The change rule on the storage quality of wheat,corn and paddy which were stored at different temperatures with the storage time was studied in this paper under controlled atomosphere storage with N2 and conventional storage..The results manifested: At low temperatures,grain quality change under the two storage ways was close,but at high temperature controlled atomosphere storage with N2 could maintain better storage quality of wheat,corn and paddy,compared to conventional storage,all the test indicators of controlled atomosphere storage with N2 changed more slowly.Because the expense of low temperature storage was lower,low temperature storage should be recommended firstly.If low temperature storage condition is not allowed,grain enterprises could promote and introduce the technology of controlled atomosphere storage with N2.
In comparison with change of sulfhydryl and disulfide bond contents of soybean and paddy which were determined according to the methods of colorimetry with the Ellman's reagent in conventional storage,the change of them with time at different storage temperature under controlled atmosphere storage with N2 was studied.The test shows that: the change of two contents of soybean and rice showed the same trend.The content of sulfhydryl increased while the content of disulfide bond reduced with the storage time.The controlled atmosphere group changed less remarkable than the contrast group.At the same group,the higher the temperature,the greater the change.Compared with the conventional storage,controlled atmosphere storage with N2 could keep the original quality of the grain protein well.
In this paper,we studied the effects of different moisture contents(6.8%,8.3%,9.8%),storage temperatures(20 ℃,25 ℃,30 ℃,35 ℃) and storage manners(controlled atmosphere storage with N 2, conventional airtight storage) on the physiological indexes of Brassica napus seeds,such as conductivity, germination rate and germination potential.The results showed that the conductivity increased,and the germination rate and the germination potential decreased after storage for 120 days,and the increasing or decreasing amplitude was related to the storage condition.Under the condition of controlled atmosphere storage with 98% N 2 at 20 ℃,Brassica napus seeds with 6.8% moisture content had low conductivity and small increasing ampli-tude,and high germination rate and low decreasing amplitude.Therefore,the physio-logical indexes of Brassica napus seeds could be well kept under the conditions of low moisture content,quasi-low temperature(20 ℃) and controlled atmosphere stor-age with 98% N 2.
With the increase of storage temperature and time, the germination rate of the three grains, water absorption of wheat glutens and the roughness and whole refined rice rate in paddy all showed a degressive trend, Soybean nitrogen soluble index declined rapidly; the wheat falling number was on the rise,but the dry gluten content was not obviously affected; after storing for 135 days at 35 degrees C, the increasing amount of fatty acids (mgKOH/100g) of soybean and paddy were 19.2 and 4.12.The results showed that: the effects of temperature on soybean quality are more obvious than paddy quality.By contrast,storing at low temperatures could maintain the quality of the three grains for the better,all the test indicators changed slowly,and the change ranges were also small. Therefore, in order to maintain the quality of grain and oil, grain enterprises should prefer low temperature or quasi-low temperature storage.
通过加强对高大平房仓储藏小麦的日常管理,坚持"以防为主,综合防治"的保粮方针,将"防"字工作放在首要位置并贯穿于整个工作中,利用磷化铝粮面及通风口自然潮解环流熏蒸处理虫粮,轴流风机负压通风缓慢降低粮温,仅仅依靠防虫磷表面拌和及少量敌敌畏诱杀,就能减少熏蒸次数,实现一次熏蒸就能确保储粮两年安全无虫的成效。
通过对充氮气调稻谷在不同温度下的发芽率、出糙率、脂肪酸值、电导率和过氧化氢酶活性的测定,探讨充氮气调对稻谷品质的劣变规律.结果表明:稻谷充氮气调,低温条件下的品质变化幅度比对照组小且不明显,高温条件下的品质变化幅度明显小于对照组.
在没有配备通风道不能进行环流熏蒸的原建高大平房仓内,在原来粮堆预埋PVC管进行仓外PH3与CO2混合投药熏蒸的基础上,通过在墙上安装回流管的办法,采用AlP粮面投药自然潮解进行环流熏蒸,保证了PH3有效浓度在整仓内的均匀分布,取得了良好的杀虫效果.
