北京中医药大学美育课程群,经过多年的教学实践,以培养"全人格"为主导,提高教学质量,解决美育教学面临的突出问题,不断改革并构建起培养新时代中医药大学生"知情意合一"的美育课程群,实现具有中医药特色的多重独特审美体验的美育育人模式.中医古籍与方笺小楷摹写、宋人花鸟、中外美术作品鉴赏、视觉与生活等课程,以中医药学生为中心,注重艺术实践体验和审美能力提升,采用充满实践性与不断互动的美育教学方法,将培养知识、情感、意志贯穿整个美育教学,构建深度融合中医药文化的全方位立体美育课程群,培养勤于治学、讲究医德、健康审美的新时代中医药人才.

为了解北京市中学生的生命健康观现状,以及对中医药文化的认知度和需求,为构建中医药文化进校园的校本课程体系提供参考及依据,本课题组以《中医健康生命文化调查问卷》为研究工具,采用随机抽样、整群抽样的方法,对北京市10所中学学生进行了网上问卷调查,共获有效问卷2 270份.研究结果表明,北京市中学生对生命的认识较为模糊,对中医药文化兴趣高但认知度不足,缺乏可靠的了解渠道.普及中医药文化,进行生命观、健康观教育,已经成了迫切需求.

在悠久的岁月长河中,中华文化素来要求以德服人,德,乃道德、品德之意.《说文解字》载:“外得于人,内得于己也.从直,从心.”《段注》载:“外得于人,谓惠泽使人得之也”,“内得于己,谓身心所自得也”.在医道之中,更是重视德行修养,早在夏商时期,中医医德规范已经开始萌芽,而到了春秋战国时期,我国的医德规范体系已经初步形成,可见,医德医风已经传承了几千年,在促进医患和谐和医学发展上发挥着巨大作用.

从梳理古今中外生命健康教育内容及形式入手,提出立足于本民族的传统文化精髓,从中医文化中蕴含的生命观、健康观、养生观及整体观的核心思想中,挖掘适合中国国情和本土文化的生命健康教育素材,有助于中医文化中的生命健康教育内容在青少年中进行普及.深入开展青少年生命健康教育,帮助青少年树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,教育青少年热爱生命、健康生活、身心和谐发展,对当今提倡的大力弘扬中华优秀传统文化有着重要的现实意义.

近一段时期以来,各地频发的医患冲突事件让人触目惊心,把医患关系这根紧绷的神经一次又一次推向崩溃的边缘.政府、医院、媒体、患者各持观点,莫衷一是.通过对事件的了解,我们发现,矛盾逐步升级的背后隐藏的,是医患双方对自己该担负的责任没有清醒的认识和足够的重视.

This paper reflected on the contemporary status of Chinese medical ethics from the world view,values and human nature,followed the source of moral ethics of the Chinese medical,morality arise from source'Dao'to the inner track,the proceeds of the‘De’,and then from the outside of the community out Code of Conduct'Li'finally to the implementation of the national mandatory system of‘law’.from the deep inside out,this paper excavated and teased out the root of Chinese medical ethics.From the vast literature of the Chinese medical ethics,we extract the key content of the mission of medical ethics.
