目的 分析某医院住院患者糖皮质激素类药物的应用情况及存在问题,促进其合理用药.方法 利用His系统在2015年3月至8月某医院共计14898例出院病历中,抽取所有使用糖皮质激素类药物的出院病历5628份,对糖皮质激素类药物的使用品种、使用科别、给药途径、联合用药等进行统计和分析.结果 糖皮质激素类药物在该院住院患者中使用率为37.8%;给药途径以静脉用药最为常见,占75.5%;共发现不合理用药260例,不合格率4.6%.结论 某医院住院患者糖皮质激素类药物的应用还存在不合理情况,需进一步加强管理,促进其临床合理用药.
Objective: To investigate the effects of the diet rich in different proportions of methionine on endothelial injury in sprague-dawley (SD) rats.Methods: Male SD rats were randomly divided into the normal diet group (CR), 1% methionine loading diet group (M1 R), 3% methionine loading diet group (M3 R) and 5%methionine loading diet group (M5 R), and blood in tail vein were drawn at 0, 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th week, respec-tively. After 8 weeks, serum concentrations of homocysteine (Hcy) were measured, and the endothelial ultrastruc-ture changes in aorta wall were observed using scanning electron microscope.Results:A signiifcant interaction between high methionine diet and feeding duration on endothelial injury was found (P<0.05), and serum levels of Hcy were signiifcantly increased in rats fed with high methionine diet (P<0.05), with feeding duration increasing. Compared with CR, serum level of Hcy in M3 and M5 R was signiifcantly higher at 2nd week (P<0.01), whereas serum Hcy in M1 R was signiifcantly higher at 4th week (P<0.05). Endothelial cells in M1 R were imperfectly unanimous in size, and the cell surface shrinked. Endothelium in M3 R and M5 R were found to be damaged by worms kinds of harming typical, with enclose wall thrombus and the fat deposition.Conclusion:High dietary intake of methionine is signiifcantly associated with endothelial injury, which suggests that a method setting up endothelial injury animal models would be established.
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the preventive and therapeutic efficacy of Sanhuang plaster blending with honey for radiation-induced skin injury. METHODS: 100 patients with radiation-induced skin injury during radiotherapy of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group. The regions of skin lesions were cleaned with sterile normal saline in control group after radiotherapy, and then evenly applied Triethanolamine ointment on the wound with the thickness of 2 mm about, twice a day; observation group applied Sanhuang plaster blending with honey (ratio of Sanhuang plaster to honey 3 ∶ 1,m/m) on the wound with thickness of 2 mm, twice a day. Preventive and treatment efficacy of 2 methods for radiation-induced skin injury were compared. RESULTS: After treatment, radiation-induced skin injury of 2 groups were improved significantly; there were 34 patients with 0-Ⅱ grade radioactive dermatitis in control group, with constituent ratio of 68.00%; there were 46 patients with 0-Ⅱ grade radioactive dermatitis in observation group, with constituent ratio of 92.00%; there was statistical significance(P<0.01). The skin reaction was caused in observation group after radiated with radiation dose≥20 Gy and in control group after radiated with little radiation dose; there was statistical significance(P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Sanhuang plaster blending with honey gets better results in the treatment of radiation-induced skin injury.
Objective To investigate the effects of Quercetin(QC) on oxidative stress induced by exhausted swimming in rats,so as to provide scientific basis for developing anti-fatigue food.Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into resting control group,exhausted swimming group,and exhausted swimming with administration of Quercetin group.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA),the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in blood serum were measured.At the same time the survival time after exhausted swimming was determined.Results The survival time in exhausted swimming+Quercetin group was longer than exhausted swimming group((348.5±52.4)min vs(171.7±37.1)min,P0.01).The content of MDA in exhausted swimming+QC group was lower((4.4±1.0) nmol/ml vs(6.2±1.9) nmol/ml,P0.01),whereas the activity of SOD,and GSH-Px was higher((105.0±3.4)U/ml vs(80.5±4.2)U/ml,(873.6±72.3)U/ml vs(538.6±63.6)U/ml respectively,P0.01)than in exhausted swimming group.Conclusion Quercetin could increase the antioxidative enzyme activity,decrease the lipid peroxidation,thus enhance the ability of exercise in exhausted fatigue rats.
To observe the effects of endothelial secretive function in rats fed with high methionine diets,male wistar rats are randomly divided into the normal diet group(CR)and high methionine diet group(MR).After 8 weeks,plasma homocysteine level,bodyweight and equal daily diet were measured,the endothelium ultrastructure changes in aorta wall were observed with scanning electron microscope.The results syowed that the rat's endothelial cells of blood vessel of group CR were relatively unanimous in size,arrange closely along the axis of ordinates of blood vessel.The ones of group MR were damaged obviously,the cell surface shrinks.Endothelium to be damaging by worms kinds of harming typical,with enclose wall thrombus form and with the fat quality depositing.Plasma homocysteine level of MR increased twofold as compared with that of CR(P0.05).It concluded rats fed with himethionine diet could be led to hyperhomocysteinemia,and a serious early change of endothelium.
Objective To observe the effects of aerobic training on plasma tissue plasminogen activator/plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 and postaglandin I2/thromboxanes A2 in rats fed a high methionine diet. Methods Ninetysix male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a normal diet control group (CR), a high methionine diet group (MR)and a high methionine diet plus 90 min aerobic training intervention group (T + MR). After 8 weeks of training, the plasma level of homocysteine (Hcy) 6-keto-PGF1α, TXB2, t-PA and PAI-1 were measured. Results Plasma Hcy in the MR group increased two-fold as compared with the CR group, whereas t-PA/PAI-1 and 6-keto-PGF1α/TXB2 of the MR group decreased significantly. Plasma Hcy in the T + MR group significantly decreased, while plasma t-PA/PAI-1 and 6-ketoPGF1α/TXB2 increased significantly compared with the MR group. The above parameters were not different in the T + MR group from those of the CR group. Conclusions Hyperhomocysteinemia could be induced by a high methionine diet.Proper training can decrease the plasma Hcy level of rats fed with a high methionine diet, and correcting the imbalance of t-PA/PAI-1 and 6-Keto-PGF1α/TXB2 could prevent the development of hyperhomocysteinemia.

Objective To observe the effects of training on the content of plasma 6-Keto-PGF_ 1α and TXB_2, and the PGI_2/TXA_2 balance in rats fed with high methionine diets.Methods Male Wistar rats are randomly divided into the normal diet group (group C), high methionine diet group (group M) and high methionine diet plus 90min swimming group (group T). After 8 weeks of training, plasma TXB_2, 6-Keto-PGF_ 1α content and homocysteine level were measured.Results Plasma homocysteine of group M increased twofold as compared with that of group C, whereas 6-Keto-PGF_ 1α/TXB_2 of group M decreased significantly (P<0.05), suggesting that hyperhomocysteinemia was induced by the high methionine diet, and plasma 6-Keto-PGF_ 1α/TXB_2 was out of balance. Plasma homocysteine content of group T obviously descended, plasma 6-Keto-PGF_ 1α, 6-Keto-PGF_ 1α/TXB_2 ascended obviously (P<0.01) as compared with that of group M, and above indicators of group T were not different as compared with that of group C (P>0.05).Conclusion Proper training can descend the homocysteine level of rats fed with high methionine diet, and obtain better balance between PGI_2 and TXA_2 to prevent developing of hyperhomocysteinemia.
目的探讨非脱垂子宫阴式子宫切除术的临床应用价值。方法选取2004年8月~2006年3月在河北医科大学第四医院妇科因良性病变而需行子宫切除术的患者106例,分成两组。观察组52例,对照组54例。观察组行阴式子宫切除术,对照组行传统经腹式子宫切除术。结果两种手术方式在手术时间、术中出血量、切除子宫质量上无差别(P>0.05),而在术后排气时间、下床活动时间和住院时间上有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论非脱垂子宫阴式切除术具有手术时间短,腹腔干扰小,术后恢复快,疼痛轻,住院时间短等优点,是值得推广的一种子宫切除术方法。
Objective To observe the effect of combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment of endometriosis post-operation. Method 75 cases with endometriosis postoperation were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group(n=80) were treated only by routine therapy(gestrinone,twice a week).And patients in treatment group(n=36) were treated by combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine(that is a decoction with promoting blood flow) and Western Medicine.The effect were observed before and after treatment in both groups for 3 months.Result The accumulative total recurrence rate in treatment group(13.89%) was lower than that in control group(28.21%,P0.05).The pregnancy rate in treatment group(76.92%) was higher than that in control group((53.33%),P0.05).Conclusion Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine was more effective on the treatment of endometriosis post-operation.
