhere to the ideas of legality,prudence,proactiveness,and collaboration.Fairness and proportional-ity should be followed as the basic principles to design the obligation so as to scientifically set the scope,stan-dard,and supervision of interoperability obligation.
At present,Hainan Free Trade Port is at a critical stage of customs clearance operations.The executive ability of civil servants determines the effectiveness of Hainan Free Trade Port construction to a large extent.According to Thomas Smith's theoretical model of policy implementation process,empirical research shows that there are significant differences in the executive abilities among the civil servants of different grades and seniorities in Hainan from the personal perspective of civil servants.And the level of policy goal setting,the satisfaction degree of basic individual psychological needs and the sense of organizational justice are signifi-cantly correlated with the executive abilities of civil servants in Hainan.Further,the definiteness dimension of goal setting,the competence and relatedness dimensions of basic psychological needs,and the dimension of leadership justice of organizational justice have the significant predictive power for the executive abilities of civil servants.Base on the empirical results,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to further improve the executive abilities of civil servants.
