
医师职业精神概念自形成之日起,其内涵和要求随着时代发展在不断地进行扩充.近年来数字信息技术日新月异,互联网医疗已成为发展最快的新技术应用进入人们的日常生活,一些医务人员在互联网平台所表现出来的职业素养不适应性给传统的医师职业精神带来了冲击和挑战,医师数字职业精神成了互联网时代国内外医学教育领域研究的新课题.以中国医科大学附属盛京医院超声学科教研室思政教学改革实践为例,对互联网医疗背景下医师数字职业精神的内涵和现状进行了研究探讨,并运用"五融五有"工作法,将理论、实践课程与隐性课程有机融合,探索具有时代特征和医学特色的思政教育新模式,培养医学生塑造良好的数字职业精神,以期为新时期医学高校课程思政改革创新提供新的思路.
Objective To compare and analyze the teaching effect between the application of different teaching methods used on the undergraduate students in the wound-rescuing course about junctional hemorrhage.Methods The 2018 undergraduate clinical medicine students of the Air Force Military Medical University were randomly selected by random number table method,and divided into control group and experimental groups of 60 each,for a total of 120 students.The control group adopted traditional oral teaching,video teaching and traditional mutual practice,while the experimental group adopted the new warrior manikin teaching system.The teaching effect between the two groups was an-alyzed through the final written test results and operational assessments,and the satisfaction and teaching effect were assessed using questionnaires.Results The undergraduates in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in terms of operational success rate,situational response,standardization rate and final assessment scores,and the difference was statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The results of the teaching satisfaction questionnaire survey results also showed that the use of the new warrior manikin improved students'learning interest and learning efficiency,especially their adaptability(P<0.01),and most students thought that its teaching effect was better.Conclusion The new warrior manikin can better simulate the actual combat treatment in the classroom,especially for the specific wounded like junctional hemostasis,which are difficult to operate and complicated to treat.It can better enable military medical students to master and improve the comprehensive level of war trauma treatment,and significantly improve the effectiveness and quality of teaching.Therefore,it provides a strong guarantee for cultivating excellent health personnel to adapt to future high-tech regional wars.
Cardiac surgery is an extremely important and highly specialized discipline in surgery,with a long training cycle and more complex training content compared to other branches of surgery.In recent years,a series of training systems for professional surgeons have been introduced,which has promoted the development of cardiac surgery and trained a large number of excellent cardiac surgeons in China.However,compared with foreign countries,there is still a significant difference.Western countries,led by the United States,have an early start in cardiac surgery and have more comprehensive training systems for cardiac surgeons.This article starts with training time and rotation plans,training content and methods,and evaluation systems.It systematically compares the training system of cardiac surgeons in China with foreign countries,and provides scientific and reasonable suggestions for establishing a more comprehensive training system in China.
Curriculum ideological and political constructions is an important carrier to train medical students with correct three views.Teachers are the main force in curriculum thought and politics con-struction,and classroom is the main channel.This paper takes the ideological and political construction of clinical medicine course as the main goal,takes the Integrated course of hematological and oncological Diseases as an example,carries out the top-level design of ideological and political con-struction,excavates the ideological and political elements of the course,builds an interdisciplinary faculty team,integrates online and offline ideological and political resources,applies multi-modal teaching mode,integrate-ideological and political elements into the whole course organically,and explores the evaluation system of ideological and political construction.In order to provide reference for the clinical medicine curriculum ideological and political constructions.
As the demand of medical education reform has been promoted as a national strategy,cultivating high-level"Medical+Education"compound talents has great social significance for the de-velopment of medical education and talent training in China,and the postgraduate degree of medical education also arises at the right moment.The authors point out three problems existing in the medical education system in China,and the prospect of promoting the development of master degree of medical education in China.Namely examination-oriented undergraduate medical education with lack of humanistic care;lack of teachers;and continuing medical education management system is a conformist.
This study is based on the concept of outcome-based education(OBE)and follows the principles of backward design and forward implementation.By refining the course learning objectives,integrating online and offline teaching resources,and creating a positive learning environment,a blended learning model for pathological experiments has been constructed.The questionnaire survey results indicate that this model helps students clarify their learning goals and requirements,facilitates the mastery of pathological knowledge,enhances students'information processing abilities,self-directed learning capabilities,language expression abilities,teamwork and collaboration consciousness,as well as clinical reasoning abilities.Additionally,this model cultivated students'scientific worldview,life outlook,and values,while enhancing their scientific literacy and humanistic qualities.The model received positive evaluations from students.
Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics is the core course for postgraduate students of Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics,and it is an important way to realize the ideology and politics of the course,and then to improve the ideological,scientific,academic and medical qualities of postgraduate students.To this end,the university has constructed a"3+1+n"faculty and condensed the core concepts of dis-ciplinary education of"serving the country with sincerity,the spirit of science,academic ethics,and the spirit of medical practitioners"with the development of postgraduates as the core,and oriented them to the teaching content,classroom teaching,extracurricular exchanges and summary evaluation.We have been guided by the core concept of"Sincerity for the country,scientific spirit,academic ethics,and medical spirit",and have carried out the practice of course ideology on the basis of the teaching content,classroom teaching,extracurricular exchanges,and summarized evaluation.On this basis,a new model of collaborative nurturing and iterative progression of the teaching of course ideology has been formed.This model realizes the unity of professional knowledge transmission and value leadership,and the survey results further show that this practice has achieved remarkable results,and this successful practice provides certain reference for the construction of curriculum civics in other medical specialties.
Objective To explore the necessity of Integrating the theoretical knowledge with ideological and political elements into the course of congenital heart disease,and analyzes the influence of Ideological and political elements on students'learning of congenital heart disease.Methods A total of 80 eight-year medical students major in the clinical medicine of the Air Force Medical University from grade 2019 and 2020 were selected as the research objects,the teaching was carried out according to the scheme,students from grade 2019 received only specialized course teaching while students from 2020 also received specialized course teaching combinded with ideological and political elements.The final teaching results were obtained by using literature and questionnaire survey.After the course,all students were evaluated by case analysis and theoretical course assessment.Results The integration of ideological and political elements with congenital heart disease could further improve the learning effect of students in multiple dimensions such as enthusiasm in class,test scores and teaching satisfaction suveys(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of Ideological and political elements into the course of congenital heart disease contributes to the development of students'theoretical cognition and practical inquiry ability of specialized courses,and has a positive impact on the shaping of students'future professional quality,ideological and moral quality.
Achieving the Healthy China 2030 goal requires a large number of medical professionals.Medical universities are an important guarantee for the supply of healthy Chinese talents.The popular-ization of the concept of the"great health",the concept of preventive treatment has received more and more attention and recognition,and the people pay more attention to the monitoring and prevention of diseases,so cultivating innovative and compound medical laboratory talents is one of the important topics of medical universities.After more than half a century of development,China's laboratory medicine has moved from the initial manual operation to the new technology platform and assembly line operation,and the training of medical laboratory talents has been reformed to keep up with the health needs of the people.The Healthy China 2030 construction goal puts forward new requirements for medical colleges and universities to cultivate medical laboratory talents in the new era.Under the background of new medical sciences,cultivating innovative and compound medical talents to meet people's health needs is an important direction for medical schools to cultivate talents.The educational resource integration platform is an important starting point for medical colleges and universities to achieve the goal of"Medicine+X"medical talent training;Local medical colleges and universities actively promote the reform of medical talent training according to the actual conditions of running schools,and providing medical talents suitable for the development of local health undertakings is one of the important ways for medical colleges and universities to serve the people's health cause.This paper expounds the policy orientation of medical laboratory talent training and the demand orientation of medical laboratory talent training,summarizes the reform and practice of medical laboratory talent training mode,and provides a useful reference for the training mode of innovative laboratory professionals based on the medical colleges of modern industrial colleges under the background of"new medical science".
Objective Dental avulsion in permanent teeth is considered as one of the most severe types of traumatic dental injuries.Few studies assess the knowledge on management of dental avulsion in un-dergraduate medical students,who would probably provide emergency treatment for patients.This study aims to evaluate the knowledge and attitudes of medical students in China regarding dental avulsion,emergency procedures and awareness about prevention of such injuries.Methods A non-probability convenience sampling methodology was employed for sample selection.A specific questionnaire regarding knowledge,experiences and behaviors following dental avulsion was distributed to the first and fifth year students from Xi'an Jiaotong University Health Science Center and Xi'an Medical University in May 2022.Chi-square test was used for data analysis,with a significance level set at P<0.05.Results 1 095 undergraduate medical students(568 first year students,527 fifth year students)completed the questionnaire.The incidence of tooth avulsion reported by participants was 2.7%,59.3%of first year students and 66.2%of fifth year students chose the proper emergency management for avulsed tooth.29.3%of all students selected the appropriate transportation medium for avulsed tooth,with a higher accuracy among fifth year students.Less than 40%of students chose the correct replantation time and cleaning method.There were not statistically differences in accuracies for emergency management of avulsion,replantation time and rinsing method between two grades.Awareness rates of mouth guard and tooth replantation were low.More than 56.6%of the medical students claimed that they never received any knowledge about dental injuries.Conclusion The results suggest that knowledge of dental avulsion among medical students in China was insufficient.It is necessary to enhance dental trauma education for medical students.
Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of"Aviator Participate in Class(APC)"teaching mode in the practical teaching of aviators'ear function assessment in aerospace clinical medicine.Methods A comparative study was conducted on students majoring in Aerospace Clinical Medicine who were enrolled in the 2017 and 2018 undergraduate programs.The observation group adopted the APC teaching mode,while the control group used traditional methods for practical teaching.We compared the results of the case analysis test in final theoretical exam and practical operation assessment between two groups,and evaluated their comprehensive abilities from four aspects:communication,health education,team collaboration,and aviation clinical thinking.We also analyzed the attitude of the observation group to the APC teaching mode and traditional teaching methods.We performed t-tests using SPSS 22.0 software.Results The results showed that the scores of case analysis questions and practical assessment of eustachian tube ventilation function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group scored higher than the control group in three aspects of communication,health education,and aviation clinical thinking(P<0.05);The observation group believes that compared to traditional teaching methods,the APC teaching mode can effectively enhance learning motivation and interest,enhance sense of professional honor,and improve problem-solving and thinking abilities.Conclusion The adoption of the APC teaching mode not only enhances students'understanding and mastery of knowledge and skill application,but also stimulates their enthusiasm for learning aviation clinical medicine,realizes the role of aviation clinical medicine thinking in solving practical problems,enhances the sense of honor of aviation military medicine profession,and gains recognition and appreciation from students.It is worth further promoting and applying.
Currently,the idea of profoundness,innovation and challenging has become the indispensable construct request of professional course.However,this request should not dwell on the knowledge level but go deep into practice level of ideological and political guidance and ability training.Meanwhile,the organic integration of specialized teaching and ideological education has also become the essential condition for specialty construction.However,there is a lack of teaching mode with strong practicality,applicability,and operability to facilitate the organic integration of profoundness,innovation and challenging and ideological and political education in professional courses.Targeting the developmental characteristics of college student,this article proposed the in situ 121 teachers and students double subjects teaching mode.With professional knowledge as the origin,target output as the orientation,ideological and political guidance and ability training as the main line,learning tasks as the theme throughout the teaching,the in situ 121 teachers and students double subjects teaching mode of curriculum ideology and politics emphasizes the collaborative role of teachers and students as relatively independent and equal subjects in professional course teaching and guides students to"un-derstanding in doing,and doing in understanding".Under this mode,the process of teaching design can be summarized as four steps:setting goals,digging elements,matching materials,and selecting activities.This article breaks through the concept of knowledge-based approach,respects the practical demands of students'comprehensive development,follows the educational and teaching laws of professional courses,constructs the ideological and political connotation system of the curriculum,embeds the construction of professional courses into the needs of national construction,guides students to place personal value and personal development in the strategy of social development,moves professional courses from static text to dynamic practice,guides contemporary college students to achieve the unity of knowledge,brief,and practice,and realizes a deep integration of"profoundness-in-novation-challenging"and curriculum ideology and politics.

Rheumatism is a kind of complicated chronic disease.Its clinical symptoms are not typical,and vary as the disease progresses.Rheumatic diseases are likely to be misdiagnosed and missed,especially in the grassroots troops with limited conditions of diagnosis and treatment.In the front-line troops,the incidence of joint osteopathy,a kind of rheumatic disease mainly manifested by joint in-flammation,is increasing year by year,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of teaching and training system for military doctors,in the face of the new situation of the transformation of naval academies.This paper proposes that military medical staff should have a deep understanding of the current situation of joint osteopathy at the grassroots level.The teaching and training plan for undergraduate students and resident doctors should be more practically in line to the actual situation of the training troops,highlighting the characteristics of serving the army.A variety of new theories and new methods should be integrated in teaching and training,for the purpose of improving students'and residents'clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking.This paper also provides suggestions for making simple and efficient diagnosis and treatment ideas of joint osteopathy in internal medicine direction,striving to improve the understanding of front-line officers and soldiers on joint osteopathy in internal medicine direction and providing theoretical basis for improving medical support level at the same time.
This study will explore the application effect of micro-project-oriented academic salons in im-proving the scientific research literacy of laboratory medical students,and provide an effective reference for improving the scientific research ability of laboratory medical students.From July 2021 to March 2023,101 medical students and advanced students who participated in the Micro-Project Academic Salon of Laboratory Department of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.98 students actually participated in this research,including 48 undergraduates,20 Master,and 30 advanced students.90(94.7%)students were satisfied with the improvement of the ac-ademic salon teaching methods and content,as well as the improvement of scientific research ability.The degree of satisfaction of medical students in the three first-level indicators of clinical communication ability,enhanced ability to condense scientific problems,and enhanced experimental design and operation level was 70(73.6%),80(84.2%),and 84(88.4%),respectively.There were sta-tistically significant differences in the scores of undergraduates,postgraduates,and advanced students in six sub-indices,including"enhanced knowledge reserve related to clinical special case inspection and MDT case discussion experience".There was no significant difference in the scores of undergraduate students and master students in the aspect of"enhanced knowledge reserve related to clinical special case examination and MDT case discussion experience"(P=0.5957),but both were lower than the scores of advanced students.In the other 5 sub-indices,the score of master students is significantly higher than that of undergraduate students or visiting students.The academic salon of the micro-project system provides medical students with a platform for close contact with various scientific research experts,but there are differences in the cultivation effect of scientific research ability of medical students with different educational backgrounds,and differentiated discussions should be formulated in the follow-up teaching plan Themes,and improve the quality of teaching in a more suitable way.

The cultivation of innovation ability of medical students is an important part of reform and innovation,and a major way to improve the quality of medical talents in medical universities.Medical Laboratory Animal Science specializes in medical laboratory animals and animal experiments.It is an important basic course for medical students in colleges and universities.To better cultivate medical students'innovation ability in the teaching process of Medical Laboratory Animal Science,we introduce the scientific research case teaching method into the teaching of theoretical course,which closely combines the theoretical teaching contents with the teachers'scientific research.In addition,we reform the teaching contents according to the progress of subject,and integrate the latest scientific research into our teaching to cultivate students'innovative thinking ability.To promote the cultivation of students'scientific research and innovation ability,we strengthen the training of students'basic operation skills in animal experiments,and combine the experimental teaching with the innovation fund project of college students during the experimental course.To give full play to the advantages of Medical Laboratory Animal Science teaching in cultivating students'innovative ability and meet the requirements of innovative talent cultivation,we improve the course evaluation system and add the as-signment of animal experiment design in the course assessment.Therefore,the medical students are transformed from passive learning to active thinking and the initiative of learning is enhanced.Furthermore,we carry out special animal welfare and ethics education and strengthen the animal welfare concept throughout the whole teaching process to improve the humanistic quality of medical students.Through carrying out the innovative education for medical students and promoting the cultivation of innovative talents in the teaching process of Medical Laboratory Animal Science,we lay a solid foundation for cultivating medical innovative talents to meet the requirements of the new era.
Objective In order to meet the needs of interdisciplinary talent training in new medical science and new engineering,this study takes undergraduate students as the main creative body and uses con-ventional animation software to produce a series of professional animation teaching micro-videos.The video can be turned into pieces and viewed randomly on mobile phones,in order to help students turn abstraction into concrete and difficult into easy;At the same time,the AI system is used to record students'viewing records and formulate personalized learning plans for different student characteristics.Methods Students in this project team worked with the instructor to formulate production plans and plans,and selected themes and compiled story scripts according to students'own strengths or interests.Regular software such as Adobe Animate and Paint World Pro are used to draw scenes and characters,produce animation,video editing,and dub characters.The video is posted to the school's fixed network platform;Questionnaire survey and results summary for students who watched the video.Results A total of 52 valid questionnaires were collected,and 80.77%of the students thought that the video was more interesting and very interesting.The results of learning knowledge memory using professional animation videos showed that 73.08%could deepen or be impressed;Conclusion The viewing of short videos is fast and randomized,and can be integrated with AI intelligent auxiliary teaching system,which is helpful for students' self-learning.At the same time,the process of video animation production has cultivated the skills of college students to use software as a tool,laying the foundation for the improvement of AI intelligent medical services and scientific research capabilities in the future.
The"input output"theory emphasizes the cultivation of students'awareness of autonomous learning and the ability to apply the knowledge learned,which is consistent with the teaching philosophy of the four classic courses of traditional Chinese medicine.This article takes the teaching of the course Treatise on Cold Damage for graduate students as an example,introducing a thematic teaching model.Through various channels such as classroom questioning,organizing discussions,consulting literature,and sharing experiences,it stimulates students'learning enthusiasm and subjective initiative.In addition,in response to the multi-dimensional teaching and training model,in addition to the traditional subjective written test,this course also attempts to introduce various assessment methods such as graduate trial diagnosis,trial writing,trial batch,and trial lecture,in order to test students'ability to"output"the knowledge they have learned,and explore the construction of a classification and evaluation system for the thematic teaching course of Treatise on Cold Damage.
