探循新形势下医疗机构中药制剂可持续发展的战略,彰显医疗机构中药制剂的特色优势,为临床患者提供高质量的服务,推动医院中药制剂向新药的研发转化,促进和提高医院药学工作的建设发展.文章以首都医科大学附属北京中医医院中药制剂发展为例,利用SWOT分析法,探讨新形势下医疗机构中药制剂发展过程中存在的各种问题,从而探循医疗机构中药制剂特色优势可持续发展的战略.在新形势下,医疗机构中药制剂发展受到内、外部因素的影响,优势与劣势并存,机遇与挑战互生,医疗机构中药制剂工作应该把握住机遇,顺势而为,秉承"传承精华、守正创新"的发展理念,深入挖掘、梳理、发挥特色优势,弥补发展中的不足.确立了行之有效的中药制剂可持续发展的战略,进一步促进医院药学工作的建设发展.
目的:提高益肾坚骨丸的质量标准.方法:对熟地黄、菟丝子、茯苓、山药和泽泻进行显微鉴别,对山茱萸、苍术和丹参进行薄层色谱鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的莫诺苷和马钱苷进行定量分析.结果:熟地黄、菟丝子、茯苓、山药和泽泻的显微鉴别特征明显,山茱萸、苍术和丹参的薄层鉴别色谱图斑点清晰.莫诺苷在0.368~0.828μg范围线性关系良好,r2=0.9999(n=6),平均回收率达97.55%,RSD=1.57%;马钱苷在0.392~0.882μg范围线性关系良好,r2=0.9999(n=6),平均回收率达97.29%,RSD=0.82%.结论:本方法全面、准确,有效提高了该制剂的质量控制水平.
目的 建立子宫锭的质量控制标准.方法 采用薄层色谱法对处方中的血竭、蛇床子进行定性鉴别研究;分别采用高效液相色谱法和气相色谱法对子宫锭中的儿茶素和麝香酮进行含量测定.结果 薄层色谱可检出血竭、蛇床子的特征斑点;儿茶素在0.632 5 ~1.265 0 μg范围呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.71%,RSD=1.56%;麝香酮在0.134 4 ~0.302 4 μg范围呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.36%,RSD=1.82%.结论 本方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,为子宫锭的质量控制提供了依据.
黑布药膏是北京中医医院皮肤科的创建者赵炳南大夫在民间搜集的一个方子,最早用来治疗背痈,后将其拓展应用,用来治疗增生性的瘢痕. 瘢痕在不美观的同时,还会出现瘙痒、疼痛、屈伸不利、影响关节正常活动等,给患者带来很大的痛苦. 所以尽可能地去除瘢痕,缓解症状,恢复组织功能尤为重要.
Objective: To comprehensively evaluate the quality of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei based on gray correlationalanalysis and functional components, and to explore the difference of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei in different genuineproducing areas. Methods: HPLC was utilized to analyze 14 main compositions contained in the samples, includingemodin, rhein, chrysophanol, aloe-emodin, physcion, rheinoside, physcion glucoside, chrysophan, aloe-emodinglucoside, emodin methyl glycoside, sennoside, sennoside B, catechin and gallic acid. Then python 2.7 software wasemployed for gray correlation analysis of functional components closely related to the traditional efficacy of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei. Results: The qualities of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei grow in different areas were different. Tanggute Radix et Rhizoma Rhei grew in Tianzhu Gansu had the best effects of "expelling water retention and attacking the accumulation", and that grew in Yajiang Sichuan had the best effects of "clearing heat and removing toxin". Zhangye Radix et Rhizoma Rhei grew in Lixian Gansu had the best effect of"expelling stasis and unblocking the channels". Conclusion: Patternrecognition has broad prospects in the field of quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine. From the clinicalefficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, pattern recognition at the level of efficacy components can provide a new ideafor establishing a more complete and scientific quality evaluation system for traditional Chinese medicine.
目的建立芩柏软膏质量标准。方法采用显微鉴别法对制剂中黄芩、关黄柏进行了显微鉴别;采用HPLC法对黄芩的有效成分黄芩苷进行含量测定,选用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:室温;检测波长:280 nm。结果黄芩、关黄柏的显微鉴别方法简捷、快速环保;黄芩苷的加样回收率98.38%(n=5),RSD=1.5835%,黄芩苷在0.3027 mg/mL~3.0274 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论该方法能够控制芩柏软膏的药品质量,有利于医院制剂质量标准的提升。
Objective To set up the quality standard of TCM preparation Qingfei pill. Methods TLC methods were used to the qualitative identification of Fructus Termininaliae Immaturus and Radix Sophorae Subprostratae in the preparation. The content of Gardenoside, the effective component of Fructus Gardeniae, was determined by HPLC method, using Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-water (10∶90) as mobile phase with flow rate at 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was room temperature, and the detection wavelength was 238 nm. Results The TLC methods for Fructus Termininaliae Immaturus and Radix Sophorae Subprostratae identifications were simple and rapid, and showed good repetitiveness. Gardenoside presented a good linear relationship within the range of 0.238-3.808 μg, and the average recovery rate was 97.24%, RSD was 1.60% (n=6). Conclusion These methods showed strong specificity and good repetitiveness, and can be used to control the quality of the product effectively.
目的建立祛湿散质量标准。方法采用显微鉴别法对制剂中黄芩、大黄进行显微鉴别;采用TLC法对制剂中青黛进行定性鉴别研究;采用HPLC法对黄芩的有效成分黄芩苷进行含量测定,选用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min;柱温:室温;检测波长280 nm。结果黄芩、大黄的显微鉴别方法简捷、快速环保;青黛的薄层鉴别方法专属性强,空白无干扰。黄芩苷的加样回收率99.108%,n=5,RSD=1.0417%,黄芩苷在25.228μg/mL~111.0032μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论该方法能够控制祛湿散的药品质量。

目的建立中药制剂颈椎康复丸质量标准。方法对制剂中甘草、黄芪进行显微鉴别研究;采用薄层色谱法对制剂中白芍、葛根进行定性鉴别研究。结果建立了颈椎康复丸的质量标准,包括甘草、黄芪的显微鉴别方法及白芍、葛根的薄层色谱鉴别方法。显微镜下观察可见甘草纤维、草酸钙方晶形成晶纤维、具缘纹孔导管、木栓细胞以及黄芪的纤维。选择中国药典方法进行4批次该制剂主要组成药物白芍、葛根的薄层层析鉴别,斑点显色清晰,分离效果好,阴性无干扰。结论本法简便迅速,重现性好,能较好地控制产品的质量,有利于医院制剂颈椎康复丸质量标准的提升。
Objective To set up the quality standard of Cervical Vertebra Rehabilitation Pill.Methods TLC were used to the qualitative identification of Red-rooted Salvia and Rhizoma Cyperi in the preparation.The content of peoniflorin,the effective component of Radix Paeoniae Alba in the preparation,was determined by HPLC,using Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(14∶86) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was room temperature,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The TLC method for Root of Red-rooted Salvia and Rhizoma Cyperi identification showed strong specificity and good repetitiveness.Peoniflorin presented a good linear relationship within the range of 0.202 884-1.014 42 μg,and the recovery rate was 98.79%,RSD was 0.865%(n=5).Conclusion These methods are useful for quality control and improvement of Cervical Vertebra Rehabilitation Pill.
党参为桔梗科植物党参Codonopsis pilosula (Franch) Nannf.素花党参Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.var.modesta (Nannf) L.T.Shen或川党参Codonopsis tangshen Oliv.的干燥根,始载于<本草从新>.党参性味甘、平,归脾、肺经,具有健脾益气,养血生津的功能,用于脾肺气虚,食少倦怠,咳嗽虚喘,气血不足,面色萎黄,心悸气短,津伤口渴,内热消渴[1].
目的 测定不同产地天麻主要化学成分天麻素的含量.方法 采用RP-HPLC法.色谱柱Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18( 150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液(3:97);流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为25℃;检测波长为220 nm.对贵州、陕西汉中、安徽大别山3种不同产地的天麻进行含量测定.结果 样品平均回收率为100.29%,RSD=1.82%(n=6).在不同产地生长的天麻其天麻素的含量分别为:贵州毕节天麻1.44%;陕西汉中天麻0.82%;安徽大别山天麻0.44%.结论 不同的生长环境对天麻中天麻素的含量影响较大.
目的 考察不同产地的党参中主要化学成分党参炔苷的含量.方法 采用RP-HPLC法.色谱柱为Agilent EclipseXDB-C18(150mmx4.6mm,5μ m),流动相为乙睛-水(28:72).流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为室温,检测波长为267nm.对不同产地的党参进行含量测定.结果 样品平均回收率为87.76%,RSD=0.09%.在不同产地的党参中党参炔苷的含量为;山西党参10.62%、甘肃党参2.489%、辽宁党参2.249%.结论 经过测定,在不同产地的党参中以山西五台山地区的党参所含党参炔苷的含量较高.
Objective To investigate the effect of sulfur fumigation on the contents of ferulic acid,the main chemical constituents of Radix angelicae sinensis.Methods The contents of ferulic acid in both sulfur fumigated and un-fumigated Radix angelicae sinensis from three habitats were analysed with RP-HPLC,by using Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid solution(17∶83) as mobile phase,flow rate at 1.0 mL/min,column temperature of 35 ℃,and the detection wavelength of 316 nm.Results The average recovery rate was 112.87%,and the RSD was 4.4%(n=6).The ferulic acid contents in Radix angelicae sinensis processed with sulfur fumigation were 0.047,0.057 and 0.051 respectively,and the ferulic acid contents in Radix angelicae sinensis processed without sulfur fumigation were 0.139%,0.076% and 0.059% respectively.Conclusion Sulfur fumigation had great effects on the contents of ferulic acid in the processing of Radix angelicae sinensis.
目的 考察不同产地当归中主要化学成分阿魏酸含量的差异.方法 采用RP-HPLC法对3个不同产地的当归中阿魏酸的含量进行测定.色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17:83),流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为316nm.结果 样品平均回收率为112.87%,RSD=4.4%(n=6).在不同产地的当归中阿魏酸的含量分别为,0.139(甘肃)、0.076(云南)、0.059(四川).结论 在不同产地的当归中以甘肃所产的当归阿魏酸的含量较高.
目的 考察不同炮制方法对亳白芍饮片中芍药苷含量的影响,为稳定白芍的炮制工艺提供依据.方法 采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱:Agllent Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14:86);流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长:230 nm.结果 样品平均回收率为99.195%,RSD=0.8%(n=6),4种不同炮制方法亳白芍饮片中芍药苷的含量分别为0.55%、2.70%、3.40%、3.25%.结论 在白芍的炮制过程中,加热、加水浸泡、硫磺熏对白芍中芍药苷的含量影响较大.
Objective To investigate the effect of different processing methods on the main chemical constituents of Gastrodia-gastrodin.Methods RP-HPLC method was used with columns Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (3:97),flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 25 ℃,detection wavelength was 230 nm.Gastrodia of three different areas were measured.Results The average recovery was 100.29%,RSD=1.82% (n=6).Gastrodin contents of Gastrodia processed with sulfur fumigation were 0.15%,0.19%,0.11% respectively.Gastrodin contents of Gastrodia without sulfur fumigation were 1.44%,0.44%,0.82% respectively.Conclusion Sulfur fumigation has great impact on gastrodin content in processing of Gastrodia.
目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定柏芜洗剂中有效成分盐酸小檗碱含量的方法.方法 于色谱柱ZORBAX SBC18(4.6 mm×150 mm5μm)上,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(每100 ml加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g)(50∶50),流速1.0 ml·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长265nm.结果 盐酸小檗碱保留时间约为7.9 min,标准曲线在浓度为0.00981~0.5886μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.57%.三批样品的含量分别为0.691%、0.646%、0.662%.结论 本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于柏芫洗剂的质量控制.
