The ubiquitous we-media environment has become a new variable that affects the shaping of college students’ values. While we-media carries forward the theme and transmits positive energy, it also inevitably brings negative effects. Some college students’ excessive dependence on and irrational use of We-media have led to their value goals out of control, the existence of virtualization of the id, and thus the value realization process is characterized by technicalization and vulgarization. In this paper,Using the data of 515 judicial documents of official crimes in Shaanxi Province in the past 10 years,this paper searches and extracts the relevant variables such as the subject’s age,grade,educational level,motive to commit crimes,number of times,etc.,using the cost-benefit model,this paper analyzes the deep cause mechanism of job-related crime,and further expounds the restraining effect of job-related crime on productivity and Relations of production.The results show that the expected cost of punishment increases and helps to reduce the probability of crime by taking advantage of duty.Therefore,this paper proposes to modernize the governance capability through accurate identification,targeted prevention and education,and efficient and in-depth investigation mechanism,we will build a governance system that is corruption-free,corruption-freeandcorruption-free,andstrengthen thesystematic,comprehensive and source-based governance of official crimes.
Based on the systematic openness principle as the logical starting point, this paper explains the relationship between police exchange behavior and police job burnout, and provides an analysis framework of police job burnout from the perspective of structural exchange theory. It explores the factors that may cause police job burnout in different links of exchange in the micro structure, and finds and explains the evolution of police job burnout under the restriction of social structure in the macro structure. Combining with the particularity of police group, this paper puts forward scientific countermeasures to relieve the police job burnout
